Keep roasts moist by adding a ripe banana peel to the bottom of the roasting pan before cooking. To prevent a chicken breast from drying out in the oven, cover it with a banana peel while cooking. .

Before going to bed, tape a piece of banana peel over the wart so that the inside of the peel touches the wart. Remove peel in the morning. Repeat each evening, using a fresh piece of peel. Wart should disappear within three weeks.

According to Southeast Family Dental in Indianapolis, the potassium, magnesium and manganese in ripe banana peels are what whitens teeth. Rub teeth for two minutes with the inside of the peel, then brush with your regular toothpaste.

To soothe itchy mosquito or ant bites, cover the affected area with a piece of banana peel until itchiness subsides.

Allow a piece of banana peel to sit on the under-eye area for a few minutes then rinse. For an extra-refreshing treatment, freeze banana peels for 15 minutes before applying.

1 艂y偶eczka agar agar lub 6 g 偶elatyny 
30 ml wody
120 g jogurtu ( kokosowego, sojowego , greckiego )
Dekoracja :
4 jab艂ka pokroi膰 na bardzo cienkie plasterki , .

Wszystkie sk艂adniki na ciasto kruche prze艂o偶y膰 do robota i wyrobi膰 lub zagnie艣膰 r臋koma , kr贸tko do po艂膮czenia sk艂adnik贸w. 
Zawin膮膰 w folie i od艂o偶y膰  na godz do lod贸wki . 
Wyj膮c z lod贸wki i Rozwa艂kowa膰 na gr 0,5 cm  i prze艂o偶y膰 do tortownicy nat艂uszczonej. Piec 20 min w 180st. do z艂otego koloru 
Mus:

ENG Vegan tart with apple mousse and apple roses once again 馃構 because yummy recipes should be shared馃檭

Crust :
300g  spelt flour
50 g coconut sugar
3 tbsp hemp seeds @suncorefoods 
125 g margarine
2 tbsp yoghurt 
2 tbsp water 
Filling:
500 g apples
50 g coconut sugar 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp agar agar 
20 ml water 
120 g yoghurt 
D茅coration:
4 apples 
Grease a tart tin. Set aside.
In a food processor add crust ingredients and pulse to combined. Refrigerate for 1 h . Preheat the oven to 180c . Firmly press the dough into bottom and up the side of tart tin. Bake for 20 min until crust is golden brown. Let it cool.  Apple mousse:
Cut the apples on 4 , remove the seeds and sprinkle them with sugar, cinnamon and bake in 160c  for 30 minutes.  Blend them. 
Add the agar agar into the water and boil. Add to the apples and blend. 
Pour the mousse into the crust. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and than decorate with apples .

Edamame und Kichererbsen sind perfekte veganen Proteinquellen:
Edamame haben schon 11g Protein auf 100g und Kichererbsen sogar 19g (getrocknet/keine Dose). Dazu gibts bei mir noch leichten Feta und Heidelbeeren und schon kommen wir auf 42g Fleischfreie Proteine :)
Als Dressing kommt noch etwas Joghurt, Zitrone, Salz Pfeffer und Honig ran 馃挭馃挭鈥斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺

Edamame und Kichererbsen sind perfekte veganen Proteinquellen:
Edamame haben schon 11g Protein auf 100g und Kichererbsen sogar 19g (getrocknet/keine Dose). Dazu gibts bei mir noch leichten Feta und Heidelbeeren und schon kommen wir auf 42g Fleischfreie Proteine :)
Als Dressing kommt noch etwas Joghurt, Zitrone, Salz Pfeffer und Honig ran 馃挭馃挭鈥斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺斺

Heute mit einem k枚stlichen Himbeer Cheesecake 馃嵃

Ich hab daf眉r eine Springform mit 18cm Durchmesser genommen und diese mit Backpapier ausgelegt.

Zutaten f眉r den Schokoboden:
50g feine Haferflocken
10g Backkakao
1 Eiwei脽
S眉脽stoff
Evt. 1 kleiner Schuss Milch

Cheesecakemasse:
250g Magertopfen (Magerquark)
150g Frischk盲se light
50g Milch 0,9%
1 Pkg. Vanillepuddingpulver
S眉脽stoff
Vanillearoma
Eidotter
100g Tiefk眉hlhimbeeren

F眉r den Boden die Haferflocken mit S眉脽stoff, Kakao und dem Eiwei脽 verr眉hren bis eine klebrige Masse entsteht. Ich hab ca 1 EL Milch hinzu gegeben weils noch ziemlich trocken war.
Den "Teig" in die Springform geben und mit einem L枚ffel flach dr眉cken.

Danach die Zutaten f眉r die Cheesecakemasse einfach alle zusammen mixen und die noch gefrorenen Himbeeren unterheben.
Alles auf dem Schokoboden verteilen und ab in den vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 掳C O/U f眉r ca 40 Minuten.
Jetzt nur noch warten 馃槈

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
HUMMUS
15 oz chickpeas (425 g), 1 can, drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic, minced
录 teaspoon paprika
sea salt, to taste
录 teaspoon cumin
陆 lemon, juiced
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
2 tablespoons water
red pepper flake, to taste
MEDITERRANEAN BOWL
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 cup quinoa (170 g), uncooked, rinsed and drained
2 cups vegetable broth (480 mL)
录 teaspoon dried thyme
录 teaspoon dried tarragon
录 teaspoon dried parsley
2 lemons, juiced, divided
salt, to taste
2 persian cucumbers
陆 cup grape tomato (100 g)
kalamata olive, to taste
陆 red onion
fresh parsley leaf, to taste
pepper, to taste
feta cheese, crumbled, to taste

Preparation
Make the hummus: Add the chickpeas to a food processor with the garlic, paprika, salt, cumin, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and the water. Pulse until creamy.
Transfer the hummus to a container and top with more olive oil and red pepper flakes. The hummus will keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Make the Mediterranean bowl: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Pour the quinoa into the skillet and toast for 3-4 minutes, or until light golden brown.
Add the vegetable broth, thyme, tarragon, parsley, juice of 1 lemon, and salt and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the quinoa is fluffy. Remove the pan from the heat.
Slice the cucumbers, halve the tomatoes, chop the olives, and dice the onion.
Place all of the vegetables in a medium bowl. Add the parsley, remaining tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
To assemble a bowl, add 录 of the quinoa, 录 of the vegetables, and 录 of the hummus to a resealable container. Top the vegetables with crumbled feta.
Store the bowls in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Junge Bohnen (ca. 100g) etwas vorkochen in hei脽em Wasser. 250g braune Champignons klein schneiden und zu den Zwiebeln geben. Braten. Nun entweder @likemeat Fleischersatz (2 Packungen) oder klein geschnittenes H盲hnchen hinzuf眉gen. Braten bis beides sch枚n angebraten ist. 馃敟3 Bean & Portobello Taco Chili 馃嵅

I have another recipe on the website, Turkey Taco Chili, that has been a favorite of ours and constantly on rotation in the winter for a while now.  If you鈥檙e looking for the turkey version, check it out by clicking the link in my profile!

This chili is a vegetarian spin off of that, with 3 different beans and meaty portobellos that give it heartiness and lacinato kale for a satisfying crunch. 
The @sietefoods grain free/corn free tortilla chips are insanely good, even if you don鈥檛 care about cutting that stuff out, and the cashew yogurt is perfect for stirring in to take a little heat off and give it some extra creaminess 馃檶馃徎 Here鈥檚 the easy recipe, and remember that with chili, the longer it sits the better it gets, so this is great for meal prep!

1 TBS olive oil
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
3 large portobellos, stems removed the diced
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1 15oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 4oz can chopped green chiles
1 15oz can each: kidney, black and white beans, drained and rinsed
1 15oz can organic fat free refried pinto beans
32oz vegetable broth
1 TBS nutritional yeast (optional)
1 packet taco seasoning
Salt to taste
1 jar chunky mild salsa (Green Mountain Gringo is great)
2 C lacinato kale, chopped
1/2 C fresh chopped cilantro
To garnish:
Siete chips crushed
Greek or non-dairy yogurt of your choice - plain unflavored
Shredded cheese

In a big soup pot, heat olive oil and add peppers and onions, stirring and cooking until they have softened. 
Add in portobellos, tomato sauce, tomatoes, green chiles, beans, taco seasoning, broth, nutritional yeast and kale.  Stir to combine then bring to a low simmer, adding about 1 tsp of salt to start (add more later)
Let the soup cook for about 30-45 minutes, then season with salt and add in cilantro before serving.

Ze maken al hun gerechten zelf met zoveel mogelijk producten uit de buurt. Op de kaart staan gezonde gezonde gerechten en ook minder gezonde gerechten, voor ieder wat wils!#balans 
Binnen is het er lekker knus en kun je lekker genieten van een warm drankje om op te warmen. Ze serveren ook een high tea en maken ook al hun zoetigheden zelf! Turkey cottage pie! Even though I'm listing the portion sizes for 1 serving, I made 4 servings at once here because the packages of turkey, frozen veggies, & mashed potatoes all conveniently have 4 servings each. In other words: meal prep opportunity!

4 oz @jennieo 99% lean ground turkey
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2/3 cup (90g) frozen peas & carrots
1 oz yellow onion
1 oz chicken bone broth
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
Oregano
Thyme

1/2 cup (prepared) @idahoanfoods White Cheddar instant mashed potatoes- I used 1 cup water & 1 cup skim milk to make the whole package, which will make four 1/2 cup servings

Preheat oven to 375F. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the turkey & onion, season to taste. Stir in the peas & carrots and broth, continue to simmer until thawed. While you prepare the turkey & veggies, make the potatoes according to package instructions- with the exception of using 1 cup each of milk & water instead of 2 cups of water. When ready, move the turkey mixture into an oven safe dish. Spread out evenly, then cover with the potatoes. Add a little more pepper to the top. Cover then bake for about 30 min.

The macros with these products are 36g carbs/9g fat/35g protein, for about 365 cal per serving.

2锔忊儯 in eine gro脽e Sch眉ssel vermischen: 
1 Ei, 2TL Senf, 1EL TK Petersilie, 
je 1TL Paprika Edels眉脽, Salz, Pfeffer, 
je 1/2 TL Salbei, Kreuzk眉mmel, Zwiebel-& Knoblauchgranulat
3锔忊儯 den mittlerweile etwas abgek眉hlten Haferschleim (oder das Br枚tchen) untermischen danach 500g mageres Hack hinzugeben und gut vermischen
4锔忊儯 mit feuchten H盲nden 5 Frikadellen formen
5锔忊儯 in einer beschichten mit etwas Alba枚l scharf von beiden Seiten ca 3 min anbraten
6锔忊儯 nun mit etwas(ca 200ml) Gem眉sebr眉he/Rinderbr眉he abl枚schen, Deckel drauf und weiter garen lassen, ggfs nachgie脽en. Gelegentlich wenden. 
7锔忊儯 die Frikadellen sind fertig wenn oben das Eiweiss austritt (kleine wei脽e stellen) dauert ca 10-15 Minuten. Finito 鉁

Buenas tardes!!! Hoy la chef de la casa ha preparado este rico pollo al lim贸n con patatas al horno...con el olor que salia del horno ya se nos ca铆a la baba.
Tengo que decir que yo solo he podido probar la pechuga y sin ning煤n tipo de salsa ya que a煤n estoy acostumbr谩ndome a una dieta espec铆fica ya que el postoperatorio as铆 lo requiere durante unas semanas, pero a煤n as铆 el sabor que ten铆a... 馃い馃い
No lleva mucho misterio y con tan s贸lo un lim贸n, unas gotitas de aove y en una horita y media listo para emplatar e hincarle el diente 馃嵈
De condimento unas patatas al horno con un poquito de tomate natural, no les hac铆a falta nada m谩s para ser un plato exquisito, y muy saludable.

With that said, I've come up with a list of benefits for both morning and evening workouts.

鈽锔 Mornings: Exercising in the morning can be a great way to kickstart your day. By planning your workouts first thing in the morning, you are less likely to have work, family or scheduling conflicts that could prevent you from making it to the gym. Morning workouts also help to create a consistent routine that can also lead to better sleeping habits. If you know you're getting up early to hit the gym, you'll be more likely to get to bed at a decent time.

Most people typically have fewer time constraints in the evening, which means you don't have to rush through your workout. Working out in the evening also means you have a bit more time to sleep in if that's something you prefer.

INGREDIENTS:鉅

1 + 1/2 cups (225g) cashews鉅
1 cup (160g) whole almonds鉅
1/4 cup (35g) pistachios鉅
1/2 cup (40g) shredded coconut鉅
Pinch of salt鉅
12 fresh dates (pitted and chopped)鉅
270ml coconut cream鉅
1 Lemon rind finely grated then juiced鉅
1/3 cup (50ml) maple syrup in鉅
Pinch of turmeric *To decorate:鉅
Blueberries, rosemary or thyme sprigs, candied lemons鉅
鉅
DIRECTIONS:鉅
1.Place cashews in bowl, cover with boiling water and soak 4 hours鉅
2.Lightly grease 24cm fluted tart tin with removable base. Line base with baking paper鉅
3.Place almonds, pistachios, coconut & salt in processor until finely chopped, then add dates and process until very finely chopped and mixture holds together when pinched. Spoon into prepared tin, using back of metal spoon to push mixture evenly over base and side of tin. Place in freezer to set.鉅
4.Drain the cashews, place in blender with coconut cream, lemon rind, juice and maple syrup and blend until very smooth and creamy. Add antioxidant powder or turmeric and blend until smooth. Pour into tart case. Place in freezer for 3-4 hours until firm鉅
5.Decorate as you wish and enjoy! 鉅

We had resistance trained females either DECREASE protein intake (down to 0.9 g/kg) or INCREASE protein intake (up to 2.5 g/kg) for 8 weeks while resistance training in the lab

During this time, the high protein group increased total calories by ~250 kcals/day while the low protein group decreased calories by ~300 kcals/day

The high protein, resistance training females lost 2% body fat which was a significant decrease when compared to baseline.  Remember that they INCREASED their calories

The low protein group decreasing their calories by ~300 kcals per day lost 1% body fat, but this was not a significant decrease

This study impacted my view on protein intake.  I used to think that if you increase calories, you would gain fat.  I still think this is generally true

But, now I appreciate that if you increase your calories in the form of protein, and you are RESISTANCE TRAINING, it is possible to lose body fat

I would not make this statement if my study was the only one to report this observation

To be clear. I鈥檓 not saying that if you overeat you will not gain fat. What I鈥檓 saying is that if you resistance train & increase your caloric intake from protein sources alone there is scientific support that you will not gain fat (you may even lose fat)

In our paper we hypothesized that the fat loss may be explained by a greater portion of energy from the additional protein was used for muscle building rather than fat storage
