Yesterday I checked my period tracker because I felt like I must be getting close and apparently I was right in the middle of what would normally be PMS.  But I didn’t feel it. In fact, I feel and look better than normal. 💁🏼‍♀️⁣

I often have a breakout ⁣
I often get insatiable hunger ⁣
I often am grouchy or anger easily ⁣
I can sometimes be bloated ⁣
I am weepy⁣
I “feel fat”⁣

I realized that I haven’t entered any PMS symptoms this month into the tracker and today it’s PMS clouds ☁️ disappeared. ⁣

I did have a craving for dark chocolate last night and gave in with no guilt. 😋⁣
⁣
I’ve been so on top of eating nourishing foods lately that I think it helped me this month. Lots of intermittent fasting too and plenty of rest. ❤️⁣

So, it’s taken me 3 years of Carnivore to feel like I’m not a bloated basket case for once (although I don’t always have terrible symptoms). Be patient- healing will come. 🙏🏼⁣

O geceki "keyfiniz" ise tabiri caizse burnunuzdan geliyor ve bir anlamı kalmıyor.
