Easy, healthy grilled chicken margherita topped with melted mozzarella cheese, pesto, and tomato basil garnish.

Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to less than 1 inch thickness
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (OR ½ teaspoon dried oregano + ¼ teaspoon dried basil + ¼ teaspoon dried thyme)
4 slices mozzarella cheese
½ cup basil pesto (try my easy 5 minute pesto recipe - it's the best!!)
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
¼ cup packed basil leaves, very thinly sliced
cracked black pepper

Crispy Salmon Coconut Noodle soup
1/2 cup coconut cream, 1 1/4 cups water, 2 tsp turmeric, 1.5 tsp ginger, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt
boil all then reduce. Add rice and noodles and cook. Top with avocado, salmon, tomatoes, kale chips, mushrooms, cilantro, cabbage + scallions

We'll start the day doing some #StrengthWork by working up to a moderately heavy set of 5 #GluteBridgeFloorPresses. 
Afterward, we'll tackle a 15min #Metcon that starts with athletes completing 100/80 Calories on the #AssaultBike. Once you finish all the #calories, you'll spend the remainder of the workout completing rounds of #BurpeeBoxJumps and #ChestToBarPullUps. 
Move at a moderate pace on the initial calorie buy-in, one that allows you to get to the scored portion of the workout under control and ready to go.  Find a speed on the burpee box jumps that allows you to complete the chest to bar pull-ups in as few sets as possible.

( when I saw the creamy sauce? I didn’t think it would taste anything like Pad Thai but once I heated it up, mixed it around & added the lime juice sachet it tasted fantastic it really has that classic Pad Thai taste & kinda a hint of satay sauce flavour lol but I loved it)

Untungnya ada lifefitness cable machine
.
Berikut adalah gerakan gerakan yg saya lakukan
1. Pull up
2. Knees to elbow
3. Unilateral dumbbell / cable squat
4. Abs rotation and push
5. Incline push ups
6. Romanian deadlift .
Nah anda bisa lakukan latihan ini dengan cara traditional seperti STRAIGHT SETS
.
seperti 3 set x 8 - 10 reps untuk masing masing gerakan
.
Atau anda bisa buat jadi circuit
.
5 rounds 10 reps untuk masing gerakan
.
Kalau circuit, lakuin 1 gerakan, kalau sudah selesai langsung ganti ke gerakan ke 2, sampai semua gerakan selesai tanpa istirahat, lalu ulangi lagi untuk ronde ke 2
.
Masing masing ada keuntungannnya
.
Kalau waktu agak longgar, silakan lakukan keduanya
.
Jangan lupa untuk kencengin perut,kaki, pantat dan otot punggung untuk semua gerakan

一年當中會吃兩次湯圓,一次是元宵,另一次就是冬至,但是一顆有內餡的湯圓熱量也不低,吃一顆怎麼可能滿足,往往都3顆起跳,再搭配甜湯配料(紅豆、綠豆、花生等)

Coach Leticia Lockhart shares her tips to activating hamstrings before for better engagement. Whether you struggle with hamstring activation, 'mind-to-muscle' connection or over engaging the calves and/or lower back, these steps are for you:

1.  Start with a lightweight on hamstring curls. Curl up to the point of peak contraction, squeeze the hamstrings and perform an isometric hold in this position for 15-30 seconds.
2.  From here, perform reps with slow & controlled reps, (3 secs in each concentric AND eccentric) phases until failure.
3.  Perform another isometric hold for 20 seconds in the lengthened position, where you can FEEL your hamstrings the most.

Love a good, generously portioned, delicious rice noodle dish. This time I chose prawns as my protein source. Brought a few friends with us and enjoyed some side snacks and Fuji pear ciders as well. Would highly recommend the tofu puffs 🤤

Tracking vs non tracking.

There will come a point when I feel you won’t need to track your food every single day nor be on a diet forever. (Goal depending)

*Tracking is always going to depend on the individuals relationship/history with food*

I am personally at a point when I can eyeball a food and roughly know what it contains. .
.
I know what I need to do when I want to lose weight, and that is reduce my calorie intake and increase my energy output. .
.
Tracking is used as a tool to get an understanding of what each of the foods that the individual eats contains
..
.
It’s all well and good me stating: ‘I don’t track my calories, I just go on what my body feels.’ .
If that was the case, I would be nose deep in a big bag or pretzels or crisps every day.
. .
But the reality is for majority of people, they are not going to be aware of what foods contain in regards to calories.
.
.
For someone who wasn’t aware of the calorie and energy output basics, eating ‘what your body feels like’ can lead to further unwanted weight gain or no weight loss because the consumption of calories hasn’t changed. .
.
For sustainable weight loss and avoiding the yo-yo diets, knowledge and understanding of the nutrition basics of energy balance is required. .
If this knowledge isn’t obtained then how is it meant to be sustained for the long term? .
.
I personally don’t need to track 365 days because I have a basic understanding of calories and my energy balance needs. .
I track when I am after weight loss, not every day of the year. 
I even drink alcohol and can lose weight because I track the calories.
.
.
I can do this, because I have tracked in the past. .
Tracking isn’t suited for everyone, and I totally get that, but also remember that opinions aren’t facts. .

To lose weight, a calorie deficit needs to be implemented. .
To lose weight, ‘eating what you feel like’ may not be the best approach if there is no knowledge of nutrition basics. .

We took a nice leisurely stroll down Main Street and back totalling just over 3 miles and 8800 steps. Really nice scenic route.

Tonight for dinner was a Subway Footlong Veggie Patty Sub on Wheat Bread

I lost a whopping 2.8 lbs. this past week, bringing me down to 225.2 lbs., 40 lbs. to go.
