A Mountain Cycling Weekend Adventure through the Shimla hills*. Starting a few miles before Chail, we pedal through the verdant forest trails to GCdescend to the banks of the Giri river, following its course through backcountry roads which bring us to ' *Giri Camps* ' by early evening, a beautiful setting by the riverside. *November 16th*- We ride for about 75 kms which includes a thrilling 22kms downhill section from Chail to Giripul, a testing uphill from Giripul to Maryog 18kms. The day begins upon your arrival to Shimla, being transferred to Mundaghat and beginning your ride through a forest trail leading to Koti. *November 17th*- Immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings of the camp at Giri and start the ride after Breakfast (10ish). Backtrack to Maryog (18kms) and ride the uphill towards Ochhghat, from where we descend and then ascend towards Gandhigram, following the highway till Sukhi Johdi and then taking a forgotten route to ride downhill towards Mallah, and then finishing the ride at Pinjore.

Its a fun ride and parts of it will test you and in parts you would be breezing through the hills and immersing yourself in all the splendour and colors of the Autumn. *We have included the following*

1. Support and Back up vehicles.
2. Ride Nutrition and Hydration.
3. A wonderful lunch Spread at Chail Palace.
4. A night stay in tents at the wonderful 'Giri Camps'. www.giricamp.com
5. All meals till Lunch on November 17th.
6. Fun times and a Bonfire evening at Giri camp. *Specific Add ons are available on request*
1. Transport to the start from your destination and back. (bus tickets, cab, etc)
2. Individual (Single) supplementary stay.

A huge shoutout to my awesome client @jayjayabdy for her completion of the Rowbothams Round 50mile Trail Race this past Saturday. A huge shoutout to my awesome client @jayjayabdy for her completion of the Rowbothams Round 50mile Trail Race this past Saturday. Para avanzar un paso más en la consecución de nuestros objetivos, te propongo un ejercicio de visualización que puedes realizar en dos pasos:
1. Imagínate que ya has alcanzado tu objetivo: busca un momento de tranquilidad, en silencio y en un lugar cómodo, para cerrar los ojos y manteniendo una respiración relajada, empezar a imaginar la situación con todos los detalles posibles, visualízate con tu objetivo ya conseguido, qué estarás haciendo, en qué lugar, observa si estás solo o acompañado, etc. 
2. Conecta con la sensación que te proporciona el haber alcanzado tu objetivo: manteniendo los ojos cerrados y la respiración constante, deja que la imagen que has creado en tu cabeza te evoque alguna sensación y detecta si puedes ponerle un nombre a dicha sensación. Quizás en tu visualización puedes notar si al llegar a tu objetivo sentirás paz, felicidad, seguridad, satisfacción, tranquilidad, etc.
👌🏻 Este pequeño ejercicio de visualización te va a permitir acceder a una experiencia sensorial positiva que reforzará tu motivación para seguir con tus metas y objetivos.
Tu objetivo va a dar dirección a tu energía, así que es rentable y eficiente dedicar tiempo y esfuerzo a definir objetivos realizables, alcanzables y coherentes con uno mismo.
