Até para os mais apaixonados por academia, não é fácil chegar as 8 da manhã e sair às 8 ou as vezes as 10 da noite.

Tinha dias que eu dava a minha última aula e tudo que eu mais queria era ir direto para casa 😅

Treinar a noite normalmente era muito difícil, eu já estava cansada e por isso, acaba sempre treinando no maaaaaximo duas vez por semana (e olha lá).

E agora acho que me encontrei treinando logo pelo primeiro horário. Não tem mais desculpas, não tem mais cansaço.

Tem apenas a sensação de dever cumprido logo cedo! 💪🏻✨

The target muscles are the core muscles (in red) Co-contraction of back extensors, abdominal muscles, pelvic floor and diaphragm.

In addition to the core muscles, the primary stabilizers are the serratus anterior that abducts the scapula, and the triceps brachii that extends the elbow.

Keep neutral spine and core contracted.

When you co-contract, you wake these muscles up and they work together to create a well-supported core.

Characteristic mistakes:

1. Anterior pelvic tilt, usually as a result of weakness in the abdominal muscles.

On n’arrive pas au top sans rien faire! 
J’entends trop souvent des gens dire : c’est trop dur, je n’y arrive pas, je n’y arriverais jamais... 🤔
Il faut arrêter de croire que tout est «inné » est que les gens que vous trouvez « forts » le sont comme ça!
.
Quand je suis rentrée à la BSPP j’étais... une vrai chèvre sur certaines choses 😂 avant aux tests de sélections Armee, il n’y avait pas de tractions à faire pour les femmes. Et pas de sélections « brigade » et en course à pied juste un Luc léger. .
Imaginez la déchéance quand je suis arrivée à Villeneuve, zéro traction! J arrivais pas à lever mon derrière pour passer le menton au dessus de la barre! Et en courant avec la section je faisais le même bruit que mon chien 😂. La honte! Donc grosse remise en question. .
Bref après des méthodes d entraînement intenses plus ou moins pédagogiques... certains comprendront 😂 j’ai réussi en fin de formation secours a victime a faire le minimum pour être apte et intégrer une compagnie. Et après lors de la formation incendie 4 mois après, je fais le max en quota féminin en tractions et course à pied. .
Par la suite avec les années, le sport en caserne étc je fais meme chose que mes collègues, en course, en membres sup, en parcours étc! Et pourtant je venais de loin avec mon passif de nageuse. 😂
.
Donc arrêtez de croire que vous n en êtes pas capable! C’est dans la tête et c’est valable pour tout genre de choses! . 
Comme on dit : il suffit juste de se sortir les doigts ... 😅
.
N hésitez pas à partager et identifier des gens qui ont besoin d’un petit rappel pour savoir qu’ils en sont capable! Il suffit juste de le vouloir et de se donner les moyens ! .

Brandy got pregnant and married when she was 20, divorced and remarried for 12 years and now has three amazing kids. She worked her ass off to take care of herself and her kids.  Brandy also decided to do a figure contest and came in second place within 9 weeks of deciding to do a show and 1st place 2 weeks later. THAT IS SUPER IMPRESSIVE!! Brandy and Tyler both work together and are best friends, they also own a Real estate Company with a team of Realtors. This is an example of what most people want in life. At 18 all I wanted to do was be as big as possible, I gained a ton of muscle and decided being functional and strong was a better route instead of being a meathead

What I REALLY wanted was to be the person I knew I was, but didn’t know how to express. A strong minded, confident, decisive, goal oriented man
.
That’s where the real gains came, my goals went from physical, to character based. A good physique will bring you some satisfaction, but what kind of person did you become? What character traits did you learn that you can now apply to everything in your life?

Most people look at the physical side of fitness, but there is SO much more to gain than just a physical goal

At 18 all I wanted to do was be as big as possible, I gained a ton of muscle and decided being functional and strong was a better route instead of being a meathead

What I REALLY wanted was to be the person I knew I was, but didn’t know how to express. A strong minded, confident, decisive, goal oriented man

That’s where the real gains came, my goals went from physical, to character based. A good physique will bring you some satisfaction, but what kind of person did you become? What character traits did you learn that you can now apply to everything in your life?

An essential pill that’s gonna reshape your mindset, practice and definitely your body

In 2010, I was the heaviest I had ever been. I weighed 360 lbs. I reflect back on how I felt back then and even though you see a guy smiling in the picture, I was fighting depression and suicidal thoughts daily. 
I wondered what my life would have been like had I not ever gained the weight. Because I gained it and battled over the years to lose it (while sharing my journey online) I have some of the most amazing people in my life. 
I finally love 💕 myself and who I am becoming.
I wouldn’t change a thing.
