My trainer said something at the end of her KILLER workout today that stuck with me... "We have a gift to be able to workout and move our bodies like this.. use it.. because one day you won't be able to.." I mean if that doesn't get to you ..I don't know what will... For me it was like a slap in the face..a wake up call if you would! I haven't been 100% on lately..sleeping in, having some Halloween candy, saying yes to too many carbs, not giving my workouts my all...but the message I just heard this morning kicked my brain back on and I love it. 
I am SO glad I got up this morning and heard that..I made the choice to not quit on myself when I started day 1 of this journey..I told myself I'm doing this for me and if I have people who join me because they need a change..Then I will welcome them just like my coach did. And now..it's day 91 and I am feeling like I'm unstoppable.

All because I woke up (when I REALLY did want to) and I put forth the effort of just simply walking downstairs and pushing play... I have the power to workout and love a healthy life..I don't want to waste that!

I know I did 🙋🏽‍♀️🤩I enjoyed my birthday week last week. 🎉I decided last minute to take a little break and go on vacation for my birthday ✈️Now I know I probably could’ve worked out on my vacation but I chose to rest instead 🤷🏾‍♀️and hey it’s nothing wrong with that.
