The Kettlebell Deadlift focuses on the leg prime movers, including the hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, and calves. Also, this exercise works on the core muscles (colored light brown)

As we can see on the right:) animation, the movement is only in the hip joint (*Hip Hinge) and not in the spine!!! (See left animation)
It is important to keep the back straight throughout the movement. *The Hip Hinge is one of the most important movement for trainees to learn, before starting squats, deadlifts, kettlebell swings and in general for proper day to day movements.

The hip thrusts is probably one of the best exercises for the glutes (booty). And yes I think both guys and ladies should do them since having strong glutes helps with other exercises like deadlift and squats!

Стоит ли удивляться тому, какое значение имеет правильная постановка дыхания у спортсменов, тела которых испытывают постоянные перегрузки? Научиться дышать правильно — целая наука. Управление своими легкими может помочь преодолеть самые сложные препятствия, пробежать больше, поднять тяжелее и взобраться выше. Мы расскажем вам о нескольких проверенных способах прокачать свой скилл осознанного дыхания до высшего уровня, чтобы любые нагрузки казались вам легкой забавой.

Носовое дыхание при беге

Бег очень требователен к объему легких и выносливости марафонца. Дышать как в обычной жизни тут не получится: нужно, для начала, научиться рефлекторно втягивать воздух правильно. Для начала подойдет стандартная схема — вдыхаем носом, выдыхаем ртом. Дышать необходимо животом. Развить эту способность можно довольно простым упражнением. Лягте на пол и положите на живот книгу. При каждом вдохе акцентируйте внимание на том, чтобы она поднималась. Так вы задействуете диафрагму, подключив глубокое, экономичное дыхание. Недели подобных тренировок хватит, чтобы организм привык дышать животом и уже автоматически подключал этот способ при больших нагрузках. 
Прокачиваем реберные мышцы

Именно эти мышцы отвечают за раздвижение ребер, а значит — дают нашим легким разворачиваться на весь доступный объем. Накачать их какими-то механическими упражнениями просто нереально. Поможет здесь специальная аэробная тренировочная маска, которая затрудняет подачу кислорода в легкие. Тем самым укрепляется диафрагма, объем и эластичность легких увеличиваются, а побочным эффектом выступает, как раз таки, укрепление межреберных мышц.

Именно эти мышцы отвечают за раздвижение ребер, а значит — дают нашим легким разворачиваться на весь доступный объем. Накачать их какими-то механическими упражнениями просто нереально. Поможет здесь специальная аэробная тренировочная маска, которая затрудняет подачу кислорода в легкие. Тем самым укрепляется диафрагма, объем и эластичность легких увеличиваются, а побочным эффектом выступает, как раз таки, укрепление межреберных мышц.
