Hi my butt felt like it fell off during this workout and I waddled out like an idiot so here it is: 
1️⃣ BB deadlift 15-12-10-8-8 increasing weight 
2️⃣ BB lunge 4x10-12
3️⃣ Smith machine single stiff leg deadlift 4x15 / leg
↪️ SUPERSET with Smith machine good mornings 4x10
4️⃣ Glute hyperextensions start holding plate x15 then drop to body weight x12-15 (4 rounds)

Fitness is not about denying yourself, it’s more about using common sense, self control, and moderation. 
I look at this, and damn it looks good so I’m going to make one (or even two) and have them. I’m just NOT going to have 10.

Today was one of those days where i did not feel like going to the gym. I did not have that fire in me to push myself. But i decided to go anyways. And GUESS WHAT? I had one of the best sessions in a while. I hit a few PRs on the squat, and Bench press. 
THE LESSON IS:
that when you feel lazy or you just want to lay down and relax the rest of the day, PACK YOUR GYM BAG AND GO HIT THE GYM, YOU WILL FEEL 100x BETTER. .
