Vamos falar um pouco do famoso “pump” muscular.  Quem treina musculação  já sentiu aquela sensação de inchaço na região trabalhada e o músculo realmente maior. De uma forma bem simples, tudo se deve ao fato da região bombear mais sangue durante o treino, consequentemente aumentando o tamanho do músculo. Será que esse aumento muscular durante o treino tem relação com a hipertrofia obtida no mesmo?  Em um estudo realizado recentemente colocaram homens bem treinados para realizar 3 séries de exercícios com carga de 30 a 80% de 1RM. Os indivíduos que trabalharam com cargas menores tiveram um aumento de até 4cm do músculo contra 2cm do grupo com cargas superiores. Considerando que uma carga a partir de 75% de 1RM seria a ideal para um treino voltado para hipertrofia, podemos concluir que não existe uma relação entre esse pump muscular e o  resultado real obtido durante o treino. O pump com certeza pode ser um sinalizador que a região está sendo bem trabalhada mas não pode servir como parâmetro quando se objetiva hipertrofia muscular, até mesmo pelas diversas variáveis e complexidade do processo. Bieganie. Od kilku lat nieodłączna część mojego życia. Nie jestem żadnym wyczynowcem i specjalistą w tej dziedzinie. Jestem zwykłym amatorem, który kiedyś założył pierwsze lepsze trampki i próbował dogonić męża, który biegał już jakiś czas. Po jakimś 1 kilometrze poddałam się i stwierdziłam, że to chyba nie dla mnie. Ale, że z Kamilem od zawsze lubiliśmy rywalizację a ja ogólnie bardzo lubię ruch to postanowiłam spróbować znowu.. i znowu.. aż pewnego dnia biegłam na równi z nim. Od tego momentu wprowadziłam regularne treningi biegowe w cykl swojego życia. Co mi daje bieganie? Poza formą i poczuciem sprawności, przede wszystkim, oczyszcza mi głowę. To czas tylko dla mnie. Bym mogła złapać oddech, rozejrzeć się wokół, docenić piękno natury, pomyśleć, posłuchać swojej ukochanej muzyki. Wyzerować się, złapać dystans, zmęczyć w inny sposób niż taki codzienny. I im bardziej jestem zmęczona, im mniej mam sił, biegowy wysiłek wbrew logice zawsze tych sił mi dodaje. Czasem biegam wolniej tylko dla relaksu, czasem podkręcam tempo, stawiam sobie sama kolejne granice do przekroczenia. Wtedy, gdy już wydaje mi się, że nie mogę, nie dam rady więcej, w głowie zawsze wibruje mi tekst Ewy Chodakowskiej „Twoje ciało może więcej niż podpowiada Ci Twój umysł”. I tak jest. Zawsze dam z siebie ciut więcej niż myślę, że mogę. To hartuje charakter. Utwierdza mnie w przekonaniu, że jestem twarda i silna a to przekłada się na moją samoocenę i pewność siebie. Więc co mi daje bieganie? Samo dobro, a przede wszystkim taki uśmiech po każdym treningu 😁 Nie wierzysz? Spróbuj.. nie poddawaj się po pierwszych razach, regularnie lecz delikatnie podnoś poprzeczkę, gwarantuję Ci, że kiedyś i Ty to poczujesz ❤️

On- vs Offseason. Für viele immer abschreckende Gegenüberstellungen. Aber auch das gehört zum Bodybuilding. Das linke Bild ist unmittelbar vor dem Wettkampf. Rechts wurde willkürlich aus der Futterphase gewählt. Für viele stellen beide Phasen ein Extrem da. Der Sport ist auf Wetrkampfniveau aber auch genau das - ein Extrem, ein absoluter Leistungssport.
Klar wäre es möglich das ganze Jahr gut in Form zu bleiben. Würden wir dann aber den maximalen Muskelaufbau aus der Offseason holen können?
Nein! Wir starten nächstes Jahr im Herbst erneut, also haben wir einen gewissen Zeitraum um uns maximal zu verbessern. Daher verschwenden wir auch keine Zeit. Wir wollen uns nicht nur irgendwie verbessern, sondern das Maximale aus uns herausholen. Seid also gespannt.

The busier you are the less you focus on food. Think about the days you are rushing around between work and the gym or on the weekends when you are out the house for hours without a meal. Hunger signals are way down and food focus is lowered when your mind is occupied 👀

An example for myself is having back to back meetings at work all morning, I'll often be surprised that it's lunch time as I've no real urge to eat. In sharp contrast, if I'm working at my desk and my tasks are not as stimulating then I'll catch myself clock watching for midday as I know that's when I'll go heat my meal up 🍽

One way I'm tackling this, aside from desperately trying to arrange meetings back to back with anyone who will entertain me, is to 1) really immerse myself in the task at hand, no matter how admin intensive and 2) allocate deep work or client facing work to the hour between 11-12 prior to lunch 💻 👨🏼‍💼 📞

Outside of work, this same principle can be applied to your evening. Watching a mundane netflix episode isn't likely to hold your focus away from hunger, but instead you could be writing out your plans for the next day or setting out your clothes or tidying your kitchen 🧹 -
On the more relaxed end, you could phone a friend or your partner, but generally being busier and more attentive to tasks will mean you're less focused on hunger when dieting 💭

One of the things I used to believe is that I needed to use a really wide grip on lat pulldowns in order to build wider lats, but in actual fact, the wider you take your grip the less impact the exercise has on your lats 🤯 •
This might seem pretty nuts but if you think about what happens to your body with a wider grip it makes sense. When using this grip compared with a more narrow grip (video 2) or a reverse grip (video 3), your arms don’t travel as far away from your body so you’re unable to get a really full stretch on your lats, which is needed for a stronger contraction, and can’t work them as effectively 👎🏼

What you’re really doing is working your rhomboids and teres major (in the upper back) more with the wider grip, which isn’t a bad thing, but if you want to target your lats more then look to bring your hands closer together!

The state of “being” does not mean being  happy all of the time. .

And surrender does not mean giving up. .

Both come down to acceptance of the now, your current situation. This one fleeting moment. And it is from there that you can take positive action towards a desired goal one step at a time. .

Any action out of fear and resistance will only leave you swimming in circles. Unable to make progress and grinding yourself down into the ground until you are forced to surrender. Basically taking the longest route possible. Trust me I know I’ve been there and just got out of it😝. Learn from me people! .

Nada como tomar uma bronca da nutri não é meixxxmo, Brasil.

Bom, na verdade muitas coisas vão mudar agora. Não tanto na alimentação, num primeiro momento, mas mais o estímulo de treinamento.

Eu explico, de nada adianta você querer alterar todas as variáveis ao mesmo tempo. Treino, dieta, rotina, etc... Se você fizer isso, os profissionais não terão como saber o que "deu certo" e o que "não deu certo". Por isso que o tio bate sempre na mesma tecla, PACIÊNCIA, CACETA!!! As reações do corpo humano são extremamente individualizadas. Sim, há uma tendência maior para ir para uma característica, fato. Maaaas, geralmente, essa característica vai de encontro com que o cidadão deseja. 
Ex: a mulher quer ser magrela igual a modela da Victoria Secrets mas a estrutura corporal dela favorece um perfil físico mais atlético.
Desculpa te avisar, meu anjinho, enquanto você não aceitar isso, você vai sofrer para um caraleo pra ser magrela, e, se conseguir, duas coisas acontecerão:
1) o shape vai ficar esquisito, e/ou flácido.
2) essa condição física será extremamente sacrificante para se manter, desencadeando prováveis distúrbios alimentares e psicológicos.

Resumindo essa missa que eu rezei:

Много расписывать не буду , в карусели топ моих любимых (чистых) вкусняшек 😍 ✔️хороший состав ;
✔️относительно других , невысокая калорийность ; ✔️доступность ( эти батончики и печенье вы найдёте в любом спорт пите , а некоторые даже на заправках и в гипермаркетах ) ; ✔️достаточно питательные , хорошо насыщают ; ✔️содержат в себе (белки , жиры и углеводы) последние два в минимальном количестве ; ✔️удобно взять с собой когда нет возможности полноценно покушать ; ✔️заменяем вредное - полезным и запускаем процесс похудения .

Из минусов : ➖злоупотреблять нельзя , максимум 2 в день и то лучше ограничиться одним ; ➖необходимо внимательно читать состав и бжу , так как в батонах одного производителя ккал может значительно варьировать (например в protein Rex) ;
➖это как наркотик 😍 купив один раз , захочется ещё.

Bei aller Begeisterung über immer innovativere Trainingsgeräte, eines schier endlosen Fundus von “Wir haben die 100% BESTE Diät” sowie “fancy” IG Workouts (5 Übungen in einer kombiniert, aber keine davon richtig🙈🙃) vergessen wir manchmal, dass es am Ende die kleinen Dinge sind, die uns in Summe zum Erfolg bringen.

Jeder einzelne Tag an dem du die Treppe nimmst statt den Aufzug, jede die Tüte Chips die du nicht isst, dein einstündiges Training, was du regelmäßig machst, anstatt irgendwelche sporadischen Monster-Workouts, nach denen du eigentlich eine Woche Urlaub brauchst, der Spaziergang am Abend den du vielleicht seit einiger Zeit machst...

Dinge, die sich ohne große Logistik in deinen Alltag integrieren lassen, die dir (meistens) Spaß machen und die deine Lebensqualität verbessern anstatt dich einzuschränken oder zu stressen ;-)
.
Dann fehlt nur noch eine Sache zum Erfolg:  Move!Jeder noch so kleine Schritt zählt!
