Today I woke up an hour early at 6am, and I just grabbed my phone instantly considering going back to sleep. After about 10 minutes I got up, threw on my gym clothes, put in my headphones and started doing my workout. I used whatever time I had to get in a short full body workout, had a full day at work, and then came home to just lay on my bed. It took me another 15-20 minutes to get up and convince myself to go for a walk which I also accomplished. (10Km walk and 20K steps all day to be exact) Some days you don’t feel like working out, I’d much rather lay in bed and procrastinate but sitting on your ass won’t get you to where you want to be. No one will do the work for you, and not every day will be A+. The most important thing you can do for yourself is learn to have some discipline. Put your phone away, turn off the Netflix, stop mindlessly scrolling Instagram and focus on your goals. The time you put aside for other useless (but sometimes well deserved) activities could be used towards becoming the best version of yourself. So stop waiting and start doing, because you have absolutely no reason not to.

Investing in myself was the best thing I did for my health during this quarantine. I didn’t want to justify spending money on gym equipment when I’m still paying for my gym membership too, but I’m my #1 priority. I’m slowly adding to my collection to build a tiny corner gym at home lol and it’s worth it ❤️

I get asked this question ALL THE TIME! I’ve been doing this for over 5 years and I honestly love what I do and am so passionate about it. This is what I feel I was put on this earth to do - to guide people to health and to help them feel confident in their skin and with who they are. While some may say I’m “too involved” with my clients, I don’t believe I am. I want what is best for them and invest much of my time and energy in to my clients because that is what truly makes me happy. Seeing each individual person transform and grow stronger mentally and physically is one of my favorite things about my job. To see clients overcome anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and many other health complications... I can’t even explain what that feels like.😭❤️ So to answer that question... YES, I truly and honestly can see myself doing this for THE REST of my life❤️ .

Знаю, вы такое любите.  Не пожалейте лайка за старания и простоту рецепта!
Нам нужна будет:
👉банка
👉рыба
👉морковь и лук 👉Лаврушка, перец горошком
👉лимон дольками
👉Соль. 
Филе свежей сельди нужно  сложить плотно  в банку, пересыпая солью и всем перечисленным сверху. Банку закрыть и отправить в холодильник на сутки. Дальше просто берем и едим.
По количеству соли - у меня было 330 гр рыбы и 1 ст.л. соли. За сутки как раз было в меру соленое. Если простоит дольше - соли рыба впитает больше.....
Никакого сахара не надо и боже  упаси подсластителя в рыбу. Сока лука и моркови будет более чем достаточно.

So today I made Mexican cauliflower rice and it was so simple and taste sooo good! ⁣

I bought the cauliflower rice from Costco but you can use any brand or make it from scratch 👍🏼⁣

So first:⁣
•Add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to your pan (let that heat up)⁣
•Add chopped jalapeños to your liking and onions, let that sauté⁣
•Then add one bag of the cauliflower rice (break it down since it’s frozen)⁣

Dieser Zustand kommt aber natürlich nicht einfach so 🧠 Schau, dass du tagüber Aufgaben erfüllst, die dich herausfordern und dich wachsen lassen. Lerne täglich Neues dazu, eigne dir Wissen an 📈, mach dich fitter und hilf anderen Menschen 🤜🤛. Sei dir jeden Tag bewusst welche schönen und spannenden Aufgaben auf dich warten und geh diese an mit einem positiven Mindset an - im Wissen dass du auch wieder heute wieder an deine Grenzen stossen wirst... 💪 und diese verschiebst.

Wenn ich dieses Situation kreiiern kann, werde ich automatisch besser. Dies nebenbei noch glücklich und gesund 🙌

👍🏻 You can build strength in most rep-ranges, but low reps are more effective for this. Strength is a skill, so if you want to get strong at the bench-press, you should bench often (several variations to avoid over-use injuries) and eat plenty of food (kcal surplus). Get in enoigh volume (sets per week). This is much more important than going "ballz to the wall" every time. Avoid training to failure. Stop 1-3 reps from fail.

Not having an ingredient to a recipe isn’t a reason to not make something, but a reason to get creative! For those of you who know me, I like to call my cooking style “cooking by accident.”
This dish, which I’m now calling Peanut Butter Curry Pasta, came from me trying to make Thai Panang Curry. I had put garlic, ginger, and coconut milk down on the pan, and I needed yellow curry paste or powder, but I didn’t have nearly enough for the whole curry to have flavor, so I put what I had in, and thought to myself, “what else is used in Thai cooking and could work in here?” I remembered dipping Chicken Satay in peanut sauce, and I decided to throw in peanut butter into the curry and some soy sauce to get it tasting a bit more like thai peanut sauce. 
Needless to say, I have made my peanut butter curry about 3 or 4 times since the first time. 
Don’t be afraid to get creative or try new things in the kitchen, and if it fails, view it as a learning experience rather than a failure. Lastly, you’re not done cooking until it tastes good! (That means, add stuff and throw stuff out until you have something you like!)

We are all human and we all have slip ups in all parts of our lives. It’s a lifestyle after all so with that comes all the good and some of the tough times .

I want you not see it as you ‘falling off track’ but maybe just having a tougher day. The track is always constant, moving forward with the smallest steps, even if that’s you picking yourself up after a tough day (maybe where you didn’t eat as well as usual) .

so here’s some tips to help you pick yourself back up to help you keep moving forward with your goals 💕

Honestly the best thing is being honest with yourself, if you aren’t working hard, if you are slacking or if you are not making the best food choices.. .
Don’t worry, be honest and own up to it, love yourself enough to call yourself out if needed. And also love yourself enough to celebrate when you do well. You need that happy balance between the two in order to be successful and empowered!

I’ve been much better on the food front today: no snacking! Snaccidents were becoming the norm and it has to stop. 
Dinner is oven roast salmon with lots of veg (mashed butternut squash and sweet potato, roast fennel, wilted spinach and left over cauliflower rice and some green beans. A few dots of my new favourite, lemon balsamic glaze.

I understand it’s a struggle, but here’s the deal. We’re all in this together for at least the next month. So as much as you might not want to, you’ve gotta accept that for the time being, this is the new reality. And it’s up to you to create the best version of that for yourself.⁣⁠

If you want to feel better about the situation, you have to do something different.⁣ ⁣⁠
Last week, one of my clients was feeling the affects of this transition big time. She’s usually  structured, disciplined, and easily able to overcome setbacks, but the stress of all this was really weighing heavily on her. ⁣⁠
⁣⁠
Rather than letting go of all the habits she’s worked so hard to build, we came up with a game plan to build more structure into her day so that she could feel less anxious and more in control of her situation.⁣⁠
⁣⁠
She started a morning routine that was just for her. Instead of focusing on the kids first thing, she’s now doing some short journaling to set her intentions for the day.⁣⁠
⁣⁠
She’s doing her workouts, eating scheduled meals, and going on walks alone to give herself some space to clear her head.⁣⁠
⁣⁠
I call these things anchors. And they are key for establishing some certainty in your life (which makes us feel safe) so you feel more grounded.⁣⁠
⁣⁠
You can think of anchors as ways to put starts and stops throughout your day, which will also help you be more focused and productive.⁣ Now is a great time to look at your day and deciding where you need to place some anchor activities. At what point do you feel the most stressed? Start there.⁠

River and I made the most of getting out in the garden this morning and enjoying the sunshine for our exercise

I did an abs workout and of course River joined in too! She even hopped on my back mid plank and made it that bit harder for me! Always has my back, literally 😂😂

This is a great way to challenge yourself and get your little one involved
