Потому что тренировку закончила и спокойно могу покривляться возле зеркала🤣
А ещё уже вторую неделю кайфую от постоянства в тренировках и, как ни странно, в работе. Режим - это залог успеха! 
Когда были в сборной команде, тренировались, спали, ели по режиму, будучи на сборах. Тренер очень ругал, если мы, вдруг, легли не вовремя, не поели или опоздали где то. Потому что режим - самый лучший тренер, врач и защитник от болезней.
Нервная система, гормоны, пищеварение  сильно зависят от того, когда вы ложитесь спать, кушаете, работаете и отдыхаете. А это значит, что при неправильном режиме баланс нарушается и успех проходит мимо нас!

Кто нибудь из вас задумывался о правильном режиме дня, питания и тренировок? Лично меня это очень интересует🤔

It’s all in the hips 💪🏼 Today I’m challenging you to try these two body weight hip exercises that also add a bonus flexibility challenge.

1. Leg lifts in seated straddle position- keep that spine straight, core engaged, and give those outer hips a squeeze when you lift them off of the ground.

2. In/outs in a straddle position- you can always use a yoga block on the smaller side to slowly increase getting hip/ quad/ core strength.

Try these out for 4 sets of 6-10 and let me know how it goes 🤙🏼

BULKING?? 🧐🧐

A lotttt of people in the fitness industry go through a bulking/cutting phase.
.
Nothing wrong with that it’s just something I’ve never done!
.
But the problem a lot of people run into is when they are in their cutting phase, they get super dedicated to their diet and workouts and do an insane amount of cardio but once they enter the bulking phase, they throw it all out the window and eat like absolute shit and their workouts suffer because of it!
.
I’ve always stuck to a lean bulk or lean cut style of dieting where I slightly increase or slightly decrease my calories while keeping my workouts similar.
.
This is a much longer process than the traditional bulk or cut because you are only cutting or increasing your calories by 200-300 a day.
.
This has worked for me in the past and definitely teaches you and forces you to stay disciplined on your diet and stay consistent with your workouts, which I don’t mind.
.
But over the past 2-3 months I’ve done the more traditional bulking approach. Not that I’ve been eating terrible, I just haven’t restricted myself.
.
When I feel like eating, I eat. When I feel like drinking, I drink. When I feel like eating shitty food and being happy, I do so 😂
.
But I’m also working my ass off in the gym and getting my cardio in! And I’ll tell you what, minus playing in 4 basketball leagues and my legs being sore all the time, I feel incredible!
.
Having never done a bulk like this, I wasn’t sure how my body was gonna respond. But I’m just soaking up the extra calories, really starting to fill out my physique, and feeling fantastic in the gym! .
I have tons of energy during my workouts, I’m never tired or dragging due to lack of food from dieting, I don’t feel weak or like I’m losing strength due to dieting.

I feel bigger and stronger than I ever have! I’m definitely reaping the benefits of this bulk! 💪💪💪

If you are looking to put on some size, just eat A LOT! But be careful because summer is approaching! 🤪

Was ein Jahr intensives Training und bewusste Ernährung alles so ausmachen können.

2018 noch mit 90kg und 2020 nur noch mit 70kg, und Die Welt, Kollegen und Bekannte sehen dich mit anderen Augen, sie bewundern dich das du es durchzieht, holen sich Tips etc.

Ich kann nur eins sagen jeder der es will schafft es auch, auch wenn es schwer ist sollte man nie aufgeben, weil nur dann wird man belohnt. 😊
