This is the progress of my breast rupture surgery. I got surgery 9/13 and the last picture was this morning.This is what happened: 
1. The implant ruptured ( I competed with a ruptured implant) leaving the gel meshed up in my breast tissue and scar tissue. This caused for the removal of 90% of my breast tissue, and left skin very thin! 
2. The hole in the front would not close because the skin was so destroyed! The implant was putting pressure on the wound that it would reopen! 
3. We used ADM mesh to create new skin! It became part of my body to protect the implant because again I only have skin and implant! SUCCESS 
4. We did a plasma growth from my own blood to try and grown new skin.... FAILED 
5. We did a skin flap- took skin, muscle and tissue from my abs and flipped it over the hole to close, healthy skin with healthy skin. FAILED 
6. Had to do a double breast replacement on 11/14! We took out the 550cc ( size about an E) and replaced it with 380cc ( size a D) because I lost so much skin that my body could not hold the size of the implant! 
I am a small framed girl and my body simply didn’t want such huge implants in! I’m naturally a very small A❗️over the past 6 years I have seen my body change. I saw the implant drop and be very bottom heavy! I seen my nipples uneven, facing up and to the sides! I seen my boobs fall all the way into my armpits when I laid down! It was all an unforgettable experience! 
Now this journey is ending and I accept my scars! God blessed me with these scars! It’s a reminder that I’m beautiful the way I am❤️ I’m in love with my perfect perked nautically looking new boobs!

“Treat yourself like you would treat a friend”

Would you tell your friend who eats some candy during her diet that she’s fat and unsuccessful? Would you tell a friend who didn’t order the healthier choice from the menu that she might as well ignore eating good food the rest of the day, after all it’s already ruined?

Probably you wouldn't say these things to a friend, but honestly, have you said it to yourself? If a friend was struggling with her or his healthy lifestyle you would probably push and support that friend, no matter what! THIS is what you should do to yourself!

It’s easy to put on the happy face when it’s easy, but what about those days when mistakes happens? You will fall multiple times, but you will also rise again. Keep on going and do NOT quit, I will promise you it’s never a good idea to give up on your dreams ❤️

Of course when I wear leggings that are knee length, I forget to shave my legs. It felt like everyone was staring at me 🤣
Today is day 4 of killing it in the gym! 
No cardio for me though because I was super hungry after my main workout and didn’t want to pass out from cardio 
Btw cardio is my worst enemy right now too. UGH. 
I worked on Glutes and Hamstrings off of the @fitbykaty app 
I felt the burn that’s for sure
We all want the booty to growww
I’ve been working on my mirror selfie poses and I could do ALOT better. 
I am so happy I finally have a good routine down, I just need to stretch more but I’ve seeing a huge difference in my body already and more importantly my mentality.

KETTLEBELLS 💥

Every week I have at least one person say to me “you always seem to be using kettlebells rather than dumbbells. Is there a reason for this?” Here’s a few reasons below why I tend to favour the kettlebell over the dumbbell.

1. I use a lot of dynamic movements in my training. For me kettlebells are much better for this kind of training.

2. I find that kettlebells are great for any rowing movement. You are able to hit a much greater range of motion compared to a dumbbell.

3. Kettlebells have smooth handles so when they are used for any condition work they don’t end up tearing your hands to pieces. They can also be gripped in many ways.

4. As silly as it sounds I find kettlebells a hell of a lot easier to store in my gym compared to dumbbells!

I would highly recommended getting a pair of kettlebells or even just one kettlebell to keep at home. It takes up no room at all and there are many effective sessions and exercises using just one kettlebell!

🌟Living a balanced lifestyle shouldn’t just be about your fitness and food habits. Of course it’s important to find a balance with the food you eat, and how often and hard you train, but there are plenty other aspects to life. Friends, family, work-life, goals, and having a healthy mind. 
We tend to focus SO much attention on the way we look, the food we eat, getting all of our vitamins and minerals in order to live a long healthy life (which is obviously important). But why don’t we look at our minds that way? If you’re constantly reading, and taking in information that is just negative, useless, repetitive, garbage, you’re going to have an unhealthy mindset. After time it’s going to take a toll on you. We need be reading, and looking at things that make us better, and more positive. What good is your healthy, fit body 50 years from now, if your mind has gone to mush, and you haven’t taken care of your mental health? Reality check, we all need both!🌟

One of these pics that i dont wonna share - but I’ll do it anyway. Hoping to motivate. Right pic when I was i awfull pain - 4 discus prolabs”s at the same time, painkillers 24/7 for a lioong time and my body did’nt cooporate at all. I use to be pretty fit, but somehow, bc of nervesystem and painkillers it just went pretty much downhill. But new exercises, quitting painkillers ( last one was a Living hell) slowly my body startet to cooporate again. I still fell the discus (all of then) ones in a while, but not so bad I  can”t stand it. Life is so much better now. Keep lifting out there. 🌟5 facts about me🌟⁣
I thought I’d do something a little different today and give a little glimpse into the not to fitness side of my life😊⁣
So here goes nothin, 5 facts about me🥳⁣
1️⃣ I am a TV show gal over movies, any day. Don’t get me wrong I love me a good movie, but if I have a choice 9/10 I’ll pick TV show over movie.📺⁣
2️⃣ I honestly have no idea what sort of “religion” I identify with. So what I say is that I believe in the universe. I believe that everything happens for a reason, I believe that what goes around comes around, and I believe nothing is ever 100%. We are so smol in the grand scheme of things🌎⁣
3️⃣ Music is a huuuuuge part of my life. I’ve grown up in very musical households on both sides, and I have been to countless concerts. I love exploring new music and different genres and curating playlists. It’s almost therapeutic💆🏼‍♀️⁣
4️⃣ My friends are just as much family as my family, and my family is everything. I will square the F up for the people I love, I am fiercely loyal. I will be there in any capacity I can, and spending time with those who matter most is of utmost importance to me💕⁣
5️⃣ Despite my dreams to keep working in the fitness industry, I also have a huge flare for design and decorating, and I’ve recently landed a job in that field. Ive worked in a furniture store for 2yrs as the admin manager, and now I’m moving in to the visual merchandising manager role😍 I’m decorating and training for a living, what more could a gal want?!💁🏼‍♀️⁣

Tomorrow we go to WAR⚔️ #1dayout Win or lose, I am grateful and blessed to be here in beautiful Miami. I have dreamed about going on this stage since I was 16🙏🏻. Me and my coach @cameron_cheek did everything we possibly could have done over the last 5 months to get to this point. I have given this prep my heart and soul! I am pleased with this package I am bringing to @npcnationals ✊🏻 going to go have fun on stage and shoot to turn pro💪🏼 I am thankful for all of you❤️ #family

I have not been posting very many workouts lately well because I have been very inconsistent.....but I need to brag on my Amazing trainer @mareleigh she has been an amazing motivator!!

I came to her a few weeks ago frustrated with my recent weight gain of 16#.....all due to my own over indulgence this summer, I mean don’t get me wrong I DID live my best life!!!! But she immediately tweaked my workouts and doubled my sessions/......this particular workout was 🔥 🔥 🔥 I was so mad that I forgot my heart rate monitor because I was soaked at the end of my session!! Did I want to quit? YES, did she let me? NO
.

She has helped me believe in myself! She has motivated me to push past my limits. I have wanted to give up sooo many times, but she never lets me!!! I am so much stronger physically and mentally today than when I started with her over 2 years ago!
