(Part 2) Strength training is important to keep your core strong. Your abs are like other muscles of your body - you wouldn't do 100 biceps curls, nor should you do 100 crunches. The real key to strong abs is about quality, not quantity. The reason we feel the need to do so many reps is that we're not working them hard enough, usually because of improper form. If you have to do 50 or more crunches before you feel fatigued, slow down and concentrate on your technique and having good form. •
Doing the same exercise over and over isn't always the best way to make progress. Your body gets used to exercises and, therefore, becomes more efficient at them. In fact, you don't have to do a single crunch to get a great ab workout. Do a variety of exercises to target your rectus abdominis, obliques, and transverse abdominis. Don't just think of your abs as a way to look great...remember that their purpose is to support your spine and help you have good posture. If you need more difficult exercises, consider getting an exercise ball or try one of these advanced ab exercises.

How to Get in Shape for Summer? - @yobithegreat .
1) Prepare for 8-12weeks or more if you’re holding more body fat.
.
2) Don’t cut carbs. You don’t have to. You have to cut calories. But if you’re doing a Keto diet, you must cut it. .
3) Pick a diet that you would enjoy. (standard diet, flexible, keto, atkins, IF, OMAD, military, etc..)
.
4) Lift weights and do cardio. Lifting weights doesn’t make you bulky. You will get bulky if you’re eating more calories than you’re burning.
.
5) Stay hydrated. Water won’t make you bloated unless you’re consuming excess amount of sodium/fiber/carbohydrates. Drink more water than usual if you want to lose more water weight. I won’t explain it anymore. Just do it!
.
6) Don’t rely on the scale. Taking progress pictures every week or two is better.
.
7) Stop making excuses. We’re all busy. Find a time to workout. We got 24hours and you only need 30-60mins to workout. You don’t have to do it everyday! If you cant go to gym, do home workouts, if you can’t then just walk or run outside and aim for 4000-5000steps or 3km or more, if you can’t then you’re just lazy don’t expect to get in shape by summer. Actually if you’re in a “right nutrition”, you can workout for only once to thrice a week and still lose weight. .
