There is always a misconception in my girls friend that train upperbody
 will make them look bulky, no it won’t 
Well train upper body can make your waist look smaller and give an hour glass ⌛️body figure, plus training upper body give us a lot of benefit , can correct your body posture , look more confidence (because of the upright posture) more toned (no more flabby arms) and stronger arm means that u can carry more shopping bags , do more shopping 😜

So don’t just train on glutes , balance it with your upperbody training ❤️

This particular workout targeted the back, biceps, and core. Your upper back muscles and lats form one of the largest areas of the upper body and therefore are essential in hypertrophy workouts as well as fat loss workouts.

Yo my veins are starting to show like crazy. I didn’t even notice till I checked out my camera vid and I was like dang it’s coming in good haha. Got a good shoulder workout in and was able to finish it off with some ab work. I can def feel getting leaner, that's for sure also getting my strength back up. Just gotta keep at it with the eating and maintaining a good workout. Also started to consume less supplements and been trying to go more natural as my body ain’t having it at all lol. Chasing for the ripped physique I know I’m gon get it one day.

This workout is a for sure shoulder pump. And is a great way to keep moving without a lot of equipment changes to fatigue those shoulder right out. You want boulder shoulders?!? Give this a try!! 1️⃣ cable front shoulder raise x 10 reps supinated grip and x 10 reps pronated grip
2️⃣ upright row x 20 reps
3️⃣ shoulder press x 16 reps
4️⃣ single arm lateral raise x 16reps each side 
5️⃣ single arm upright row x 20 reps each side 
6️⃣ single arm shoulder press x 16 reps each side
7️⃣ plate drop set lateral raises heavier weight>lighter weight x 20 reps each set for 3 different weight. (For video length sake only showing 4 reps. But completed 10#x20, 5#x20, and 2.5# x20)
I completed exercise 1,2,3 and 7. Then 4,5,6 and 7 for 5 sets of each circuit combination. Wowzers!!🔥 PS...don’t judge my socks 😂 I was cold and only had a crop packed. So I opted to wear my boot socks today lol .

I thought to myself... self your right shoulder still isn't quite right. What's a good taxing movement that could also benefit your shoulder health. 
So I took a page out of the book of @cambidude 
Earthquake bar strict press with 140 lbs and the like 2.5 lbs that bar weighs. 
After all my accessories and such my shoulders are smoked! And pain free 😁
Highly recommend these. Go easy on the weight if you've never done these before. Not that 140 lbs is anything special. But it's nowhere near my normal strict press weights.

Well I finally set it in my mind to compete again 💪🏽🔥 this time around I’m gunning for bodybuilding in June/July. Standing lateral DB raises - 4 x 15, 12, 10, 8

Seated BB military press - 4 x 12

Front DB raises, both arms @ same time - 4 x 15

DB Bent Over Reverse Flys - 4 x 15

Crunches superset leg raises - 4 x 20
(To add intensity, hold legs at the top or do pulses w/ the leg raises) Same with the crunches.. If you want hard abs, then work the abs hard!! Oblique Crunches - 4 x 35 each side

Flutter Kicks, abs braced - 3 x 20
