Ok this might be one of my favs because I am still feeling it after a few days😅 Focusing on engaging that core and squishing it to the ground to eliminate that space between the ground and your back while working all of those muscles. 
Complete 4 sets💫
10 (per side) knee to elbow crunches
10 (per side) side plank with arm reaches
10 sit up (only go up to your knee, you will feel the burn trust me) 
10 plank rainbows (every time you hit a regular plank counts as 1)
10 Heel taps with leg extension (leg extension = 1) 
8 (per side) plank up downs 
Hope you enjoy this workout as much as I did and it’s great because you can do it anywhere with no equipment needed😇

Self doubt can keep you from what you’re actually capable.This was my first time ever attempting 4 plates so I was hella apprehensive before trying it. I was honestly thinking there was no way I could get it up, but this just goes to show that if you take all that doubt and turn it into self motivation, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE 🗣🗣 I ended up going even heavier and hitting a PR of 425 LBS ❗️❗️🗣🗣

Every time I incorporate the large stability ball in class...I almost always end with extension work. It feels so good and everyone seems to love it! Some forward flexion helps balance it out. Of course listening to your body is extremely important when performing what is shown in this video. If you give this a try...please breathe, move slowly with control and don’t make your body do what it’s not ready to do! 😉
