Microwave the rice for 8 min and squeeze out excess liquid, add all the other ingredients. I split the dough in half and use a waffle maker to make the bread crispy. Add Sauerkraut, pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing.

I started filming a full day of eating for you guys since that was the most requested video topic... but everything that has happened today has been anything but typical 😂😂 we are finally getting air conditioning after 21 years of living in our house, the power and water got shut off for a few hours, I did a workout without really eating breakfast (which I don’t do), and yeah we’re a mess today 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ but I decided to keep videoing anyway because in life, ya gotta roll with the punches ✊. Stay tuned for it, I’ll post it on my story when it’s live!! •

The glycemic index rates foods on how quickly they raise your blood glucose levels. It's often believed that foods that raise blood glucose levels quickly (high-glycemic foods) should be avoided in a fat loss phase.

However, multiple studies show that when calories are controlled, the consumption of high-glycemic foods does not decrease fat loss [1, 2]. This confirms that you lose fat as long as you are in a calorie deficit, regardless of the glycemic index values of the foods you consume.

With that said, since low-glycemic foods tend to be higher in fiber and overall less processed, it can't hurt to prioritize complex and low-glycemic carbohydrates in your diet. The slower release of glucose may allow you to have more consistent energy and could keep you satiated for longer. But if you are healthy, maintain an overall nutritious diet, and control your calorie intake, the glycemic index does not have to be on your mind constantly.

The truth is that I never expected to get here. I never expected to even see my toes, fit so comfortably in small places, be less than 400lbs, not think about my weight holding me back or what section I could shop in, especially not to finally feel so alive. I spent 25 years of my life trying to lose weight. I spent so many years losing just to gain it all back. My family tried to help me by putting me in weightloss programs in 7th grade and even wanted to submit me to the biggest loser but I refused as I felt it in my heart I'd lose the weight one day. The truth is that I never expected to get here. I quit cheerleading at the are of 13, just when it was getting really competitive. I went from being active 3-4 times a week to just chilling every might after school.🥱

Slowly but surely, I started to feel like the ‘lazy’ girl. Everyone else seemed to do some sort of after-school activity or play in a sportsteam except me😩

I had NO IDEA that I would be the girl who went to the gym every day and lift heavy weights with all the big boys🤣

Pushing, pulling, squats, rows, lunges, deadlifts, etc.⁣

✅ Step 4) Do that for the next 6 months⁣

Now that you’ve done the easy stuff, keep doing it for the next 6 months.⁣

Easy Cauliflower Rice
Looking for a quick morning meal fix. Then this recipe is for you. It's easy to prepare and cook, it 
wouldn't take you half an hour to do it. A healthy and full of nutrients meal, this is surely a great option for breakfast. ----------------------------------------------- 🙂 Servings: 1
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 Garlic Clove, chopped
1/2 Onions, diced
1/4 Red Pepper, sliced
1/4 Green Pepper, sliced
1/2 small Cauliflower, in florets
1 tsp Coconut Aminos
1 Tbsp Green Onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
Procedure:
1) Process the cauliflower florets into rice using a food processor.
2) Heat a non-stick pan and add olive oil.
3) Add mushrooms and saute until brown.
4) Add garlic and saute until fragrant.
5) Add the onions and cook until translucent.
6) Add peppers and cook until bright in color.
7) Add the cauliflower rice and mix until thoroughly combined.
8) Drizzle with coconut aminos.
9) Top it with green onions.
10) Lastly, season it with salt and pepper. Serve . ➡ Nutritional Information:

Easy Cauliflower Rice
Looking for a quick morning meal fix. Then this recipe is for you. It's easy to prepare and cook, it
wouldn't take you half an hour to do it. A healthy and full of nutrients meal, this is surely a great option for breakfast. ----------------------------------------------- 🙂 Servings: 1
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 Garlic Clove, chopped
1/2 Onions, diced
1/4 Red Pepper, sliced
1/4 Green Pepper, sliced
1/2 small Cauliflower, in florets
1 tsp Coconut Aminos
1 Tbsp Green Onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
Procedure:
1) Process the cauliflower florets into rice using a food processor.
2) Heat a non-stick pan and add olive oil.
3) Add mushrooms and saute until brown.
4) Add garlic and saute until fragrant.
5) Add the onions and cook until translucent.
6) Add peppers and cook until bright in color.
7) Add the cauliflower rice and mix until thoroughly combined.
8) Drizzle with coconut aminos.
9) Top it with green onions.
10) Lastly, season it with salt and pepper. Serve . ➡ Nutritional Information:

However I thought it best to go aggressive an another push day, because who doesn’t like working out chest, shoulders and triceps?

No, I’m just kidding. I actually skipped Friday unintentionally, and so today I had the energy and was recovered enough to hit push muscles again.

I much rather target these muscles today with 2-3 exercises per body part, than do a general upper body workout when my body is recovered enough.

So now tomorrow I can train pull muscles: back and biceps. Then legs Tuesday. And then continue the plan.

This is more of a bodybuilding approach. Which builds strength, burns fat, and causes the muscle to hypertrophy.
.
Learn the proper techniques, but don’t be afraid to try new exercises, and once you warm up properly and feel the rush, don’t be afraid to go hard.
.
I did 3 sets of 10-15 reps of all the exercises. Except the man makers, I did 3 sets of 4-5 reps. 😳
.
I will do sets of 10 reps of man makers with 25 lb dumbells ASAP!

This is a very low calorie meal. It has 295 calories, and the macros are 31 g of protein, 21 g of carbs, and 11 g of fat. Excellent for a post workout meal, at night.

This is also a low sugar and ZERO cholesterol meal.

Ingredients: 
4 oz Turkey Burger 
2.5 oz Japanese Sweet Potato
3 oz 365 Mixed Veggies

Directions:
1) Add a 1 second spray of PAM: Olive Oil to a small skillet
2) Set the heat of the stove to high 
3) Prepare two 2 oz turkey burgers by adding salt, pepper, and cilantro.
4) Add both turkey burgers to the skillet, and cook both sides for 3-5 minutes until toasty brown on each side. 
5) Press down on the turkey burgers sear.
6) Remove skillet from heat, and cover on another turned off burner while preparing the plate and sides. 7) Microwave a medium Japanese Sweet Potato for 5 minutes, poke a few holes with a fork before cooking to let the steam out.
8) Microwave the frozen veggies for 45 seconds of thawed, or as necessary. 
9) When all ingredients are cooked, serve and enjoy.
