What does this mean?
Thinking of snatches as a swing is really helpful.

SWING
Start off with that swing, just to their waist, having their hand go from palm inside to neutral.
.
PULL
(At the top of the swing) my shoulder is going to come back and that is going to keep things close to my body.
.
PUNCH
“So we swing, pull, punch that’s what is going to allow the kettlebell to rotate on top of the hand and the wrist smoothly.
.
The faster we punch through the easier that kettlebell is going to land.” - @cspealler

If you really knew me, you’d know that I now have the body I dreamed of three years ago, but that I absolutely don't have the body I dream of now. You‘d know that growing up as a highly gifted child has always been to my detriment and has made me more mature than a 'normal' child at each age. You‘d know that I fell off a horse when I was 16 years old and I broke a vertebra and my wrist and the fact that it was and is very important to keep my back muscles and abs strong in order to support that vertebra, was the reason for me to start with the whole weighttraining thing. If you really knew me, you‘d know that I’m actually relatively pessimistic, that I hate to make mistakes and that I avoid them. If I'm not 100% sure I can do something, I won't do it. But on the other hand, in my life I’ve learned the most from making mistakes. If you really knew me, you’d know that my biggest fear is to lose one of my loved ones and I'm afraid of death, I take some material things for granted against better judgment but at the same time I don't take any relationship for granted. If you really knew me, you‘d know that I have no patience, with nothing, which is my biggest pitfall. I set my sights very high and realise that these things take time - but since I have no patience - I tend to lose sight of my goal, which makes me feel lost. You‘d know that I get bored quickly. Very quickly. And that my biggest dream is to be satisfied with everything I have and do, that I can ever be satisfied with what I (and my body) look like and that, no matter how old I am, I’ll be able to say that I find challenge and satisfaction in what I do and that I make my loved ones happy with everything I have to give. ~ 📸 @jonasthijs

Life is a war. And there are people out there, and there are things out there that are trying to take you down. Things are gonna go wrong. And when things go wrong , it’s pretty easy just to say “ You know what? I’m gonna stand down, or i’m gonna give up.” And you can do that. But I think no. I think no, I think keep fighting. And you keep fighting, and you keep fighting no matter what. And you never quit.. Never quit. And if you feel like your life is in a place where you can’t get any lower, and you don’t think you can find any way out, GOOD. КАК ИЗБАВИТЬСЯ :

No escales montañas para que todo el mundo te vea, sube a la cima de la montaña para ver tú todo el mundo.

Terminamos la temporada de #CarrerasOCR corriendo en la tanda #Super (13Km con 25 obstaculos) de la #SpartanCordoba. Primera que @spartanracees hace en #Andalucia.

De la carrera puedo decir que fue complicada, principalmente por el terreno tan pedregoso y con desnivel, que hacía que en ciertos tramos pasase de ser divertido a peligroso/temeridad. Pero finalmente, en 1:52', conseguimos pasar por línea de meta. No sabíamos que en la ducha nos esperaba la peor de las pruebas, la #Karcher de la muerte, que una voluntaria esgrimía y con la que gustosamente te daba con su chorro diabólico para quitarte el barro. A pesar de los 15° y el sol que hacía, era imposible no salir temblando por el frío y el dolor que semejante cosa propiciaba a cualquier corredor que tuviese narices a enfrentarse a ella. Yo, ingenuo de mi, lo hice y me replantee, mientras tiritaba en una esquina, mi propia existencia. Espero que en las siguientes carreras, no se les vuelva a pasar por la cabeza a la organización poner algo así.

Por el resto, fin de semana espectacular con @11hector02 @alvarobarban @hichamconh @maricarmensango y @grlonthewing en una ciudad preciosa cómo es #Cordoba sus calles, su gente y su gastronomía.

Hey guys! I promise I didn’t forget about you! I’ve been traveling and am finally back home in Boston for a consistent amount of time. 
While I was away I barely trained, and when I did it was mainly cardio. Fair to say I probably lost some of my strength, but NEVER my motivation and discipline 😎
One thing that I am trying for a change is NO MEAT. You’re probably wondering if I’m crazy considering I eat like a pound of chicken a day.. Nope! Not kidding.. I don’t know if I can say I’m going vegetarian (or trying it out), but i am in the process of figuring out how to get a ton of protein from plant sources. 
If you know me you know I LOVE trying new things out, so I will keep you guys posted on how this process works out for me.
