More than two weeks on carbs again. Some kind of abs still there. 
Not gonna lie - getting off from #keto was hard. First week felt bloated all the time, no energy and I was pretty easily irritated. But now I feel good again. 
Strength in the gym is better and I even maneged to loose some more body fat. Gained a little muscle mass because of my heavy weight training. 
There is no “right” way of eating - only the one that is most suited for your lifestyle. 
But I am pretty sure I will be getting back on keto in spring - the everyday feeling was much better.

✨816 calories✨#lunch ☺️ I’ve lowered my #calories today and I was worried that because of the change I would be extra hungry and being super hungry is really triggering for me to go off the deep end and #binge and eat junk!! So with that being said I decided to try #intermittentfasting at least until I’m comfortable with smaller meals or who knows how this day goes and I might really enjoy it and keep doing it for a while 🤷🏻‍♀️ but on another note this meal was sooo good, simple, and filling!!!! My 3 favorite factors for a meal lol. We got 10 ounces of chicken breast that I first seared in a pan first and then added it to a dish combined with a can of drained green beans, 1 can of chicken cream of soup, and an ounce of cheese! And baked it in the oven for 20 mins @ 400 degrees. Then I popped a potato in the microwave and cooked it and chopped it up so it’s sitting underneath all that cheesy creamy goodness. I’m definitely going to be full til dinner time which is exciting because I can have another large meal!! @Padella_pasta is the best lunch spot in London Bridge. The pasta is cooked perfectly and they have a great selection of well balanced sauces. The food is great and the staff are very friendly and attentive. First time I have been here but I know I’m going to be a frequent diner. .

We were fortunate enough to be invited by @panthereats for the @bellagustoaz foodie event and our #2bcs reps for the night @lindasphood and @josheeboywonder loooooved every part of it. The event was spectacular and our reps loved the chefs amazing dishes along with the perfect wine pairing. It was perfect from start to finish!

Yes, it’s #bulkingseason and it feels so good! Switching out the brown rice for the white rice as of late for a few different reasons, but I have to admit it feel so good not having to eat 600g of rice and instead only having to eat 250-300g. Tastes a lot better, too.

Another great session today. Then hit some back and biceps, then off for some cardio. Now to sit back and listen to @theherd for the rest of the evening!

What we’ve been told is healthy and should be eating more of is simply not good advice for many. I know for a fact that my glucose spikes pretty high after ingesting these so-called healthy carbs.

That’s why I think everyone needs a blood glucose monitor to test how various food affect YOUR body. Some can handle it—maybe not for long—but most of us can’t or shouldn’t. And no, carbs really are not essential to life.

You may think it’s all good, but how do you really know...until you become insulin resistant.

🚫 No sugars.
🚫 No grains.
🚫 No fruits.
🚫 No vegetable oils.
This is step #1 on the path to optimal health. ✅ There are essential amino acids (proteins).

🐟 I made this SALMON PUTTANESCA for my pregnant sister in law who’s on doctors orders to eat Wild Salmon once a week. She loved it! If there’s anyone who isn’t afraid to hurt your feelings it’s a hormonal woman at the end of her pregnancy. So, if she says it’s good, it was 😂. Hope you enjoy this one, too. .

⚡️Season salmon filets with salt & pepper 💥Cook them in a little butter & olive oil until they’re almost done 💥Remove & set aside 💥In the same Pan, Sauté 1️⃣ small chopped Onion & crushed Red Pepper Flakes💥When Onions are soft, add chopped Garlic, diced olives & capers 💥Stir & cook for a couple min💥Add 1️⃣ small can of diced @tuttorossotomatoes & a little white wine💥Season with Italian seasoning & black pepper (salt, too, if you want it bust those capers & olives are salty) 💥Simmer for about 1️⃣5️⃣ min & add the salmon back in 💥Cover with sauce & serve when the salmon is warm 🙌🏼

*It’s the World Food Day - Today!* It’s crazy to think that over 820millions people still go to bed hungry (according to @fao ) when 50% of the food produced goes to waste?!!! .

What can we do to change that? Well, not so much if big companies don’t change their way of thinking/working, but we (in our small world) can make BIG changes if we ALL take small actions like this list suggests?

1 - Eat less meat and dairy as possible (especially meat!) 2- Waste less food!!! @unitednations says that “if food waste were a country, it would be the 3rd largest greenhouse gas emitter!” 3-Grow your own vegetables/herbs garden and share with your neighbours if you can (that’s my plan!)

4-Buy LOCAL, SEASONAL and not global as much as possible! . 
5- And learn more about how we can re-use our surplus food with @hero_to_0 doing. I even did go with her once to grab the food at a local supermarket and made food for an event

Roasted cauliflower chestnut soup 😋 - 1/2 red onio, roasted
- 1 clove garlic, roasted
- 150 g cauliflower, roasted
- 100 g chestnuts (pre-cooked)
- 1/4 tsp thyme and rosemary - salt and pepper
- 1 tsp cashew butter
- 300 ml vegetable stock

Blend everything until smooth and heat up on the stove.
I served mine with rice noodles and (quite a few) hemp seeds😋

El conteo de carbohidratos es un método que ayuda a los pacientes a elegir sus alimentos y planificar sus comidas controlando la cantidad de carbohidratos ingeridos en cada una de ellas. 
Se ha comprobado que el tener este control influye en la estabilidad de la glucosa en sangre y por consiguiente los síntomas de hiperglucemia ( azúcar alta) no aparecen.

💥Some carbs are high in fiber which helps us with out digestive system •

The amount of carbs depends on many variables- your age, gender, body type, amount of lean body mass, intensity,volume and frequency of training, goals...etc •

The list above have some great options for carbs in a healthy diet and I included “low carb” options for people who are on a deficit, but want more volume on their meals - more for less deal 😉. •

Yet, most of the people I have coached come to me with a 𝒇𝒆𝒂𝒓 of eating carbs. Im not a big fan of eliminating a macronutrient that has a role in your body. •

💥 They are a source of energy 💥 They help fuel your brain, liver, and central nervous system. 💥 They are great to recover from strenuous workouts
💥Some carbs are high in fiber which helps us with out digestive system •

The amount of carbs depends on many variables- your age, gender, body type, amount of lean body mass, intensity,volume and frequency of training, goals...etc •

The list above have some great options for carbs in a healthy diet and I included “low carb” options for people who are on a deficit, but want more volume on their meals - more for less deal 😉. •
