Dayanamadım, hepsinin çikolatasını dışarı çıkarmak istiyorum😍😍 Dışı kıtır, içi dolu çikolata 🤩
Sadece 7 dakika çikolata erisin diye fırına attım🤭 Sonrası vahim🙈🤣 1 çay bardağı çiğ badem (55 adet)
3/4 su bardağı yulaf unu (yulafı robottan çekebilirsiniz)
1 küçük boy portakalın suyu 
3 kare @bimturkiye şekersiz çikolatası 
Bademleri çekerek un haline getirin. Yulaf unuyla beraber karıştırın. Sıktığınız portakalın suyunu sıkıp 3lüyü karıştırın. Bu sırada şekersiz çikolatanın büyük karelerini 4 parçaya ayırdım. Elime kurabiye harcından bir parça alıp yuvarladım ve şekersiz çikolata parçasını içine koydum. Biraz yapışkan bir hamur ancak biraz azimle yuvarlanıyor 🤓 
Toplamda 11 adet çıktı ve tanesi 65 kaloriye denk geldi🥳 Tepsiye dizdim, önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında 7 dakika pişirdim🥳 Fırın ayarı değişebilir, az tutmaya dikkat edin. Amacımız sadece çikolatayı eritmek 🍀 Daha tepsiden tabağa alırken çikolata dışına taşıyordu🤭 Offf harrrikaaa!!!!😍 Denedikten sonra yorumlarınızı bekliyorum😋

✅ Definition: a food source that contains an adequate proportion of the nine essential aminos. Some examples of complete proteins are dairy, poultry and red meat. ✅ How they’re absorbed: the digestive system (stomach, intestines, kidneys, bladder) breaks them down into amino acids.  Most people aren’t aware that these amino acids are indeed stored for up to two weeks in our liver, kidneys, organs, muscles, etc.  The same goes with vitamins, by the way... Hence, you REALLY ONLY start to become “protein” deficient after two weeks of no protein intake❗️Only then you will start developing lean mass loss, and if you are not doing resistance training, then it gets worse❗️
In addition, your body is going to store everything you feed it (as a survival mechanism). So, if you considered the fact that number one ☝️ 1. You only become “protein deficient” after two weeks of no protein intake, and two✌🏻2. Your body is going to (mostly) assimilate and absorb the majority of the nutrient-rich foods you give it, you can rest assured that you’ll get all of your essential aminos from different sources. I am proof to that, and I have one kidney. 
The foods listed below are where mostly of my proteins (or amino acids, to be specific) come from. These lovely foods are packed with not only essential amino acids, but zinc, iron, boron, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber as well 💗 😋. If you compared these “incomplete protein sources” to the complete source, you’ll get more for your buck. That is, you’ll get more nutrients, fiber, and antioxidants than you’d with 🐔 🐓, for example.
Whether I am on or off season, I eat very little poultry, like once a month, if that. I’ll have one or two eggs once a week, and fish once a week if that. My proteins mainly come from this food list below. 😋 Black beans, broccoli sprouts, Brussels sprouts, black and red rice, organic tofu, asparagus, edamame, tempeh, garbanzo beans, mung beans, quinoa, amaranth, sacha inchi seeds, pumpkin flaxs, chia, sesame, just nothing but goodness‼️⚜️💪🏻🙃 Questions? ほっそり二の腕ヨガ♥3 を受けました

登録店舗で今月から始まったレッスン😆
楽しみにしていたので早めの予約♡
初回はキャン待ちすごかったからね〜

このレッスン担当の先生
先月末だったかな?「テスト落ちちゃった〜」って
自ら告白してくださって‪wすごく悔しそうで
もちろんソレは二の腕のレッスンだったのですが
スケジュールに入ったのを見て私も喜んじゃいました😆
先生
今日もすごく楽しそうにレッスンしてくださいました
・
キツイだろうと予想していたレッスン
左肩が治っていない身としては
初めから辛い動きもありましたが
中盤からの3回続く太陽礼拝…
1回目から😩💦キツかった〜
キツイ中で
できたことのないバインド、できるかも!
と思った瞬間があって…頑張ったら…
できました😳片方だけですけど
今まで全くできなかったんですけどね
昨日のWSの効果ですかね〜😃
ドルフィンのシークエンスも頑張りました
ぜーんぜん、形になっていませんけど😝
先生によって
すごく強度が変わりそうなレッスンですね
自身の体の使い方で♥2〜♥4くらいまで
強度は変わってきますよ!と先生も仰っていました
今日の私の二の腕ヨガは♥3.5くらいかな〜

帰りに更衣室で先生からいろいろと
ご指南いただきました🙏😊
二の腕の使い方、肩甲骨の寄せ方
「ここが痛い」と伝えたら
「使いたかったのはこっち!」と
聞けば聞くほどなんと難しいレッスンか〜と
思ってしまいました😅💦
お着替えしたのにまた滝汗かきました‪w
顔から噴出して恥ずかしかった〜😱💦

そして今は猛烈な体の痛みに襲われております
今まででヨガ後の痛みベスト3に入る痛みっぷり‪w
肩甲骨や肩、二の腕だけじゃなく

Beautiful bell peppers are one of my favorite foods. I like em raw, roasted, puréed, stuffed, and every other possible rendition. Do you have a favorite color? I tend to go for red and green. As far as health benefits - when you eat bell peppers, eat the rainbow! All varieties are very high in phytonutrients, compounds which have antioxidant effects, but each color has different levels of various types of phytonutrients. Eating all colors will give the greatest diversity of these free-radicle scavengers in order to maximize their unique health benefits. ⠀

Here is one example: two phytonutrients, lutein and zeaxanthin are types of carotenoids that have profound benefits for eye health. Bell peppers are high in both these carotenoids, with green and yellow having the highest levels of all colors. Lutein and zeaxanthin have been shown to protect the eyes from blue light damage and reduce the risk of developing age-related macular degeneration and cataracts. ⠀

Vitamin C might be more well known than 'phytonutrients' but the health benefits of this crucial vitamin are no joke. In addition to strengthening and supporting the immune system, people with greater levels of vitamin C in their bodies have a lower risk of all-cause mortality, including two top causes of death in the US: heart disease and cancer. Vitamin C is a powerful anti-inflammatory and free-radicle scavenger owing to its antioxidant effects in the body. Vitamin C is also a haven for skin health because it promotes collagen production, lowering risk of wrinkling and sagging. A cup of sliced bell pepper provides 157% of the DRI of vitamin C, so get snacking 😋.⠀
