I actually lowered my Bench Press Frequency & Volume this Phase 👇 actually for my entire chest even though it’s a priority
. 
Every so often I feel you should drop volume to Desensitize your weak points since they been acclimating to the prioritized volume
. 
I’ll run this phase for 2-4 Weeks & then adjust the volume composition again
. 
Consistently 215lbs right now so my limit strength to body weight ratio isn’t the best. Im more focusing on volume and hypertrophy so I’m happy with it all
. 
Planning short term is common but, if you can plan long term you’re going change the game with your training & results .

요즘 3분할로 운동하며 밀기하는날에는 레이즈로 측면에 자극을 넣어주고 숄더프레스, 윗가슴, 삼두 순서로 운동하고 있는데 확실히 프레스 중량은 떨어지지만 측면과 윗가슴에 엄청난 자극이 느껴지네요!!

I've been doing push/pull/leg split these days and on push day I made some changes regarding my weak body parts side delts.
So, I start my push session with raises and move on to shoulder presses.
This way, I couldn't push as heavy as I could before, but I could feel much higher tension on my side delts!!!
I'll try this for a few weeks and see how this feels!

Due to some personal life changes lately I haven't been able to work out for over 3 weeks.. and it's been driving me crazy 🤯, let me tell you!! Hopefully everything will be done soon and I will be able to get back to my routine and nutrition!! 🙏
Truth is that life happens and not everything will go according to schedule, and that's totally okay!! Have in mind that one month will not reverse what you have been building up for years! You just need to be patient (I'm talking to myself!!) Anywhoooo.. here is an old workout video of mine..

Went heavy on incline bench press for the first time since my rotator cuff injury in February. 225 x 3 felt really good today and I focused on control the entire time. Absolute filth of a workout, maxing out on 44kg dumbbells incline press for 5 reps as a PB.
Progress may only come as 1 rep, or 2.5kg extra but progress is still progress just remember that. Not every week you will hit a PB. You might not even reach your max. But the will and determination to not let it get you down is what makes a champion. Hard work, determination and the will go on even when the motivation is lost.

Stepped on today for the first time in a week. It wasn’t my lowest weight and for the first time it didn’t impact on my day...I need to remember to stick to the plan - I’m increasing muscle mass, my inches are dropping in the right places and increasing in the other right places.
