Fried off 5% fat mince with garlic, onions, mushrooms, tin of chopped tomatoes, carton of passata, rich bolognese stock pot & a splash of Worcestershire sauce... left to simmer for 15mins.... served with spaghetti & cheesy garlic bread (schar ciabatta HexB, toasted in oven for 10 mins, sliced & spread with a mix of 2 tsp flora light (2 SYNS), garlic & mixed herbs & topped with 35g Asda’s fiery cheese blend (1 HexA)

многим знакомо это чувство когда тянет есть одни и те же продукты/просто лень придумывать что-то новое. так вот, очень важно получать витамины и микроэлементы из разных продуктов (натуральных), а не приучать себя к однообразному питанию.

включайте в свой рацион больше фруктов, овощей, семян, орехов, зелени (это мегасупер-фуд), круп и т.д. именно растительные жиры и белки дают организму энергию, бодрость и хорошее самочувствие.

я замечаю, что мое состояние улучшается, когда на перекус я беру фрукты; готовлю смузибоулы на завтрак; ем салаты на обед; добавляю семена и орехи в свою утреннюю кашу и готовлю дома свежевыжатый соки из овощей и фруктов 🌱😍

This week’s work food prep. This was so quick to prep as I’ve gone a bit for convenience here. I’ve been struggling with making time to eat breakfasts so have become a bit obsessed with these porridge pots! This week I have actually tracked this into myfitnesspal... I honestly didn’t think I’d need to track calories again but I’ve realised I’m not doing this because I feel I need to or to lose weight but because it’s such a useful tool I actually want to. #rezept 👩🏻‍🍳 für 8 Schnecken mit je 233 kcal ➡️ Nutzt #leckerschmeckeralainlukaali wenn ihr was von mir nachmacht. So kann ich eure ganzen Kreationen bewundern, da freu ich mich doch immer so drüber 😍

375g Dinkelmehl Type 630
150-200ml Leichtmilch 0,5%
50g Butter leicht
1 Ei M
40g Zucker
1/2 Würfel frische Hefe
1 Prise Salz
Optional: etwas frische Zitronenschale

125g Heidelbeeren
wer will rührt noch einen Zuckerguss an, oder nimmt wie ich Hagelzucker

1. Ich mache meinen Teig in der Küchenmaschine, geht aber auch von Hand - Mehl in eine große Schüssel geben, darin eine Mulde bilden
2. Milch erwärmen, maximal lauwarm !nicht kochen! Zucker und Hefe dazugeben, ordentlich verquirlen und die Mischung in die Mulde geben, mit etwas Mehl verrühren und 20 Minuten stehen lassen.
3. Restliche Zutaten dazu geben und zu einem glatten, elastischem Teig verkneten
4. 1 h gehen lassen - Teigvolumen sollte sich verdoppeln
5. Ofen auf 180 °C Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen
6. Teig auf eine bemehlte Fläche geben, noch mal durchkneten und ausrollen
7. Mit den Heidelbeeren belegen, wer will kann ein paar zerdrücken und dann vorsichtig aufrollen. In 8 Teile schneiden und mit der Schnittkante nach oben nebeneinander in eine Auflaufform setzen
8. noch einmal 30 Minuten abgedeckt gehen lassen
9. mit etwas zusätzlicher Milch einstreichen und 40 -50 Minuten Goldbraun backen - ich gebe unten in den Ofen immer eine Schale mit etwas Wasser, dann geht er toll auf und bleibt schön saftig!

Day 6/7 of my #7perfectdayswithtori. 
Another day fully on plan although feeling a little deflated as don’t feel like I will have lost tomorrow at weigh in. Must get out of the habit of weighing myself all the time at home - not healthy and it does zero for my mood! Another three yummy meals today though still... Have tried to have SP meals so just enjoyed the pulled pork with squash and coleslaw tonight - still super delish! On a better note, I’ve had a super productive evening: got ahead on some school work for next week and made a pea and ham soup for tomorrow. Can’t wait! Hope everyone has had a good Monday 😘

I had some tofu with paprika and soy sauce, some peas, tomatoes and potatoes, very delicious!
It was not a good day, food wise. I couldn't get myself to eat lunch, I had a nap in the afternoon and then finally forced myself to have a small banana before dinner. I know it's bad but something was really off in me today, don't know why.
On a positive note tho I had a productive morning, I went to the bank to get few things done and I cleaned up my room, something I had been procrastinating for over a month lol
I'm feeling kinda bloated at the moment, I had my usual cup of tea while playing Monopoly with my sister tonight and now I'm feeling really tired, I might go to bed soon.

Late dinner post because I got a new phone and I have been fixing it until now!
I had some tofu with paprika and soy sauce, some peas, tomatoes and potatoes, very delicious!
It was not a good day, food wise. I couldn't get myself to eat lunch, I had a nap in the afternoon and then finally forced myself to have a small banana before dinner. I know it's bad but something was really off in me today, don't know why.
On a positive note tho I had a productive morning, I went to the bank to get few things done and I cleaned up my room, something I had been procrastinating for over a month lol
I'm feeling kinda bloated at the moment, I had my usual cup of tea while playing Monopoly with my sister tonight and now I'm feeling really tired, I might go to bed soon.

Pläne sind da um verworfen oder geändert zu werden. Auch Essenspläne. So wurden aus den ursprünglich gedachten Spinatspätzle mit Pilzrahm einfach eine Pilzpfanne mit Kichererbsen und Spinat. Eine Stufe einfacher und schneller.

Der nächste Plan steht damit schon in den Startlöchern. Vielleicht probiere ich mal diese "Fisch"-Burgerpattys aus, die ich letztens entdeckt hatte.
Vielleicht aber auch nicht. Mal sehen.

Der "Käsedip" zum Superbowl wird auf jeden Fall ausprobiert.

2020 holidays 🌴😍 gives me goals to aim for! • tonight we’ve just booked 2 weeks all inclusive in Mexico 🇲🇽 for November. We love a winter holiday, and this year I wanna be feeling fab in my bikini 👙 • at the weekend I booked a girls long weekend to Krakow with @hjw_weightloss & @nualah88 😍 so excited to explore a new city! And hopefully be comfy in my jeans by then 😂
• August were off to Edinburgh to see the tattoo! & meet the lush @emma_slimming94 😍 • As well as going to the Netherlands to walk Airbourne Wandletocht, camping & maybe climbing Ben Nevis.
