🍓 Always sippin on my @ehplabs Beyond BCAA’s during the day to help make sure I am well hydrated.

I have always struggled keeping up with my fluid intake until recently. Adding 1 scoop of beyond BCAA’s not only makes water taste SO delicious, but it’s great for recovery and muscle soreness too!

I usually have 1 scoop pre workout in the AM with a litre of water, followed by the same amount during training. P.s strawberry daiquiri is now one of my favourite flavours 🤤

🔸ARM ANGLES INFLUENCE MUSCLE PROMINENCE IN THE FLAT DB BENCH PRESS  by @breitfit🔸⁣

📝 I can’t stress enough how important it is to regularly tweak your exercises in order to keep progressing. A great way to tweak your bench press is switching from barbells to dumbbells regularly. But it doesn’t stop here. Just as vary grip width in the barbell bench press you can also adjust your dumbbell bench press by using different grips (supinated, pronated and neutral) as well as different arm angles. Even though you will always recruit all the relevant muscles that are involved in pressing, shifting arm angles (and grips) will make a difference regarding which muscle group gets more emphasis (which matters mostly in the lower position of the lift).⁣
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣
➕ When pressing around 70 degrees you will have a lot of emphasis on the sternocostal head of your Pectoralis Major muscle (= middle chest).⁣
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣
➕ When operating at an angle lower than 50 degrees emphasis shifts to the Anterior Deltoid, clavicular head of the Pectoralis Major (upper chest), and Triceps. Another benefit of this arm angle is an increased mobility of your shoulders in this position as well as less stress on these joints. This is why (dumbbell) bench pressing with smaller angles is a great way to keep pressing while having shoulder issues without increasing those issues further.⁣

Am Samstag fand die 16. Deutsche Meisterschaft der @gnbf_ev in Siegen statt. 
Es war ein sehr langer Tag. 
314 Athleten/innen die in 30 verschiedenen Klassen an den Start gegangen sind. 
Beginn der Meisterschaft war morgens um 9 Uhr und endete mitten in der Nacht. 
15 harmonische Stunden voller Emotionen mit Gleichgesinnten❤️
Es waren wirklich unglaublich tolle Athleten /innen dabei! 
Und egal welcher Platz belegt worden ist! 
Im Endeffekt waren es alle Gewinner. 
Jeder Einzelne hat sein bestmögliches gegeben. 
Sie haben etwas vollbracht, was einige andere niemals zustande bringen würden.. Und warum?
Weil sie nicht an sich glauben und den Mut haben, es zu versuchen! 
Wochenlange harte Arbeit!! Schweiß, Fleiß, Disziplin! 
Es benötigt eine Menge Durchhaltevermögen!
Jeder einzelne von ihnen kann verdammt stolz auf sich sein! ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖

Segundo estudos publicados pela Universidade de Oslo, mesmo que o praticante se ausente dos treinos por mais de 3 meses, ao retornar a estes, os músculos não possuirão a mesma reação do primeiro dia de musculação, progredindo assim do ponto no qual encerrou os exercícios.

Mają swoje plusy i minusy.
Proste pytanie,  komu bardziej zaufasz w kwestii dobrania suplementow?  Kulturyście czy dietetykowi? 
Niestety, Ale większość ufa osobie, która ma duże łapy, Ale niekoniecznie już tak dużą wiedzę na ten temat 👀 czy słusznie?  Hmm... Odpowiedźcie sobie sami 🙈 
Odpowiednio dobrane suplementy, mogą uregulować pracę gospodarki hormonalnej, co jest niezwykle dobre dla kobiet.  Pozytywne ich działania, można również zaobserwować, przy poprawie wyglądu włosów, paznokci i cery, co dla Nas Kobiet jest bardzo ważne,  przyznacie rację? 😁

Spalacze tłuszczu niewątpliwie pomagają w redukowaniu niechcianej tkanki tłuszczowej, jednak aby przynosiły one zamierzony efekt powinny być stosowane równocześnie z dobrze zbilansowaną dietą, bo to ona jest odpowiedzialna w 75% za to jak wygląda nasze ciało. Spalacze tłuszczu są tak zwanym „turbo doładowaniem” w momentach kiedy nasz organizm nie radzi sobie już sam z redukowaniem ostatniej warstwy tkanki tłuszczowej. 
Zrozumienie tego faktu jest bardzo ważne, ponieważ ułatwi nam to skuteczne redukowanie zbędnego balastu i notowanie ciągłego progresu w postaci ubytku centymetrów w okolicy pasa czy ud.

Finally Increasing my Volume/Frequency; Why I was only lifting 3x/week?

Over the last 8 wks, I have been resistance training 3x/wk (by far training with the lowest volume & frequency in my life). Back in August I took 3 entire wks away from the gym while prioritizing other things & then vacationing overseas. 
I’m glad for that experience & that time away
.
Upon arrival, I got back into the gym, but my personal bodybuilding goals weren’t a priority & while working on a lot of other projects, working out 3x/wk made the most sense for me for many reasoning. .
A) after taking 3 weeks totally away from the gym, my Maximal Recoverable Volume (MRV) was wayy lower than my norm. Therefore, if I got back to the same amount of work I previously did, I would’ve been severely under recovered. .
B) My Minimal Effective Volume was way lower as well. This means I could do much less volume/total work, & still get a positive response. .
My first session back, I did 3 sets of machine lateral raises & my Delts were trashed for 3 days. More sore than I would ever get them w 9+ sets of work when my training status was high. .
I had this response with nearly all muscle groups. So if I attempted to do 2-3x the amount of volume & get right back to my previous norm, it would not have been productive. The training stimulus would have been too stressful. .
At this time, I ran Tier 1 of my beginner program, yes, beginner lol. 
The split is as follows:
Day 1: Full Body
2: Upper
3: Lower 
This way we still stimulate ea muscle 2x/wk. .
After running that for 8 weeks and projects I prioritized have successful wrapped up, I’m back to TRAINING, not working out. .
Instead of getting back to 5x/wk, I’m going to slowly but surely ramp up my volume as my MEV & MRV increase. .
Today I start Tier 2 of my 101 program. 
I will continue to stimulate each muscle group 2x/wk but this tier increases total weekly vol. 
Split:
Week A) Strength/Hypertrophy - low(er) rep range 
FullBody, Push, Pull, Legs
Week B) Hypertrophy
Full, Chest/Arms, Back/Delts, Legs
Week C) Hypertrophy/Metabolic Conditioning - high(er) rep range, supersets, etc.
Full, chest/back, shoulders/arms, legs
