Had a great workout today. A lot of my workout focus was on the rotators and the traps in my upper back because those are widely neglected. In the video I’m doing a close grip lat pulldown. I like the close grip because I feel it working more on my upper back and below my armpits getting that thickness to the sides of my back. The main focus is to get a super great stretch at the top of the repetition, and pull down (not swing like I kind of am because it was my last set) until your hands are about down to nipple level. I was trying to concentrate really hard on stretching at the top, and squeezing at the bottom. A lot of people think it doesn’t matter, but perfect practice makes perfect and a well developed muscle is going to look better than just a big muscle. ⁣

Also, when you’re in the gym, time your workout. I’ve started doing it and I realize I don’t really workout as long as I’d like. Most people see the time when they get in and when they leave and think they’ve been there for an hour or so. I always thought that. Turns out between stretching, and going to the locker room, and shit like that, I was really only straight exercising for 30 minutes or so. I’ve made it a goal to stay in the gym doing actual work for 45 minutes or longer now. Sometimes it’s easy to stay in for an hour, sometimes not. ⁣

#grow #delts - Stacking my favorite exercises together to make my Gains & pump more on each shoulder session which is my main goal to design a new routines and experimenting & experiencing amazing results from mysef & clients .. 🔹By  combining these  exercises into the  Routines, which effects is shown in my video, 🔹I use this technique to get that ripped look with apple shaped, fully developed Delts 🔹By knowing the most undergrowth  muscle fibers of mine,  made them into  Best!! by using this kind of variations ..
🔹I often train for contest prep for last 4 weeks by introducing these  kind off routines to get max effects for clients 🔹without rest b/w sets ,these  giant sets are an most exhausting, but my most effective way to recruit more muscle fibers and flush my blood  to muscles when working & gives me a FULL - HUGE - SATSFIED PUMP 😍. EXERCISE:
Reps [ 15:15:15:15 ]  sets [ 3 rounds ] Rest [ no ]
GAINT $ets :
1.DB lateral to front raise 
2.DB lateral raises 
3.Single hand DB side raises ( left & right sides)

Note : chose a weight were u can perform 15 reps with ,ie *moderate weight & moderate reps ...
*Use the tempo to hold 1/2 sec @Top *Look @ your posture no swings / neutral spine / can use bench / patner support if required ) *Complete & rest 2 min & continue to finish 2 more rounds as same .
