1. Warmup - Knee hugs, leg swings, jumping squats/foam roll

2 Squats 7x5 - increase weight after each set

3 Jumping Barbell Squats - 3x10 - Strip weight after finishing squats, do manageable weight and explode up.

4 Sumo Deadlifts 4x10 - Lighter weight, 30-45 seconds between sets

5 Landing Box Jumps 4x10 - I explain this in the in-between clips (SWIPE OVER to watch)

6 Weighted Step-ups 3x15 each leg

7a. TKE’s (Terminal Leg Extension 3x12 each leg - put a band on a rack, loop behind knee, extend leg - great for recovery; great alternative to machine leg extensions

7b. Jumping Squat-Lunges 3x20 total - Do one jumping squat, one jumping lunge each leg, repeat 3 sets of 20 reps supersetted with the TKE’s.

Cuando pregunté si había interés sobre este tema, me sorprendió la cantidad de mensajes que recibí. La andrologia me apasiona y poder ayudar a hombres a mejorar sus relaciones íntimas es todo un honor, así que quería compartir algunas de las herramientas que uso en las personas que me consultan. -
El punto 4 es el último pero no mucho menos importante. Si estos dos tóxicos están predentes en tu vida el mejor consejo que puedo darte es que busques ayuda per dejarlos (se que es difícil pero vale absolutamente la pena). -
Quiero aclarar que no hace falta usar los tres suplementos a la vez, podéis empezar por el primero e ir viendo su resultado. -

Protein bar making with @giacomoburattin . Oats, Chia seeds, Nut mix, 2 scoops of vanilla protein, milk so it’s just a little damp AND TADAAAA. Fridge overnight and you got yourself some free protein bars instead of going to get a £2.50 one at the store when you’re starving. And little plus, you can completely change the mix with like different nut choices, or coconut flakes or even chocolate 😛💕

Let’s talk about Aesthetics.
One of the main goals when someone decides to begin a gym training is mainly enhance this feature.
Many of you must’ve already heard about it, but is more important what you do outside the gym than inside: diet, nutrition, supplementation. All of this will have a great impact on your results, before and after a training.
Here some tips for you, guys:

Your daily Macros will be very important depending if your goal is shredding or bulking and something to have under control, but not only.

An tailored training plan will help you build those muscles in order to search the form, for that matter, keeping an eye on the weights and even more on the technique will help a lot.

A good supplementation stack will be needed in order to fasten the recovery and shield your defenses, after training.

Ciclodextrine such as the one found on Glycobol or Energy will help you keep intensity on check while training, that will help building lean muscle with energy.

A good pre workout,  mainly for the days when you feel very tires, maybe after a stressful job day or a weakling day. My options will always keep in Flexotor if you want to feel a great pump, or ShuraKhan in case of problems with caffeine, but still in need of good energy.

Quality protein, after the workout and before sleeping, in order to enhance recovery of the muscle tissues. For that matter, keep track of ISO FUJI and EVOPEP32 for the best purity and quality.

Keep your cholesterol and your blood cells in healthy levels: Use before breakfast 2 scoops of quality greens, some Reduced Glutation (as found in Setribol) in order to reduce oxidative stress and keep your liver clean.
Also Astaxantin and Omega PRO to help on the bad cholesterol matter.

And always, train with an intensity of 70% to 90%. I am not talking about weight lifting, but advanced techniques such as super sets or try sets, rest/pause reps or Isometric exercises.

What helps you during a bulk💪 or a cut🏃🏻‍♂️/dieting down?
Also bulking physique update sitting comfortably at 73.5kg(11.5 stone)shoulders and traps are still a weak point but i hope that will change with me adding more deltoid/shrug work
For me when I am bulking and I have to eat 3200 calories a day it helps to eat small but often as I cant stomach huge plates of food, suppose its a bit like paying off a car; its easier to pay it off every month a little bit at a time rather than in 3 square chunks🧐👍
As for the cut I just bring up my favourite type of cardio🏃🏻‍♂️ up and keep myself from eating sugary calories while keeping my protein high to keep the muscle loss to a minimum .

After nearly giving up on her lessons she came to me for help.. as a driving instructor you must work as a team, work together, and be honest. After moving the test twice!
