(A circuit is completing each exercise back to back with little to no rest in between until you finish the round and then repeat!) Fact: My time in the gym has been cut in half lately (life/work/priorities/schedule changes) and it has been a big adjustment but one I am welcoming. Sometimes, a quick ten minutes is literally all I will have between clients, meetings and calls and I cannot explain to you enough how much of a difference using these 10-15 mins has had not just in the physical, but the emotional. Never underestimate the power of a focused 10 minutes, in any capacity.👊

All you need is one ☝️ kettlebell for this full body torcher 🔥 -

I performed this as a 30 sec on, 30 sec off circuit. So that means you do each exercise for 30 sec, and take a 30 sec rest before moving on to the next. Perform 3-4 rounds. -

Woot woot! 💪🏼 I mentioned it on my stories yesterday but we’re doing a NEW YEARS challenge (with a new twist so stay tuned 😉)!I wrote the entire program yesterday and girl, it’s safe to say this is going to be the best one yet! I’m going to be testing the program starting next week so I didn’t want to get too sore from this workout but be warned, you 👏🏼 will 👏🏼 feel👏🏼this!😅 This is another one that is great to do at home or when the machines are all taken up at the gym! All you need is a kettlebell and a stability ball! Let’s go! 🔥

I believe the exact cause of soreness is inconclusive however the current belief is that it’s caused by a ‘novel stimulus’ - or in Lehman’s terms ‘new stuff’

Extended soreness could also be down to poor nutrition. If you’re not providing your body with enough protein after workouts you’re not giving your body the tools to recover
