Happy Wednesday😍 FIT CHIA Pudding ( homemade NO SUGAR) 💓💓💓 💫
Chia is a great source of protein and sooo delish with simple coconut yoghurt and some fresh 🍓🍓🍓try it and you will not regret it🤪 sending my LOVE to ALL of YOU❤️❤️❤️BIG BIG HUGS❤️

✅ Chia Pudding recipe:
▶️ 2 spoons of Chia
▶️ 1/2 glass of coconut yoghurt( or other)
▶️ 1/2 glass of milk of your choice (I use almond milk)
▶️ 1 spoon of maple syrup
▶️ dash of love
Mix all together and put to the fridge. Stir once again after 10 minutes and wait minimum half and hour. I like it super creamy but you can add more milk if you prefer it. Enjoy💕💕💕 it tastes even better with healthy Gingerbread  Bar @beraw_ewachodakowska ❤️

VEGAN SEA SALT & ALMOND CARAMEL BARS with @wonderfulpistachiosuk almonds🍫🍭 Here’s how to make them.. Ingredients🍫👩🏻‍🍳
Base: 
1/2 cup oats 
1/2 cup @wonderfulpistachiosuk almonds 
Tbsp coconut oil 
Tbsp agave syrup 
Caramel:
2 heaped tbsp almond butter
Coconut milk 
Pinch sea salt 
1 tbsp agave syrup 
Extra chopped almonds to top 
Chocolate: 
50g dark chocolate 
Tsp coconut oil 👩🏻‍🍳 Method- 
1️⃣In a food processor, blitz the almonds and oats to form a flour, then blend in the coconut oil and agave syrup. 
2️⃣Press the mixture into a lined dish/ container and pop into the fridge. 
3️⃣Mix the almond butter, salt & agave together, then add a dash of milk whilst mixing to create a spreadable, creamy caramel.
4️⃣Pour this over the base later and allow these to set up in the freezer for a couple of hours. 
5️⃣Gently melt the chocolate & coconut oil, slice up the bars and coat each of them in the melted chocolate.

sweet potato peanut stew with chickpeas (serves 3-4)
-1 large onion, diced
-1 tbsp ginger, minced
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tsp ground cumin + 1 tsp chili powder
-1 6-oz can tomato paste
-3 medium carrots, chopped
-3 medium sweet potatoes, chopped
-1 vegan bouillon cube + 4 cups water, or use 4 cups vegetable broth
-4 cups chopped vegetables; i used 1/2 cup cabbage
-1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas, or beans of your choice
-1/4 cup peanut butter, plus more to taste
-1/2 tsp red chili flakes, or to taste
In a large pot, saute the onion, ginger, and garlic in oil/water for 5 minutes. Add in cumin, chili powder, tomato paste, and carrots. Once evenly coated, add in sweet potatoes, veggies, bouillon cube + water. Cover the pot and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until all the vegetables are tender. Stir in chickpeas, peanut butter + red chili flakes and simmer for 3 more minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste, then serve warm.

How about a bowl of sesame peanut tofu?! 🥜🥑 If you wanna switch up your tofu and try a different combo, this sone I would recommend 100%. The tofu is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, coated in a rich and creamy peanut sauce. I love with rice and avocado, but it works with any side of your choice: quinoa, noodles, veggies, etc.💚

Some tips for crispier/more flavourful tofu: first of all make sure to press it before starting to cook, using either a tofu press, or by covering the tofu with a paper towel and placing some heavy objects on top. Also, make sure to marinade it for long enough so it absorbs as much flavour as possible - 30 minutes is a minimum, but overnight/at least 4 hours is preferable. And of course, a good sauce/dip is key! So don’t be intimidated if you don’t have much experience cooking with tofu or have had bada previous expertises with it, as it’s relatively easy to make it taste great and compliment a wide variety of dishes. Let me know what your favourite way is to cook tofu! 🌿🤩

Tahniah akak ni berjaya turunkan berat sebanyak 17kg masa setahun, skip nasi & air manis.

Tapi ikut pada cerita akak ni. Time raya dia naik berat 5kg. Senang je kan naik 5kg padahal raya berapa hari je.

Alhamdulillah, Pika maintain je berat. Paling normal naik 2kg je. Pastu boleh turun semula.

🔹1/2 cup @aldiaustralia almond butter
🔹2 tbsp coconut oil🥥
🔹1 tbsp maple syrup🍁(I used 20g because I like things sweet👌🏻)
🔹pinch sea salt🧂
🔹1/4 cup desiccated coconut🥥( I used 20g and also added):
🔹10g cacao nibs🍫
Melt almond butter, oil & syrup together and stir through the rest of the ingredients.

- 3 huevos 🥚🥚🥚.
- 1/2 tz de espinaca 🌿.
- 1/2 tz de tomate en trozos 🍅.
- 1/4 tz de cebolla en trozos 🧅.
- 1 cdita de pimienta y sal 🧂.
- 1 spray de aceite en aerosol PAM. (Para molde).

1. Cortamos nuestros vegetales en trozos finos.🔪🍅🌿🧅
2. Mientras procesamos nuestros vegetales ponemos a calentar el horno a 200°C.📤
3. Batimos los 3 huevos, luego los incorporamos en una sola mezcla con nuestros vegetales y agregamos nuestra cdita de pimienta y sal.

1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and tails off.
2 medium zucchini
2 yellow squash
2 Calabasita squash
1/2 lg. Yellow onion 
2 large jalapeño, halved and seeded
1/4 c rice vinegar 
2 Tbsp dark soy sauce 
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce 
1 Tbsp sriracha 
2 tsp sesame oil 
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt 
Sriracha, Hoisin, and Sesame Seeds to top...
Cut zucchini and squash into bite size pieces or slice into rounds and place in a large mixing bowl. Slice onion and jalapeño into 1/4 inch slices and add to bowl.
