Hé! Je m'étais "équipé" de whey il y a quelques semaines. Une whey nature et de bonne qualité (grass-fed, française,... => chez @nutripurefr )
Bref! J'ai donc voulu tester la recette du pain protéiné du livre de @eatfat2befit 
Pour goûter j'ai décidé de faire un croque-monsieur : j'ai TOUT COMPTÉ pour être SÛR des macros, de la confection du pain,  pour une tranche de pain, jusqu'à la cuillère de crème dans le machin ! 🙃 🤤 On tourne pour un croque-monsieur à 1,6g de glucides, 30g de lipides (fat fat fat et du bon fat avec l'huile MTC de @nutribe_mct  je vous en parle bientôt plus en détails car je sens déjà des effets en seulement 48h) et 24g de protéines (💪🏻) Cheddar, crème et jambon de pays. 
Pas mal du tout. Je vais congeler les tranches de pains et ça dépannera les jours de speed ou de flemme. . .

I had defrosted a steak for last night but I went too hungry and we didn’t want to deal with the Weber for 1 steak so I tried air frying. Grilling it definitely better but this isn’t a bad option in a pinch. I ate a little it of brought a steak salad for lunch today. 🥩🥩

And I get it: you’re hungry and you want something tasty that will fill you up.⁠⠀

Even more so when you’re on the go with limited healthy options available.⁠⠀
.⁠⠀
But here’s the problem…😫⁠⠀
.⁠⠀
Before breaking the fast your blood sugar is very low and your insulin is very sensitive.⁠⠀
.⁠⠀
So a load of simple carbs will result in that 3 pm energy crash you dread and throw off your entire day.⁠⠀
.⁠⠀
If you want sustained energy for hours, I recommend you break the fast with an easy to digest meal that has a balance of nutrients.⁠⠀
.⁠⠀
Typically (depending on your size & appetite) you want to have:⁠⠀
.⁠⠀
✅ 1-2 portions of a lean protein like chicken, turkey, white fish or even Greek yogurt.⁠⠀
.⁠⠀
✅ 2-3 portions of veggies, raw or cooked it doesn’t matter.⁠⠀
.⁠⠀
✅ 1-2 portions of healthy fats. Something like a tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 avocado or a small serving of cashews.⁠⠀
.⁠⠀
✅ And only if you have room for carbs, include 1-2 portions of a complex carb such as oat, sweet potato, brown rice or fruit.⁠⠀
.⁠⠀
More than 1-2 handfuls of carbs will cause you to feel heavy during digestion and sluggish afterwards.⁠⠀

In the end this meal should ideally focus on protein and veggies with a pinch of healthy fats.⁠⠀

* WHY DO I SEEM TO EAT HEALTHY BUT CANT GET ANYWHERE * 
Eating healthy foods and eating for fat loss specifically is two different things in my book . People class weight watchers and slimming world as healthy food options but why do you very rarely see anybody that follows their diets in great shape or have a good physique . 
You might do this yourself or know one person that eats really healthy but doesn't get the results they are looking for . They eat porridge , fruit , wholemeal bread or pasta , low fat yogurts , vegetables etc 
When you eat certain type of foods has a big effect on your physique . 
if you have a high level of body fat you could argue that you only might need carbs to fuel training or after training to help you recover , when your body will deal with it better. 
Don't buy into its just a case of eating healthy and you will get results , I see loads of people's food diarys and some of them look ok , yet their nowhere near the shape they want to be in.

A food diary can look healthy but most of the time they don't put down how much they are eating of the certain foods. You can eat healthy all day but if your not in a calorie deficit you won't lose weight or fat. 
Your diet should depend on you current body fat and your current goal .

If your not getting the results your looking for and you think your eating healthy , maybe you need to consider when your eating certain foods. 
There are so many other reasons why you might not be in shape either such as 
1. Your training is wrong ( you think a few classes or runs a week combined with low calories , is enough to get you in shape) 
2. You don't train hard enough 
3. You could be highly stressed or not getting enough sleep at night which will keep cortisol levels high and can stop your fat loss efforts in its tracks

4. Eating too much sugar ( from sweets , fruit , pasta , rice , cereal ) it doesn't matter where the sugar comes from its still sugar which can hold back fat loss.

5. You do too much cardio ( your body adapts to a certain task very quickly , by becoming more efficient at it you will burn less calories,too much cardio will make your physique soft )
