Are you ready to burn and tone up with me 💪🔥💥
1. Plank- climbing 1 min
2. Plank- up-down 1 min 
3. Plank- obliques twist 1min 
4. Side plank- obliques burn 1min
5. Push up jump 1 min
6. Reverse plank/ table top 1min

HIIT Session to finish after training Back & Biceps! 💪🏼 Choose 8 exercises! Mine were:
1. Kettlebell Deadlifts (20kg)
2. High knees
3. Ball slams (10kg)
4. Chest to floor burpees
5. Bicep curl and press (5kg) 
6. Mountain Climbers 
7. Swings (20kg)
8. Sit up and press (10kg plate) 
My choices were based on pushing back & biceps a bit more post weights session as well as raising the heart rate & burning as much as I can! 🔥20s work, 10s rest between the exercises *20s isn’t a long time! Work as hard as you can!!
😴 You have 45s rest between each round, so earn it!! Complete 8-10 Rounds of the circuit!

If you watch my stories you know I’m traveling this weekend. TODAY IS THE DAY!! @postmalone @giantcenterhersheypa OMG!!! I hadn’t planned to film this hotel gym workout.....(clearly showing every bit of how tired I was from the 12 hour drive, lol) but I’m glad I did. I felt so much better after squeezing this workout in! 
I love full body workouts! Beginners .....modify where needed. If you don’t have access to weights, or the equipment use what you have...(water bottles/soup cans, laundry bottle for the goblet sqauts, a step instead of bosu, soccer ball....whatever), OR it can be done without! NO EXCUSES!! .

20 PIKE RAISES (I completely struggled with these. It was 19 degrees that am, plus sitting in the car the day before.....my arthritis was really bothering me!)
20 LATERAL SQUAT JUMPS 
10 DEADLIFT TO GOBLET SQUAT 
20 MT EVEREST CLIMBERS 
10 BALL SLAM BURPEES 
Repeat 4x’s with minimal rest! Remember....these can be done without equipment! . 💫TAG your workout!  SAVE to do again! 💫 .

سلام دوستان اکتیو این روزها با پخش خبرهای استرس آور در مورد کرونا ویروس حتما همگی نگران سلامتی خود هستید ولی اصلا نگرانی به خودتون راه ندید و با رعایت نکات ساده خودتون رو در برابر تمام خطرات مصون نگه دارید ،برای کاهش ریسک ابتلا به بیماری کرونا علاوه بر مراقبتها و پیشگیریهای عمومی باید سیستم ایمنی بدن تقویت شود و یکی از عوامل موثر افزاینده سیستم ایمنی بدن «ورزش⁦💪🏻⁩» است. بنابراین تمرین خود را قطع نکنید بلکه هنگام مراجعه به باشگاه موارد زیر را مد نظر داشته باشید
▪از زمان ابتلا به بیماری تا ظاهر شدن عوامل آن ممکن است دو هفته بگذرد و طی این مدت شما ناقل بیماری باشید لذا در هنگام عطسه با آرنج دهان خود را بپوشانید و یا از فوت کردن در حین تمرین بخصوص در مجاورت دیگران پرهیز کنید، حتی در صورت مشاهده علائم هر گونه بیماری سریعا به پزشک مراجعه کنید. ▪از دست دادن با اعضای باشگاه خودداری کنید
▪در باشگاه از دستکشی استفاده کنید که انگشتان آن نیز پوشیده باشند
▪در صورت عدم استفاده از دستکش، اسپری ضدعفونی کننده همراه داشته باشید و مرتب برای پاک کردن دستها از آن استفاده کنید
▪سعی کنید در زمان مفید تمرین خود را انجام داده و بیش از اندازه وقت خود را در باشگاه سپری نکنید
▪تمرین را در حد متعادل نگهداشته و از تمرین تا مرز خستگی بیش از حد پرهیز کنید
▪از صحبت با دیگران بخصوص از فاصله نزدیک خودداری نمایید
▪در هنگام کمک دادن به یار تمرینی خود از لمس بدن وی بپرهیزید
▪حتما از حوله و ترجیحا از لباس پوشیده استفاده کنید تا پوست بدن با دستگاه ها تماس نداشته باشد
▪بلافاصله بعد از هر جلسه تمرین لباسهای خود را بشورید و استحمام کنید

سلام دوستان اکتیو این روزها با پخش خبرهای استرس آور در مورد کرونا ویروس حتما همگی نگران سلامتی خود هستید ولی اصلا نگرانی به خودتون راه ندید و با رعایت نکات ساده خودتون رو در برابر تمام خطرات مصون نگه دارید ،برای کاهش ریسک ابتلا به بیماری کرونا علاوه بر مراقبتها و پیشگیریهای عمومی باید سیستم ایمنی بدن تقویت شود و یکی از عوامل موثر افزاینده سیستم ایمنی بدن «ورزش⁦💪🏻⁩» است. بنابراین تمرین خود را قطع نکنید بلکه هنگام مراجعه به باشگاه موارد زیر را مد نظر داشته باشید
▪از زمان ابتلا به بیماری تا ظاهر شدن عوامل آن ممکن است دو هفته بگذرد و طی این مدت شما ناقل بیماری باشید لذا در هنگام عطسه با آرنج دهان خود را بپوشانید و یا از فوت کردن در حین تمرین بخصوص در مجاورت دیگران پرهیز کنید، حتی در صورت مشاهده علائم هر گونه بیماری سریعا به پزشک مراجعه کنید. ▪از دست دادن با اعضای باشگاه خودداری کنید
▪در باشگاه از دستکشی استفاده کنید که انگشتان آن نیز پوشیده باشند
▪در صورت عدم استفاده از دستکش، اسپری ضدعفونی کننده همراه داشته باشید و مرتب برای پاک کردن دستها از آن استفاده کنید
▪سعی کنید در زمان مفید تمرین خود را انجام داده و بیش از اندازه وقت خود را در باشگاه سپری نکنید
▪تمرین را در حد متعادل نگهداشته و از تمرین تا مرز خستگی بیش از حد پرهیز کنید
▪از صحبت با دیگران بخصوص از فاصله نزدیک خودداری نمایید
▪در هنگام کمک دادن به یار تمرینی خود از لمس بدن وی بپرهیزید
▪حتما از حوله و ترجیحا از لباس پوشیده استفاده کنید تا پوست بدن با دستگاه ها تماس نداشته باشد
▪بلافاصله بعد از هر جلسه تمرین لباسهای خود را بشورید و استحمام کنید

FULL UPPER BODY CIRCUIT 💥

Heading to the mountains for the day so sorry for posting this at the crack of dawn! Hitting a little bit of everything with this upper body dumbbell only circuit. Be sure to save for later and let me know when you try it 🤩💪 4 rounds, 30 seconds rest between exercises, 1 minute rest between rounds. If an exercise is two moves, both make for one rep.

1️⃣Bicep curl to around the world x10 | imagine the elbows are pinned to your side.. only moving from the elbow to hand, then bring all the way up for around the world

2️⃣Bent over row narrow to wide row x10 | bent over close row elbows should come up right by your ribs, then row elbows out to a 90 degree angle this will leave your lats SORE

3️⃣Tricep extension to skull crusher x10 | elbows close by ears for extension then bring elbows out wide for skull crusher - again movement should only come from elbow to hand

4️⃣Diamond press to front raise x10 | arms straight for front raise then bring the weight to chest and back out - the shoulder burn🔥

5️⃣Weight crunch with pulse x12 | if it’s to difficult either drop the weight or perform regular crunches

SATURDAYs Fat Loss Workout of the day 😅 -
This workout is going to take you 30 mins to complete but it will hit all areas of your body and 0 equipment is needed for it 👌🏻 -
The workout in theory is simple , 5 exercises x 3 sets x 2 workouts -
Complete 25 jump squats in one minute , whatever time is left you rest then you move onto the next exercise and complete 30 shoulder taps in one minute then whatever time you have left you rest and so on and so forth completing 3 sets of each of the workouts.

Every so often I share a lifting video to hold myself accountable.  This is my 185lb lift from yesterday.  It was apart of a leg routine I did that included 8 reps and  4 sets.  Needless to say my glutes hurt to the touch 😣

For every pound of Muscle you gain you increase your metabolism by 50 calories a day. 
Strength as we age is a fight against a natural muscle atrophy. 
Lots of people say “I’m too old to lift weights.” When actually it’s the exact reason you should be lifting.
