- Cenoura, brócolis e couve-flor. Cozinhei um quantidade pra durar uns 3 dias. Fiz no vapor e guardei na geladeira, sem sal e sem tempero. Só pré cozido. Na hora de comer é que refogo na manteiga com meu tempero caseiro e algum tempero seco (usei pimenta preta, cominho e páprica defumada). A comida fica com sabor e cara de feita na hora. .

Endspurt, noch gut 1,5 Monate um noch ein paar Kilometer zu sammeln. Der Jahresrekord wird fallen. Mit den 12 Kilometern von heute Morgen fehlen jetzt keine 34km mehr. Das wird wohl diese Woche noch was. 🙃😁

Muuuy buen día soñadores🌞🌞
Desayuno: tartita individual de algarroba, damascos y cafe con leche!
Para hacerlas:
-80gr harina integral
-40gr harina de algarroba
-2 huevos
-1 cuchara de cacao amargo
-100cc de leche
- 1 cucharita de polvo de hornear
- 1 chorrito de esencia de vainilla
- Endulzante a gusto
Mandas todo a la licuadora, hasta que se integre bien y después pasas a moldes individuales. Horno por unos 20/25 minutos aproximadamente!

TERRAIN TITAN Presents The Adventure Run Scramble (ARS)
January 18, 2020 at San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park

The ARS wave includes a 5K mixed with adventure stations along the trail. Winners are awarded based on who crosses the finish line first with all completed cards in hand.

ARS wave starts 5 minutes after the run-only wave and is an untimed wave.  A Team consists of 4 runners and must include at least 1 male and 1 female. 
Team members will run/walk the 5K together and stop at each adventure station. Each member must complete the task before advancing to the next station.

Each Team will earn a laminated ARS card per station and will be responsible to turn in at the finish line.
First and second places will receive awards.
Dress/attire earn extra points.
For those who would like to run but don’t have a Team, Terrain Titan Lead Team will group into teams. In the event, the final team falls short of 4, one or more of the team members will have to complete the challenge twice. 
The adventures are meant for fun and include backyard games and a short scavenger hunt.

Sweat may be an indication that you’re working hard but you can also sweat just by eating spicy food or sitting in the sun.

كاين بزاف ناس مكيعطيوش أهمية لتمارين الإطالة بعد التمرين مع انه تمارين الإطالة لا تقل أهمية عن التمارين الأساسية .. في التمارين الرياضية كنخدمو عضلات الجسم كاملة اولا كنخصصو عضلات معينة والعضلات بدورها كتقلص وتفرد .. تمارين الإطالة كترجع العضلة لوضعها الطبيعي بعد التمرين وكتخفف من الألم التمارين الأساسية وكتطور عنصر من عناصر للياقة البدنية لي هي المرونة مثلا : لي مكانش يقدر يوصل حتى صباع رجليه ولا لي مكيقدرش يتربع بالمواضبة على تمارين الاطال يقدر دير هادشي كامل .. وكتزيد من تدفق الدم إلى العضلة وليها بزااف الفوائد الأخرى.
نجيو أنواع التمارين : كاين تمارين الإطالة الثابتة و الإطالة الديناميكية Étirements statiques et dynamiques
الإطالة الديناميكية هادي تقدر ديرها قبل التمرين وهي حركات اطالة لكن كتحرك فيها الجسم ديالك .

Well, Goals... haha

In all honesty, I can't say I'm the biggest fan of soccer but I am a big fan of goals... the other kind.
.
Setting the time to make goals is important. Like REALLY important. So important in fact that I'm willing to bet that the moment you don't have them your chance of success goes down by a good 80%.
.
I can hear you saying this already... "What! 80% that's b*llshit!" or at least a version of the same thinking haha
.
The reason you NEED goals is the following...
.
If you don't have a plan of what you want to work towards you don't know if you're making progress. If you don't know if you're making progress, you won't get any feedback if you're doing the right thing. No feedback= no motivation.
.
Most people fail at ever getting fit for one particular reason... they don't know what their end goal is. They don't lack motivation, they lack clarity.
.
Clarifying exactly what you want to get to will allow you to back-track that goal into everyday tasks.
.
Think about it... If your end goal is to build muscle you know you need to go to the gym as it has been proven to be the most effective way to build muscle.
.
You know you can't gain a few KG of muscle or lose a few KG overnight so you need to make a long term plan that will allow you to do it sustainably.
.
The trick here is to break the goal down into daily tasks.
.
Want to gain muscle? Aim to train at least 3x per week.
.
Want to lose fat? Maybe to avoid breakfast for some time.
.
Losing weight and gaining muscle doesn't have to be huge changes. Realize that starting is the hardest but once you can do it consistently, the rest will fall into place.
.
The trick is to make time the ally, not the enemy.
.
To summarize:
.
1.) Find out what goals you have for yourself
2.)Think about how you could translate that into daily actions. 
3.) Time is going to pass, you might as well be doing things that help you instead of hurt you.
