Múlt héten történt velem egy eset. Kicsit 'túltoltam a szekeret', minden nap suliztam, vizsgáztam, konzultáltam, éjszaka étrendeztem, és még 1-2 edzést is bepasszíroztam... Energiából nem volt hiány, azonban csütörtök estére elfáradtam. Éreztem, hogy álmos vagyok, és habár még egy étrendet el akartam készíteni, úgy döntöttem, inkább lefekszem aludni - korán.
👉🏾És miért érdekes ez a sztori?🙄
Amiatt, hogy ezen a ponton szembe tudtam menni a saját elvárásaimnak. 👉🏾Mi lett volna a B verzió? 🤔
Valószínűleg az, hogy elvánszorgok edzeni, lenyomok egy órát, kihajtom magam, megveregetem a vállam, hogy milyen ügyes voltam, ma sem kerestem kifogást.👏🏻Aztán az edzés hatására egekbe szökött kortizollal még végigdolgoztam volna az éjszakát, aminek az lett volna az eredménye, hogy hajnali 2-kor estem volna az ágyba, aztán másnap reggeli 6:45-kor úgy keltem volna, mint a mosott...💩
Aznap viszont 10 órát aludtam, és mivel reggelre lemerült a telefonom, nem szólt az ébresztőm, 1 órát késtem a suliból is, de egyáltalán nem bántam, mert rég nem aludtam ilyen jót, és tényleg büszke voltam, hogy letettem a megfelelést.☺️🙏🏻
És az jutott eszembe, hogy milyen sokan lehetünk itt, akik hasonló konfliktusokat vívnak meg magukban nap, mint nap.☝🏾És ne feledjük: bármilyen egészségesen élünk, bármilyen jól tápláljuk a testünket, ha nem adjuk meg az időt a regenerációra, akkor hiába minden... Amíg a stressz (HPA)-tengelyed érintett (ezt nevezik sokan "mellékvese-kimerülésnek"), addig el se kezdj eszeveszett módon diétázni, mert tovább vágod magad alatt a fát, aztán csak azt veszed észre, hogy folyton fáradt vagy, este túlpörögsz, folyton az édeset kívánod, és a hasi zsírpárnák is megjelennek.  Na ez az az állapot, amikor nem javaslom senkinek sem a böjtöket... és a rendszertelen étkezések, rejtett gyulladások tovább emelhetik a  stresszhormonokat. Tudom, hogy nagy a társadalmi nyomás, és akkor vagy jó, ha minden nap lenyomsz két óra edzést, akkor vagy vagány, ha 4-5 órákat alszol, és mellette salátát eszel csirkével és a kávé tart életben 🤯A szervezet elég sokáig tűr - egy darabig.
Vigyázzatok magatokra!🙏🏻❤️

Aznap viszont 10 órát aludtam, és mivel reggelre lemerült a telefonom, nem szólt az ébresztőm, 1 órát késtem a suliból is, de egyáltalán nem bántam, mert rég nem aludtam ilyen jót, és tényleg büszke voltam, hogy letettem a megfelelést.☺️🙏🏻
És az jutott eszembe, hogy milyen sokan lehetünk itt, akik hasonló konfliktusokat vívnak meg magukban nap, mint nap.☝🏾És ne feledjük: bármilyen egészségesen élünk, bármilyen jól tápláljuk a testünket, ha nem adjuk meg az időt a regenerációra, akkor hiába minden... Amíg a stressz (HPA)-tengelyed érintett (ezt nevezik sokan "mellékvese-kimerülésnek"), addig el se kezdj eszeveszett módon diétázni, mert tovább vágod magad alatt a fát, aztán csak azt veszed észre, hogy folyton fáradt vagy, este túlpörögsz, folyton az édeset kívánod, és a hasi zsírpárnák is megjelennek. So let me share a short story about my fitness journey... A year ago this is how I looked at about 78kg, I was never happy with my physique being all fleshy, chubby and bulky especially because I play football. I then decided to take my training more seriously as I never understood the other side of training(the kitchen rules) and only last year out of all the years I've been training I then understood what goes on in your body(macros, calories, bcaas etc) through what I'm studying- BSc sports science. 
I am now making progress, weighing at about 69kg as you can see when you swipe left. Still alot of more work💯
