Einen tollen Donnerstag Sportsfreunde 🙌🏻. Mit einem großen Kaffee sieht der Tag doch gleich besser aus 😆. Auch wenn es kleine Dinge sind, hilft mir gerade jede Struktur um produktiv durch meinen Alltag zu kommen. Da hilft es auch die Jogginghose ausnahmsweise auszuziehen und in meiner @fitjeans durch die Wohnung zu laufen 👌🏻 Neben meinen Coachings arbeite ich gerade viel an Workout Videos und verschiedenen Projekten für mich selbst und andere Kunden. Später gibt’s dann natürlich auch noch ein Workout. Ob HIIT oder Laufen entscheide ich heute Mittag spontan. Ich hoffe ihr bleibt alle motiviert und seid nach wie vor fit! Habt einen tollen Tag meine Lieben ✌🏻.

Manchmal muss man etwas kreativ sein, aber dann lässt sich auch wirklich intensiv trainieren. Man kann aber auch einfach auf dem Sofa sitzen und sich ärgern, dass die gyms zu haben und den Kopf in den Sand stecken. Ich hoffe ihr seid alle gesund und haltet euch fit?? 🤔 Habt einen schönen Tag meine Lieben ✌🏻.

Okay - zugegeben: Es ist nicht JEDEN TAG so! An manchen Tagen denke ich mir schon ab und an mal: „Puuuh... Reicht dann jetzt auch“ und ich denke, dass das auch absolut normal ist, denn an die meisten Veränderungen muss man sich erst mal gewöhnen ☺️

Dennoch ziehe ich aus der Zunahme viele Vorteile! 👌🏽
Mehr Energie im Training, mehr Weiblichkeit, mehr Rundungen & mehr Booty! 🙃

Daher bin ich eben unterm Strich froh über 6 kg mehr, auch wenn sie natüüüürlich auch an Stellen gegangen sind wo ich sie nicht SO gern gehabt hätte 😁 - aber ich versuche an den Tagen, wo ich dann doch mal Flausen im Kopf habe an die positiven Auswirkungen zu denken 🙏🏻 ( Auf dem Foto waren es übrigens erst 4 kg mehr 🥰 ) .

Generally, when someone says that something is “the best” it means that it’s the best for them. It doesn’t mean that it’s the best for you. If your buddy has been training for 10 years and you’re just starting out, his workout plan probably isn’t going to be ideal for you. Your goals, experience, free time, injuries, diet, stress level, sleep quality etc will determine the best workout split/routine for you
.
This graphic gives you a starting point. If you can commit to 4 days a week then and upper and lower day twice a week each is a great place to start 👍🏼
.
If you are just starting out then start SLOWLY. Try 2x a week at first and then (if you’ve been consistent) add another day each month. Do not start at 7 days/per week and miss half of them - you’ll lose motivation and the amount of discipline required for that level of effort will be too demanding and you’ll give up. You are not only training your muscles but also your ability to self discipline yourself 🧠 - Once you can master that then you will be in great shape for the rest of your life 😉
.
The exercises here are examples and can be changed for others (as long as you are working the same muscles) 😊
.
A key takeaway from these splits is that you are hitting each muscle group at least 2x per week - that is very important

With the onset of the recent pandemic, I thought It’d be only right that I share a few workouts you could do in the comfort of your own home with you guys!

NO EQUIPMENT: this is a great full body workout that does not require any equipment! Repeat the workout 2 to 3 times, and remember to stretch and cool down prior to and after the circuits.

SOME EQUIPMENT: A little more challenging in terms of the load, but an incredible workout nonetheless. You will need some basic equipment like dumbbells and a functional staircase. Repeat this circuit twice, and again remember to warm up(before) and cool down(after) the circuits.

No matter how hard you train them, you’ll never have visible abs if you’re eating junk. Doesn’t have to be perfect, but it’s got to be clean!

You can train them all day and night but you won’t be able to spot reduce the fat in just your tummy area. Once your food is in check, train them hard. High rep, low rep, weighted, just like you would any other muscle! Keep them guessing.

It won’t happen overnight but STAY CONSISTENT. Trust me when I say this, it’ll be worth it.

Nueva receta DE APROVECHAMIENTO🌿¡Guárdala y hazla!🔝🔝ojalá pudieras oler ésto. Quería hacer lasaña vegetal pero no tenía cositas así que #quichesaludable:

1️⃣He picado en un robot 2 puerros y 1/4 de col, para agilizar, pero podéis cortar en trocitos y la he salteado en una sartén a fuego medio con especias y sal al gusto 🧂.
2️⃣En un bol he puesto 150ml de claras líquidas y 2 claras de huevos, lo he batido a mano y he añadido las dos yemas, sal y 120gr de yogur griego🍳🍳.
3️⃣Al estar la verdura pochada lo he mezclado todo en el bol y lo he puesto en un molde (con papel antiadherente) y por encima trocitos de tomate seco (quería poner natural a rodajas... pero bueno, no tenía 🍅) y una bola de queso mozzarella en lonchitas. Pimienta por encima y al horno precalentado aproximadamente 50 minutos.

OMG😭aconsejo congelar una porción para abrir el congelador un día cualquiera y morir de Alegría🤞🏽 🥮Quiche completa: 25gr G/ 20gr CH/ 65gr P/ 550cals (aprox) •

Nueva receta DE APROVECHAMIENTO🌿¡Guárdala y hazla!🔝🔝ojalá pudieras oler ésto. Quería hacer lasaña vegetal pero no tenía cositas así que #quichesaludable :

1️⃣He picado en un robot 2 puerros y 1/4 de col, para agilizar, pero podéis cortar en trocitos y la he salteado en una sartén a fuego medio con especias y sal al gusto 🧂.
2️⃣En un bol he puesto 150ml de claras líquidas y 2 claras de huevos, lo he batido a mano y he añadido las dos yemas, sal y 120gr de yogur griego🍳🍳.
3️⃣Al estar la verdura pochada lo he mezclado todo en el bol y lo he puesto en un molde (con papel antiadherente) y por encima trocitos de tomate seco (quería poner natural a rodajas... pero bueno, no tenía 🍅) y una bola de queso mozzarella en lonchitas. Pimienta por encima y al horno precalentado aproximadamente 50 minutos.

OMG😭aconsejo congelar una porción para abrir el congelador un día cualquiera y morir de Alegría🤞🏽 🥮Quiche completa: 25gr G/ 20gr CH/ 65gr P/ 550cals (aprox) •

INGREDIENTES
.
> 1/2 Taza de nata líquida.
> 8 oz. de chocolate.
> 1 Cdta Esencia vainilla.
>  1cda Cacao en polvo.
> 1/2 Almendras muy trituradas.

PASO A PASO
.
Crear estas bolitas es tan sencillo como poner un cazo al fuego (fuego medio) con nata líquida, deja que hierva. una vez haya llegado ebullición, añade las 8 onzas de chocolate, ve removiendo hasta que la mezcla espese un poco. 🌟TRUCO: añade una cucharada de cacao en polvo para ayudar a espesar la mezcla antes.
Pon la mezcla en el frigorífico durante unos 15-20 minutos o hasta que la textura de la masa quede similar a la plastilina.
Saca la masa del frigorífico y haz pequeñas bolitas ayudándote con un poco de cacao en polvo para que la masa no se pegue a las manos. Por último, añade almendras trituradas por encima para darle el toque final a estas trufas de chocolate 🤤

Guys I had some ideas how to stay a little bit more active while being stuck at home.. we just move less while we are stuck at home even though it you workout at home. So I though you have to do this things:
❗️before you sit down you have to do 30 body weight squats
❗️for ever hour you are seated you have to do 10 push ups
❗️every time you open a door you have to do 6 pull ups
❗️every time you want to open the fridge you have to do 15 burpees first
.
💦💀😅lets stay fit and lean 👌🏼 just try to put in some more activities during your time home💕

For me on the weekends we are not allowed to leave the house at all. Not even groceries. I really hope this helps the situation. Sure it is super hard, but I am glad I am healthy and have a 🏠 home

With the onset of the recent pandemic, I thought It’d be only right that I share a few workouts you could do in the comfort of your own home with you guys!

NO EQUIPMENT: this is a great full body workout that does not require any equipment! Repeat the workout 2 to 3 times, and remember to stretch and cool down prior to and after the circuits.

SOME EQUIPMENT: A little more challenging in terms of the load, but an incredible workout nonetheless. You will need some basic equipment like dumbbells and a functional staircase. Repeat this circuit twice, and again remember to warm up(before) and cool down(after) the circuits.

With the onset of the recent pandemic, I thought It’d be only right that I share a few workouts you could do in the comfort of your own home with you guys!

NO EQUIPMENT: this is a great full body workout that does not require any equipment! Repeat the workout 2 to 3 times, and remember to stretch and cool down prior to and after the circuits.

SOME EQUIPMENT: A little more challenging in terms of the load, but an incredible workout nonetheless. You will need some basic equipment like dumbbells and a functional staircase. Repeat this circuit twice, and again remember to warm up(before) and cool down(after) the circuits.

En estos momentos de encierro he decidido reducir los carbohidratos para compensar la baja actividad e intentar darle un respiro a mí sistema digestivo👇🏽
Y ¿Cómo seguir una dieta Keto si lo único que quieres comer son galletas? , ¡ Aquí tenemos la solución !

La receta original es de @blissfully y solo puedo decir que ha dado totalmente en el clavo! 😍

INGREDIENTES
.
>1/4  Taza mantequilla a temperatura ambiente.
>3 Cda. Aceite de coco.
>3 Gotas de stevia.
>1 Huevo
>1 Cdta vanilla.
>2 Cdta gelatina.
>1/2 Cdta bicarbonato.
>1/2 Cdta sal
> 2 Tazas de harina de almendras.
> 1/3 Taza de chips de chocolate.

PASO A PASO
[ Desliza para ver el vídeo 🎥]

Pon en un bol el aceite de coco, mantequilla y la stevia (endulzante granulado también es apto). Bate la mezcla. A continuación, añade el huevo, la vainilla, sal, bicarbonato y gelatina. Vuelve a batir.
Una vez hayas conseguido una mezcla homogénea, incorpora la harina de almendras y los chips de chocolate.
Haz pequeñas bolitas y mételas al horno durante 10 minutos.
🌟NOTA: Cuando las saques, verás que continúan estando un poco blandas, ¡no te preocupes, cuando enfríen quedarán perfectas!

Esta foto me la hice Justo antes de entrar a cortarme el pelo, hace dos años, no tengo muchas fotos porque en esa etapa es cuando peor estaba y fue una de las razones por las que decidí cortármelo 💇🏽‍♀️Una especie de recordatorio diario de que se necesita tiempo para que todo llegue🌿Y llega🤞🏽 Por otra parte, quince días más...ahora mismo me cuesta asimilarlo, tampoco entiendo si con las medidas adecuadas es tan perjudicial dejarnos salir una hora para hacer deporte al aire libre, sin contacto físico con nada/nadie...🙏🏼 No seáis muy duras y explicadmelo con cariño😅

Es solo que la voluntad flaquea y necesito encontrar la manera de no sentirme constantemente enjaulada, mansa y atontada, no pido vida normal, solo salir y respirar naturaleza🌿

Sentir que mis sentidos se despiertan, que de nuevo se agudizan y poder volver a empezar sientiendome más fuerte🔙

Buenos días de sábado!
Me he despertado súper feliz, después de tantos días trabajando el poder tener un sábado en casa no sabéis lo que lo valoro!
No poner el despertador, tomarme un café y hacer ejercicio, os aseguro que me ha dado la vida!
Y hoy como es sábado toca hacer algo especial, así que este medio día mientras nos hacemos la comida nos vamos a tomar un vino junto con este picoteo súper saludable y vegano:
Tostadas con mahonesa de aguacate y picada de champiñones. 
Todos los productos son de @elhuertodecirilo que ya os enseñe el otro día lo feliz que estoy de haber conocido a Silvia por la calidad de todos sus productos ecológicos, el trato y el servicio.
Vamos a por la receta!
✨Ingredientes ✨
-4/5 champiñones grandes
-50g nueces
-1/4 cebolleta
-2CS salsa tamari o soja
-1cc cebolla en polvo
-1cc ajo en polvo
-1/2 cc pimentón ahumado
Para la mahonesa rápida de aguacate:
-1 aguacate
-Zumo de 1/2 limón
-Escamas del Sal con chili de @delaconca . Si no tenéis sal con una pizca de chili
-1CS agua
✨Elaboración ✨
1. Limpia las verduras.
2. Pon en un procesador de alimentos todos los ingredientes de la picada y tritura bien. No debe de quedar una masa Dino trocitos súper pequeños.
3. Saltea la mezcla en una sartén con un poco de aceite de oliva.
4. Mientras haz la mahonesa triturando bien todos los ingredientes. Tuesta el pan
5. Monta las tostadas.
Lo que sobra podéis añadirlo a una ensalada.. está brutal!

Whether bikini season is in public or not, your still going to feel SHITTY about yourself if you let yourself stay out of shape or get yourself gain weight. ⁣

At the end of the day,  you shouldn’t be getting “fit” for anybody else but yourself anyways, so drop the excuses and look in the mirror.⁣

Ask yourself if the habits your practicing right now are nourishing and helping you get to a spot where you love your body or not? ⁣

Os enseñaba por Stories lo fácil que es hacer un helado muy saludable en casa. lo que no os dije es que qué tiene de saludable lo tiene de delicioso es delicioso y no llegue a hacerle fotos 🙈. pero no temáis, porque con la excusa me prepare otro!
En esta ocasión uno de plátano, açaí, almendras y arándanos 🤤

INGREDIENTES
.
> Un plátano congelado
> Una cucharada de açaí en polvo @prozisespana
> Un puñado de almendras picadas
> Un puñado de arándanos deshidratados
.
PASO A PASO
.
Esto es sencillo como poner el plátano y una cucharada de açaí en una trituradora. Una vez esté un poco triturado añadimos las almendras y los arándanos. Volvemos a triturar durante unos 12 segundos.
Y listo! más sencillo imposible!

Para terminar decidí acompañarlo con un gofre sin azúcar de @prozisespana, un pequeño pecado que no falta en mi despensa 😅
.
Así como yo lo he hecho con estos ingredientes tú puedes hacerlo con los que te vengan a la mente, solo tienes que echarle un poco de imaginación ✨
.
El primero que me dice (qué tan poco tiempo duró en el bo😂l), combiné plátano, fresas, avellanas y chocolate. Una combinación 10!
