Te dará mas hambre ya que tú cuerpo te pedirá las calorías que le faltan en lugar de tener que consumir su propia grasa corporal.
Elige alimentos de baja densidad calórica que son los que te aportan menos calorías por determinada cantidad de alimento que los de alta densidad calórica son los que te aportan más calorías por la misma cantidad de alimento por ejemplo la papa aporta 17g de carbohidratos por cada 100g y el pan aporta 50g por cada 100g así que la densidad calórica del pan es mayor que la de la papa osea que elegir la papa es la mejor opcion porque lograrás mayor saciedad o llenura. Recuerda que los vegetales también son carbohidratos, pero de muy baja densidad calórica, por lo que aunque comas demasiados, el aporte es tan bajo que es difícil excederte.Trata de basar los carbohidratos de tu dieta en alimentos de baja densidad calórica como: papa, batata, arroz integral, granos, vegetales y frutas, en lugar de pan, dulces, harinas y similares, que te aportarán muchos carbohidratos en poca cantidad de alimento y alcanzarás tu requerimiento nutricional total diario mucho antes de saciarte.

✅✅✅ When we try pull-ups or pull-downs or chin-ups, the number ONE thing we need to do (both for safety and back development) is to LOCK those scapulas down and back before starting the pull. It's the most important thing you need to remember if you want to develop those wings because that's actually "how" you engage your back muscles.⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When learning the exercise, it's always good to start with protraction of the shoulder blades (letting them lose) and then proceeds to retract and depress them (lock them down and back) before you pull yourself up for each rep.⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❌❌❌ If you don't go through this step, chances are you'll never get to learn the proper execution and get some form of shoulder injury in the long term.⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Wer kennt es nicht, gerade im Herbst/Winter, hat man Aufbau bedingt natürlich auch das ein oder andere Kilo mehr auf den Rippen und wohl fühlt man sich auch irgendwann nicht mehr das ist klar, sei dir einfach bewusst, dass du dennoch immer die Wahl und Entscheidung treffen kannst, etwas zu ändern, allerdings gehört auch diese Phase dazu wenn du eben das Maximum rausholen möchtest!
