We’ve had spicy tan tan ramen at Michelin star ramen restaurant Nakiryu in Japan, and dare we say that @sansoteiramen version of the spicy tan tan ramen is just as good, if not better than Nakiryu’s?

Comer Saludable = Perder Peso❓

Error súper común en los pacientes, llegan frustrados porque a pesar de que comen saludable no logran perder peso, pero OH SORPRESA! Al realizar el recordatorio de 24 hr nos damos cuenta que el paciente tiene un BALANCE CALÓRICO POSITIVO (➕) osea que consume más calorías de las que su cuerpo necesita, y el paciente se pregunta, como es eso posible si mi dieta esta basada en comida super saludable?
Pues aquí va la respuesta: comida saludable NO🚫 es igual a comida baja en calorías! Hay alimentos MUY saludables y MUY altos en calorías. 
Para la pérdida de peso se debe crear un BALANCE CALÓRICO NEGATIVO (➖) o un DÉFICIT CALÓRICO, para que así el cuerpo comience a utilizar la energía que tiene almacenada. Para esto debemos de tratar de consumir alimentos SALUDABLES pero a la vez BAJOS EN CALORÍAS, para no sobrepasar las calorías que nos tocan al día y así lograr la pérdida de peso.

The most common thing I hear when someone is trying to lose weight is:
“I’m always hungry”. I can definitily agree with this statement.

The key to staying full is eating foods that are high in volume and low in calories.

Generally, these foods are whole foods and not so much processed foods that contain vitamins, minerals and fibre.

Fibre is one of the most important things to help keep you full and satisfied for longer.

I wanted to show you these options to show you that all foods fit, obviously in moderation.

I will also have my favourite snacks and when buying snacks, I usually buy them in small packs as they are portioned controlled.

Remember, You don’t have to eat less, You have to eat right.

• If you are buying over the counter from a local juice shop, you have NO idea how much of anything is being loaded in to the bowl. I’m sure they are not measuring ounces of the banana slices. • Added sugars can be included in the pre-frozen açaí packets that almost everyone uses. • The nut butters and coconut mix ins are a lot of calories, even though they are healthy fats. • All the yummy wonderful toppings can quickly add up even though it is all “good stuff”.

But if you are trying to diet down, there are is a lot out there that may lead to over consuming because it is healthy.

Zondag is bij mij altijd een improvisatiedag wat diner betreft. Ik had nog gorgonzola,  pasta, ui, champignons en paprika zijn altijd in huis dus werd het een pastaschotel. Wel met Jamaican Jerk kruiden in plaats van Italiaans. Even een keer iets anders. 
90 gram pasta koken.
1 ui
3 halve paprikas
Half bakje champignons 
Half blikje tomatenpuree 
Jamaican Jerk naar smaak
Zout naar smaak 
Groenten bakken, tomatensaus en kruiden er door, dit alles met de pasta mengen, in een ovenschaaltje en 60 gram gorgonzola er overheen brokkelen. 10 min in de airfryer en eet smakelijk!

Here we have dates, figs, pineapple, and apricots. While figs and dates are high in glucose, pineapple is high in fructose, and apricots are the lowest glycemic index (slower to hit the bloodstream comparatively). This variety minimizes my flavor fatigue during rides and provides a nice mix of carbs to fuel workouts. Honestly I notice less belching and GI distress with these fruits compared to many brands and products of sports foods I’ve tried over the years, which was both surprising and not surprising to me. So next time you’re on the phone catching yourself just sitting and talking, try standing up instead and stretch out your shoulders. ⠀

1. Clasp your hands, turn palms up and reach up. Keeps ribs in and tummy tight inhale and send the arms back. Go back and forth in gentle movements. Try to push shoulders away from you and away from the ears. ⠀

2. Clasp fingers behind you and send the arms away while lowering the shoulders away from the ears and down. ⠀
Don’t arch yr back keep it straight ⠀
👯⠀
3. Lift arms up , clasp hold one of your hands with opposite hand . ⠀
Inhale stretch up and lift then exhale bend to side. ⠀
🏋🏻‍♀️⠀
4. Clasp hands behind yr head. Reach elbows towards the back inhale and look up towards the sky if you want to lean back a little and keep the stretch . This feels soooo good in the back and is a great stretch for the shoulders. ⠀
🧘🏼 ⠀
5. Cross one elbow over the other and bring the palms together lift the elbows up and away and and push the forearms forward. You should feel a nice stretch in your upper back. ⠀

Give this exercise a go. Personally, I have dealt with a few shoulder injuries in the past, such as shoulder bursitis, and recently recovering from a broken collarbone (March 2019), this exercise has been really helpful in helping me rehabilitate my shoulder joint and muscles.

Not measuring strict right now but I carb cycle during the week and just enjoy my weekends. Typically I'll have 500+g on leg day and vary on my other days. Tomorrow I'll have roughly 200-300g for chest and triceps. Works for me and easier to maintain. Been doing it for a long time.

5. Incline push ups
6. Romanian deadlift .
Nah anda bisa lakukan latihan ini dengan cara traditional seperti STRAIGHT SETS

seperti 3 set x 8 - 10 reps untuk masing masing gerakan

Atau anda bisa buat jadi circuit
.
5 rounds 10 reps untuk masing gerakan
.
Kalau circuit, lakuin 1 gerakan, kalau sudah selesai langsung ganti ke gerakan ke 2, sampai semua gerakan selesai tanpa istirahat, lalu ulangi lagi untuk ronde ke 2

Masing masing ada keuntungannnya

Kalau waktu agak longgar, silakan lakukan keduanya

Over in our small group, we are having a week challenge. Let's really learn about these different fuel types, eh? If you want to learn more about fuelling your body then this mini challenge is for you! Comment below if you want in and don't forget to join the group!

S meals on Saturday & Sunday
We will be starting on this coming weekend - Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd so you have a few days to organise your meal plans and make sure you know how to take a photo and upload it.

The Challenge
Your challenge, should you accept, is to post a picture or recipe of an actual fat fuelled (S) meal that you served, preferably a main meal to make it interesting but if you're a beginner we will accept breakfast or lunches. If, as a beginner you don't know the difference, that's fine too! That's what I'm here for - to help, to encourage, to equip and empower you!

If you are not a beginner and think this is way too easy then the challenge is a little harder. 🧐 You have to post the recipe or photo of a Deep S or Heavy S meal AND tell us why it is either Deep or Heavy.

Remember that it's a participation challenge, not a photography challenge.... I'm not looking for beautiful photography... your participation is what is most important because that's how we learn best! 
The Challenge Schedule ✅ Saturday & Sunday - post an S meal.
✅ Monday and Tuesday - post an E meal.
✅ Wednesday and Thursday - post a Fuel Pull meal.
✅ On Friday we will wrap up and review what we've learned.
