BLUEBERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES 😎 this is my first time ever sharing a protein pancake and holy moly are they GOOD! Unlike most protein pancakes, these are fluffy, light, flavorful and you’d never know they had protein.

BLUEBERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES 😎 this is my first time ever sharing a protein pancake and holy moly are they GOOD! Unlike most protein pancakes, these are fluffy, light, flavorful and you’d never know they had protein.
A serving of ✌🏻 pancakes has:
- 10g of protein
- just over 200 caps
- 10 carbs
- 4g of fiber
- only 7 ingredients

Leftover PB Chocolate Oat Cups 😍 To be honest, I only had one of these and Eli had the other but the picture looked better with two 🤷🏼‍♀️ I always try and say if I didn’t eat everything in the picture because I know it can get confusing on IG with food pictures. If you wanted to eat 2 or more of these cups and that feels right for you- nothing wrong with that 😄 Just like everything on social media, don’t compare what you think someone else is doing to what is best for you ❤️ These Pb cups have been so perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert! Happy Fri-yay everyone! -

A more detailed recipe is also on my blog, linked in my stories + bio. 
In a bowl, mix together 
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (I used some Gf ones)
1/4 cup almond flour 
1 cup runny peanut butter ( I like organic Pb without all the filler in there) 
1/2 cup maple syrup 
1/2 tsp sea salt 
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup collagen (used @ancientnutrition) 
Mix everything together with a spatula. 
Grease a muffin tin. Makes about 10 cups. 
Fill the cups about 3/4 of the way, you want to leave room for the Pb chocolate topping.
Place in the freezer for about 1- 1 1/2 hours. 
Chocolate Pb topping: 
1/2 cup chocolate chips + 2 tbsp peanut butter. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, repeat if needed. 
Add the chocolate oh topping on and smooth out with a knife. 
Place back in the freezer for 30 mins. 
Store in the freezer or the fridge! #glutenfree #healthybreakfast #eeeeeats

Paleo waffles for brunch today 😍 I’ve been working on this easy waffle recipe for a bit and I think it’s finally got the right texture/flavor 😌 I’m not really a perfectionist in anything in life besides my recipes haha but especially paleo waffles because they fall apart so easily 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve tested these in my mini waffle maker + a regular Belgian waffle maker and it worked great in both! My favorite thing to do is make this recipe which makes a ton of waffles, eat a few, then freezer the others for an easy breakfast or heck I even eat them for dessert 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ Happy Saturday ❤️ -

#recipe details 👉🏻 Makes 6-7 mini waffles (or 3- 3 1/2 big waffles).
Whisk 3 eggs 
1 mashed banana 
1 1/2 cups almond flour 
1 tsp vanilla 
1 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp coconut sugar 
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 
Optional- 1-2 tbsp vanilla collagen or protein. 
Mix everything together, heat your waffle iron, grease it with some nonstick spray, add your batter. Let the waffles cook according to the timer on your waffle maker. 
I topped these with a little Pb + honey + caramelized bananas 😌 #paleo #waffles #brunch #choosingbalance

To make this, cut one medium tomato, 4 baby cukes, 1 red pepper in more or less same size pieces. Mince up about 2 big bunches of parsley really fine and add it to the bowl 😁. Add a handful of kalamata olives and 1/2-3/4 cup optional cubed feta. Dress it all with 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt {more to taste} and 2 tbsp maple syrup {shake or stir together first}.

I’ve followed these containers and one easy rule for a year now and This rule is  80/20.  80% healthy clean and good for you foods. (And yes carbs are one of them but make sure they are healthy carbs like whole wheat pasta or quinoa) 20% maybe that little bit of chocolate or reduced fat sea sale potato chips. But be weary that 20% doesn’t go up any higher then it should or every night! do it in moderation! 🔑 .

That’s why I love logging my food by containers. Its so easy and quick I can show you in a small video! .

Planning out my lunch like this, using these containers has shown me how much extra we put on our plates! See those two green containers? Add two more and put it on a plate that’s the size of a restaurant salad 🥗 !! That’s 4 cups!! 😦 That’s too much for our body to actually process the nutrients in one sitting! 🌱 .

Ugh this was EXTREMELY Difficult to post. There are so many things I noticed when I looked @ the video. This weight journey has been an incredible experience for me, however it’s also been my biggest struggle, especially being a “trainer” you’re set to think your supposed to look a certain way we have pro athletes who turn “trainers” to thank for that one. - I’m not discarding the sport nor am I trying to insult anyone- how ever I do see a very huge issues when I have clients who come to me expecting to look like a Michelle letwin within 5 months; or obsessing over someone’s Physique who’s on the extreme side of fitness; that’s not what general fitness and wellness is and we as society need to stop judging one another because of it. •

I’ve been working my butt off to perfect my hip thrust so I can thrust heavy again hopefully soon! So many more little improvements I need to work on; and it’s okay. What is not okay is when you ignore the important stuff like form and consume fitness with an ego; with bad form or bullshit work outs. I want to give you al the realest and rawest forms of wellness. I may be a trainer but I learn daily new things.• And thank you @amygrowing for the assists today!
