Zum Mittagessen gibt es nun einen Gemüsepfanne und dazu Lachs mit Parmesan Kruste. Ich habe etwas Semmelbrösel mit Parmesan und Rosmarin vermischt. Ein wenig Öl und das ganze dann auf den leicht angebratenen Lachs verteilen, 5-10 min in den Ofen bei 200 grad und fertig ✅

Cardio/conditioning consisted of 1,000 reps from 10 exercises, break the reps and sets up to suit your ability I did 3 sets at 30/40/30 reps.

5) lateral bear crawls (2 steps =1 rep)

All you need are dumbbells, an adjustable bench, your body weight, and about 10 sq. Feet worth of space. 👌
•
There are 5 different pressing #exercises for the #chest , #shoulders and #triceps . I like to use just one pulling exercise for the back, #lats and #biceps , alternated with the pressing movements. Any DB row variation will suffice, but you could also use #pullups , lat pulldowns…whatever equipment you have available to you. ✔️
•
For the pressing exercises, we are going to use a mechanical advantage protocol. You’ll start with the hardest pressing exercise, a seated upright DB shoulder press, and go all out for 8-12 reps. Then you’ll do a set of the pulling exercise for 8-12 reps to failure. ✔️
•
For the 2nd set of presses, you’ll drop the bench down to an incline and use the same weight as you did on the seated press on set #1. You’ll shoot for the same # of reps you got on that set. Do another set of your pull. Go back to the press, but, this time, drop the bench flat and, once again, shoot for same number of reps you got on set #2 using the same weight. Do another set of your pulling movement to failure. ✔️

You’ll finish with sets 7-10 below: ⬇️

Strength endurance. the man/woman maker,  a all in one compound exercise .. incorporate it in your routine .. it includes a push up a clean and a power over head press.. we can add a row after the push up for more challenge .. do 6 reps 4 to 5 times with a 90 secs rest in between.., and u are all set.
