What we focus on becomes our reality

Let’s start with an easy example: you get a new car, a Jeep.

Once you start driving that car, then you see Jeeps EVERYWHERE and think that everyone else decided to get a Jeep too.

This is inherently not true, unless you have that kind of influence in the world, then you GO GF. But you focused on that one idea, and then your life and reality became filled with more of it.

This works the same way with ANYTHING in life.

Maybe something went wrong this morning and now you are in a bad mood. Every little thing pisses you off and you choose to focus on the negative things so you have a really crappy day.

NOW what if you had that same morning, and chose to focus on all of the good things that happened in the day DESPITE what went wrong in the morning. That is choosing to see the good and shifting your mindset.

Your mind is the one thing holding you back.

You say that you’re stuck in a rut, but are you really?

Do you play the victim when you haven’t really made steps to change your situation or at least your mindset in it?

You can take actionable steps all that you want. They may work, or they may not. So when they don’t work or you don’t reap immediate benefits, you step back and give up.

You have to BELIEVE in what you want in your life. Focus on it. Manifest it, and it will come to fruition.

Everything starts from within you, you create your own reality. You have to start believing it even if you are already taking physical steps towards it for it to really work.

So I urge you: start that journal and WRITE DOWN something that you want in your life, then BELIEVE it, focus on it, MANIFEST THAT ISH, and it will come full circle.

feeing so good after having amazing lifts all week. 2 weeks on this new plan and i’m definitely loving it. gonna be starting my cutting phase next week and realllly focusing on my nutrition. so what exactly am i planning to do for a cut?
⭐️calorie deficit. literally the MOST important thing if your goal is weight/fat loss. starting small and only going 100 calories below my maintenance calories and slowly increasing the deficit every other week.
⭐️more cardio. i hardly ever do cardio for more than 5-10 minutes. adding in 20-30 minutes 3-4x per week in order to expend more calories/help with calorie deficit.
⭐️tracking my intake more accurately. i’ve always been on and off tracking. i’ve never been super accurate with it either. so i will be focusing more on accurate measurements so i know exactly how much i’m eating.

Making jokes, tasting, enjoying each others company. I'm also on a new journey to get in great shape for the summer. I've been keeping up with it. They say three weeks is when it starts to become a habit.. I'm almost there!

SHOULDER & TRICEP WORKOUT! 💪🏼💕
I’m done with bulking and I’m 3 weeks into cutting! I still have some fluff, but it’s going away quick! I’ve lost 5lbs and I’m back down to 155lbs. It’s a tough process, but quitting won’t make it easier. I’m excited to loose weight again. Since the last time I did it I was trying to just loose weight and I had no muscle. MILITARY PRESS 4x10 
I go hard on this lift because this compound targets your shoulders,triceps, back and chest. I usually do my compound workouts first because it takes the most energy out of me, it also pumps me up for the rest of the workout! .
TRICEP PUSH DOWN & TRICEP EXTENSION SUPERSET! 4 x 12 & 10 
I love this super set because triceps are the hardest for me to trigger, so this is the best combination! Make sure to activate your abs and pinch your arms to your side! .
 ARNOLD PRESS & PLATED FRONT RAISE 4 x12
Another good combination is the Arnold press followed by the plated front raise. Make sure you engage your core to help you get the dumbbells up and on the front raises hold the plates for 3 seconds! .
UPRIGHT ROWS & TRICEP EXTENSION SUPER SET! 
To finish of I like to burn out with as many up right rows and extension I can do. That way I add as much stress to my muscles to finish off strong!

This is how my back is looking. Can't wait until I bulk everything will drastically change. Here's a tip: take more pictures not just for those who are starting their fitness journeys but everyone. Why do I recommend you take more pictures? Self reflection, you don't notice it but as months go by you change a lot not just physically but mentally we all grow and it's nice to reflect and take yourself back. I look at the old pictures I have and am proud because I can remmember my headspace and mindset back then.

Those are some good looking lines!  How’d I do it without masking - or taping off the trim?  Two words.  DON’T BREATHE.  In my years painting, I’ve discovered a lot about technique.  I found that I can get a crisp line if I inhale before I get close to the edge, and hold that breath until I’m done with that stretch of cutting.  It keeps my hand steady, compared to breathing in and out.  You’ll also notice here that I get the bulk of the paint off my brush away from the edge first, that way I don’t have a bead of excess that gets where I don’t want it.  I blend it all out before moving on to the next area. A well-built physique and a strong body don't just start with mobility but also a strong set of wheels. I personally train my legs twice a week where I seperate the anterior and posterior parts. By doing this, it gives me enough time and proper training to trigger every muscle group; anterior with inner thighs and the posterior with outer thighs and glutes. I find this training split works perfectly for progressive overload with calculated volume, intensity and rest time. So next time you're in the gym, don't skip out on legs days or give less than what you normally do 💪🏽
