Sometimes I feel like a everyone’s ears are bleeding about details of things like #tightertogether that are probably insignificant in the grand scheme of things— BUT these challenges are really fun 🙌🏼 (and equally effective💪🏼) and like I mentioned in my stories today, it has a way of igniting a fire in me personally to push a little harder when I know you are too 😉

I haven’t fully committed to tracking macros in a long time—like really long 😬, but I also think that’s what is making me excited to do it for 30 days— when I can’t be accurate, I’ll build my plate using the principles and that’ll be just fine too. I consider tracking like a GPS— it’s going to get you to where you’re going the most direct route. HOWEVER, sometimes your life’s season might be more about the scenic route (aka less structured, more relaxed). Both have their place! .

Featuring the Kettlebell Overhead Swing from  this Saturday’s Heroes Hollywood Station #13💪🏼✨⠀

Start with the kettlebell extended out in front of you. Hike the kettlebell back between your legs and thrust the hips forward to bring the kettlebell straight overhead without arching your back and letting it float at the top. Be sure not to squat down into the movement instead hinge at the hips to being the kettlebell back and forward💥⠀

Good morning. I woke up so sore in my upper body lol. Once I get moving I didn't notice it so much. Thankfully.
Leg day today. One of two this week😬. Today was brutal! I'm dead. But I wanted to show my mess of a workout area. I do this stuff from home. Going to a gym 20 or 30 minutes away is not in the cards for me. But I don't let that stop me from pushing myself. So today, no leg press machine. Unfortunately. But the hip thrusts are a good replacement and I like the fact that they're very glute focused. And I am *this* close to loading the bar with my body weight to do these workouts. Which is exciting for me. Today was a personal best on these things. It felt great. I'm feeling great. What you see in the messy photo is my equipment. Theres about 3 feet or so between that stuff and my bed. Thats my space. When I need the bench, I slide it out. The bands attach to my door. You dont need much space to push. You don't need a gym to push. 
Day 2 done!

Admit it….. like me, you’ve probably gone a couple, few, or several days at a time re-using your water bottle without washing it. I mean, it contains only water, right? But your bottle is likely toted around with you EVERY.WHERE, and even if it stays in one location, bacteria can grow. And let’s not even mention the germs (flu, cold, etc) that your bottle is exposed to throughout the day…….eeeeeuuu! Do your health a favor and wash your bottle every day in hot soapy water. Then drink up and stay healthy and hydrated!

When on night shifts it's best to do mini circuits to hit allover as you may miss a few sessions, Paul's done a few mini 5 minutes circuits hitting just 3 exercises in each 1, to finish off he's done sets of bar Bicep curls increasing weight with each set, also skull crushers with the same principle, this way he's also targeting the muscle groups he wants to  work harder 💪💪
