First day on the #nhsfrontline and I’m drained already and have come home to crash and eat all the naughty snacks🥴

Self-isolation is incredibly important but obviously it’s understandable how hard it is. Here’s a few fun ideas to keep you entertained (they get better the further down you go): 🐙 Find a empty wall and practice handstands/headstands/groovy yoga 🐙Bake- anything containing biscoff/choc is a winner 🐙 TikTok don’t judge until you’ve tried it OMG #addicted 🐙 freeze mentos in ice cubes and put them in your siblings cokes. 🐙 find out what colour a chameleon is while it’s on a mirror 🐙 learn how to rap to Godzilla 🐙 obvs you can do a home workout too but it’s been ages and I still haven’t😏

I’m really looking forward to getting back to where I left off but my new found patience says build back up gradually. Where did this sensibleness even come from?

Note to my NOT so patient self: Comebacks are stronger than setbacks.

I want you to picture this…

Its months down the line and life has returned to normal and you are looking back at the whole period of lockdown, isolation and working from home.

What do you want to be looking back at in the future?

Wouldn’t it be great to look back at this whole weird and quite frankly shitty time and be proud of the what you did with the extra time?

The books you read, the new habits you forged, the things you changed with your nutrition and the consistency you achieved with your training.

The fact is we don’t know when this will all be over but what we can be sure of is that it will be over at some point.

We can also be sure of the fact that we can control what we do with our time.

Something I said to my clients this week was remember back to when you were a kid and you were at the end of the summer holiday.

You would often look back and think “oh why didn’t I do this or that and made better use of the time”. Don’t let that be the case when you look back at this period of time.

Yes there are lots of negatives about this period which I don’t need to remind you of.

However there can also be some positives that can come out of it.

Yesterday I put out a post opening up spots for new clients and I have been blown away by the response.

People who want to make the most of this period and look back at in the future with a sense of accomplishment.

If you maybe missed the post of decided not to reach out there is still time.

I’d be lying if I said my anxiety hasn’t been ramping up of late. But I see it as a call to take bigger action with myself and others. The day it becomes a distant memory and is announced that this is all over and we are safe, will be the best day ever🤍 .
Until then we will learn to dance in the rain (quite literally). Embracing every thought and emotion we are currently experiencing, good or bad.  We will grow from this, allowing ourselves to feel the negative emotions that may come; discomfort, anxiousness or maybe even depressed.  But do not let them overcome you and take over.  We are living in the uncertainty and with uncertainty always comes confusion, it is hard for the brain to figure out what to do next so it floods our minds with these negative emotions.  Just because we have a thought doesn’t mean it is true,  so dont make it harder on your brain thinking about what’s to come tomorrow or in a weeks time, take the process day by day with no guilt.  I promise if you stop thinking about what may happen and instead let yourself feel and embrace the rollercoaster of emotions that we are all currently experiencing,  you will come out of this stronger being able to accept and work with your emotions for future challenges rather than feel in a constant battle, blocking them out and never really understanding why you feel the way you feel.

I have my #Bowflex dumbbells, resistance bands, Rogue AirBike Echo and some #Spartan Training equipments.

I’m continuing to do high-intensity intervals training to build productivity in my strength and endurance with breaking sweat outs.  There are some exercises as Tabata is so uncomfortable to me, it’s great to get push through the limit to become better for next day.

Nutrition is still top priority to keep tracking down on macros with using #MyTransphormation Apps, (I’m using this apps to tracking down calories and macros), by based on what you are eat every day.  It’s can be become hard to gathering Whole Foods for your meal preps from grocery store while they are on very limited of available foods for everyone.  I’m using a meal prep service as #CleanEatz to make less stressful than what I’m try to find any available foods from grocery store.

I don’t enjoy to drink any sugar beverage after I completed #75Hard as three weeks ago since it’s been changed my taste buds with any sugar beverages.  I have never get tired of drinking same over a gallon of water every a single day.

Lastly, sleep is super important to recharging your body every night after you have been up and active for hours.  Since you are stay at home, you have make room to improving with your sleep schedule.

Within next weeks will be more tough while the gym is extended with closure until April 30, maybe it could be more extend until further notice.

Once you are staying discipline and consistent every day, you will become better health overall.

Keep stay strong and work hard as much as you can.

Ингредиенты:
Лаваш тонкий бездрожжевой 2 шт. (200 г)
Помидоры 2 шт. (400 г)
Сыр Моцарелла (или другой нежирный) 200-250 г
Базилик сушенный, если нет свежего по вкусу
Соль по вкусу

Приготовление:
Сыр трем на средней терке и посыпаем ровным слоем лаваш. Если сыр мягкий, то можно нарезать на тоненькие кусочки. Края лаваша оставляем пустыми. Используем только половину сыра (остальная часть уйдет на второй лаваш). Помидор нарезаем кольцами и выкладываем на сыр, только на 1/3 лаваша.
Солим и обильно посыпаем сушеным или свежим базиликом. Аккуратно заворачиваем лаваш. Тоже проделываем и с другим кусочком лаваша. Затем, разрезаем получившуюся пиццу на половинки, чтобы они поместились в форму для запекания/на сковороду без масла. Получится 4 кусочка. Ставим в духовку разогретую до максимума на 10-15 минут или обжариваем на сухой сковороде по 4 мин с каждой стороны . Подаем горячей. Приятного аппетита!

​​Фитнес-пицца "Маргарита" в лаваше 🔸на 100грамм - 181.97 ккал🔸Б/Ж/У - 8.95/7.38/22.87🔸

Ингредиенты:
Лаваш тонкий бездрожжевой 2 шт. (200 г)
Помидоры 2 шт. (400 г)
Сыр Моцарелла (или другой нежирный) 200-250 г
Базилик сушенный, если нет свежего по вкусу
Соль по вкусу

Приготовление:
Сыр трем на средней терке и посыпаем ровным слоем лаваш. Если сыр мягкий, то можно нарезать на тоненькие кусочки. Края лаваша оставляем пустыми. Используем только половину сыра (остальная часть уйдет на второй лаваш). Помидор нарезаем кольцами и выкладываем на сыр, только на 1/3 лаваша.
Солим и обильно посыпаем сушеным или свежим базиликом. Аккуратно заворачиваем лаваш. Тоже проделываем и с другим кусочком лаваша. Затем, разрезаем получившуюся пиццу на половинки, чтобы они поместились в форму для запекания/на сковороду без масла. Получится 4 кусочка. Ставим в духовку разогретую до максимума на 10-15 минут или обжариваем на сухой сковороде по 4 мин с каждой стороны . Подаем горячей. Приятного аппетита!

Snazzy upper body and core exercise for you guys to smash out at home! 2 Plank Up and Down + 4 Shoulder Taps! 
Start in the plank position on your hands, make sure your body is in line, braise your abs, clench your butt, heels back. Then push down to your elbows and back up to your hands. Once you’ve completed 2 plank up and down then stay on your hands and tap your opposite shoulders 4 times for the shoulder taps. • Try to keep your elbows as still and narrow as possible throughout the exercises to ensure you're isolating your tricep muscle⁣⠀

• To get the most from each extension, hold the position for a beat when your arms are fully extended.⁣⠀

That's another of my culinary creations. I don' t eat any side dishes right now which contain big amount of carbs like rice or potatoes or bread. So I prepared "filled" chicken slices. I cut 1 chicken breast into thinner slices' salted' peppered it and put on one slice of the pair mushrooms, baby speenach, soft cheese - i covered that with another slice and made it stabilized with toothpicks. I used 2 spoons of olive oil on the basic pan in oven and lil bit of soy sauce. At the end of the baking, I added slices of cheese on the top. The meal is for 2 people. Some ppl like garlic in oven, thats also there. I used as a side dish cucomber and low fat yoghurt with ketchup mix. Just awesome. 🍱🍛💯
