Tips for loosing tummy fat💗
💗 
1. Being in a calorie deficit - you’ve probably heard this so many times but doing ab exercises won’t make you loose fat around your stomach because you can’t spot reduce fat. So try to lower your overall calories i.e choose 0 calorie drinks or the low calorie version of things (easy way to cut your calories), this should help you to loose overall body fat 
2. I’d recommend compound lifts in the gym, I find deadlifts are one of the most effective core exercises for me, and with every exercise you do in the gym whether it be upper or lower body you should always focus on keeping a tight core and engaging the muscles
3. Core workouts - train it like any other muscle group (I.e don’t overtrain it) and even though it’s not going to make you loose tummy fat it will grow muscle so your more likely to have more prominent abs when you loose overall body fat.
4. Consistency - at the end of the day you have to be disciplined, if you really want to change your bod then get yourself into a good healthy routine of working out and don’t give up if you don’t see immediate results. Everyone holds their fat in different places so find what works for you and be patient!

Pamietacie tą dziewczynę z liceum, zawsze wybieraną jako ostatnią do zbijaka? Podobnie z koszykówka...nie inaczej z palantem 🤷‍♀️ Na samą myśl o bieganiu robiło mi się słabo.

Um langfristig Erfolg zu haben musst du lernen auf dich selbst zuhören. Nur auf dich. Hol dir Inspirationen von da draußen und probiere dich aus. Ganz oft. Aber ziehe auch deine Learnings . Für dich alleine. Es bringt dir nichts dich zu verbiegen. Kurzfristig okay, maybe. Aber auf lange Sicht, sind wir doch alle auf der Suche nach Glück. Und dafür müssen wir erstmal Glück in uns selbst finden. Es definieren. So just listen ❤️💜🧡

During leg press, it’s important to note that by pressing too deep, you will exert a lot of pressure on your spine. You will know if you went to far if your butt lifts off of the pad.⁣

YALL, I’m an open book today so I’m gonna be truly honest. It was a great full body workout BUT...this type of fabric is not my friend...I experienced my first crotch sweat ever WHILE working out🙃🤦🏽‍♀️ but ya know what, there are people that stink up the place SO bad sometimes and they give no fudges so I stuck it out. On the bright side, it wasn’t completely terrible for a first time, I’ve just never experienced it⚡️🤣

Enjoy this full body workout I did today! All with 3 SETS with 30-1 min breaks😼🤩

✨ plank toss up 16 total
.
✨lateral jump-plank-high knees 12 total
.
✨ KB back lunges to deadlift 10 total reps
.
✨MB twists 8 per side. Throw with energy, stabilize with the core and use that upper body
.
✨chameleon pushups 12 reps
.
✨alternating leg raises 30 total reps
.
✨hip raises 10 total reps

3年ぶり?に遠征部長 @com_0705 さんがご近所ジムまで遊びに来てくれた🙌
ご近所ジムは定員35人の小さなスタジオで、
ステージ無しなので、ユッキーがいてその周りをタムーキー @ya_tamtam 、 遠征部長、私の汗っかき集団で暴れてたら
いつも以上に床が滑りまくり😂😂😂💦
今日もプラスボーナストラックで大満足❤️
ユッキーの新曲やり納めました〜👊 夕方は、日曜日KSC渋谷の美奈ちゃんアタックが代行なので、
KSC自由が丘まで🚃
空調がおかしかったのか、
前のレッスンのパンプの熱気が凄かったのか、
レッスン前から床がツルッツル💦
プライオのランジが後ろ足踏ん張れなかった😣
段々床が乾燥してきたからその後は贅沢な空間で楽しく暴れられた🙌

そして、何気に誕生日だったので
色々誕生日プレゼントを頂いたり、
Birthday message 頂いたり、ありがとうございます😊💕💕 水瓶座のみなさん、
水瓶座♒️は私の誕生日の1月25日6:40ごろから新月に入ったらしく、
運気めっちゃ上昇らしいですよ〜✨
