Be ashamed of giving up, because once you give up you lost, if you fail one time, two times, three times... doesn’t matter how many times you fail as long as you don’t give up, I promise you there’ll be success at the end of the road 🙏🏽💯 this is 575lb deadlift & I promise I’m not giving up on it! Trying to hit the Arnold pose. Gotta bring the back arm down a bit more. Might not hit this shot again. I was told it closes too much off of my body. I might agree with that. I always try to strategize every variable I can. Too many people overlook posing. You have to self analyze your own pictures of you truly want to be a better poser. Try to imagine your body from different angles. Play to your strengths and be honest with yourself about your weaknesses.

I’ve been on a jolly handful of little adventures and found a hella lot of individuality this past year or so.
