How do i get big legs and muscle growth?

Today i will be answering a big question i often get which is. How do i get big legs and how often should i train? I am gonna be the first to tell you that for many people legs have a big genetic factor. Some people are born with big legs or have the ability to grow them insanely big. Factors to this could be culture, country and the history said persons origin has, but the biggest factor is which muscle fiber you have the most of. Everybody has type 1, 2 and 2x as many call the special one in their muscles. However people can have a different amount of each type in their legs. Meaning that if you genetically have most of the type 2 and 2x fibers in your legs you have an aptitude for growing legs big and fast. ——
However! This is not to say that you are  doomed if you don’t have this starting point. With persistence comes results and growth. Just now that if you are feeling a lack in results it might just take a bit longer for you. STICK TO IT. AND THE LEGS WILL COME. you have my word.

Now how to train: There are many methods, but the most classical theory for training muscle growth is the same muscle type or group 2-3 times a week with an increase in either weight or work done each week resulting in overload and growth. That being said there is no perfect training method. If you hate volum work then don’t do it. Try your way and see what you like, but honour the process and the time it takes🙏🏽☺️. For those who are and have been strong enough to survive. Strong enough to not drown. Strong enough to find a port even in smaller waves, when land seemed far away.

💪🏻Sto affrontando queste gare in sequenza conscia che è da Giugno che son ferma e non mi sto propriamente allenando...ma garetta dopo garetta è come se quella prima mi preparasse a quella dopo....certo è che oltre ad arrivare scoppiata alla fine...mi diverto come una pazza !! 🤪(Si può solo essere pazzi a fare sta roba...chi mi viene a fare l'albero di Natale🌲 oggi?!?!? Non ho la forza di tirare su nemmeno mezza pallina e appenderla...)

Don’t be afraid to put your more developed muscle groups on the back burner to really make improvements on your weaker muscle groups! Its unlikely that as you progress through the years of training you can disperse sufficient volume to grow across all muscle groups at the same time. The systemic fatigue you WILL accrue by doing that will eventually get the best of you and could burn you out. 
When you’re within the first couple years of training you’re using lighter weights, your joints arent as beaten down, your volume requirements are different and the fatigue doesnt come on like it does year 4+. You can get away with hammering every muscle group early on, thats not to say that you should or should not, but you can likely get away with it. A lot of people, myself included, take that mindset and training style past the beginner phase and thats when you start to run into problems. When you are using bigger weights, the fatigue is more intense and the recovery requirements increase! A lot of times this can lead to overtraining which will eventually burn you out and you could lose your desire to workout causing you to regress! This will make it difficult to make any real long term progress! 
So what do you do? 
1.)Put your better muscle groups on the back burner- Dont stop training them, but you’d be surprised how few sets a week you need to do to maintain muscle mass! Typically 10-12 hard sets a week will allow you to maintain muscle on your easily developed muscle groups and leave room to increase the volume for the lagging groups. Just remember, those better muscle groups wont magically get harder to grow when you want to go back to them! 
2.) Pay more attention to your lagging muscle groups! Progressively and strategically increase volume for those lagging muscle groups and train them with with sufficient intensity meaning you’re not lower than 4 reps from failure at the end of your working sets!
3.) If you’re really having a hard time growing those lagging muscle groups, find a coach, we can dig deeper and make the tweaks needed to get you to grow!

Oggi volevo presentare il nostro nuovo progetto, il nostro nuovo canale con link in bio video del mio profilo 🎬🤗🎥,oltre al canale @boysbeb abbiamo aperto il nostro canale You tube, ancora vuoto ma presto arricchito da preziosi e spero apprezzati video su allenamento dieta mobilità prevenzione infortunei dopo 3 anni di nozioni lette studiare testate correte da alcuni coach, ed esperienza sia formative che fallimenti, infortunei, che hanno solo portato a migliorare e a  essere consapevoli di che strada seguire per farlo. So a little off plan impromptu 1rm attempt today... (sorry @kieran_colbert) but I fancied seeing where I am at... New 1rm pb for me today, at 72kg bodyweight this morning, I squatted 140kg for 1, very nearly had 145kg... Not the heaviest but I'm happy with that, and to me, that's more motivation and progression in the right direction!
