Новичок без проблем сможет разобраться с программой беговой дорожки/степпера/эллипсоида или гребцового тренажера. Но как правильно работать в кардиотренажере никто не задумывается🤦🏻‍♂️

◼️Обувь👣 👟
Распространённая ошибка у новоявленных посетителей фитнес-клубов - неправильно подобранная обувь для тренировок. Ты видел бегунью в балетках или «фаната» Усейна Болта в бутсах на дорожке⁉️ А я видел🤦🏻‍♂️
Если кроссовки на низкой подошве то однозначно она не предназначена для бега, да и вообще бесполезна для тренировок как в аэробном, так и анаэробном режиме. Бегая в кедах ты даёшь своему позвоночнику колоссальную нагрузку вкупе с микротравмами на столбы и бонусом перегружаешь голеностоп. Обрати внимание на пару специализированных кроссовок для кардиотренировок - сейчас их можно купить по доступной цене в любом дисконт центре.

◼️Не бегай, а ходи!

Если ты ранее не тренировал свою сердечную мышцу, то приступать сразу к бегу - не рекомендуется. Твой организм должен плавно приучаться к кардиотренировкам, ведь ты не хочешь проблемных разборок с суставами, сердцем и сосудами. Держи свой пульс от 1️⃣2️⃣0️⃣ до 1️⃣4️⃣0️⃣ ударов в минуту. Это не бег, а быстрый шаг, но именно в таком ритме происходят липотропные процессы, не нагружается сердце, нет отдышки и главное не горит мясо‼️

◼️Сколько времени уделять на кардио⁉️ Научись дозировать нагрузку на кардиозоне! Начни его делать в конце недели после работы с железом, не более 1️⃣5️⃣ минут, а затем увеличь время в два раза. Через пару месяцев можешь посвятить отдельную тренировку в кардиорежиме, но не увлекайся, достаточно не более часа.

So I bench pressed 185lb today. I was once at 195lb but then I stopped for many months and lost a lot of strength 😞 BUT GUESS WHATS CLIMBING.... My squat. Last week I attempted 255lb for one rep and got the PR, and then this week I squatted 260lb for two reps. To many that’s weak, but for someone who didn’t train legs as much before, it’s not bad haha. Definitely can’t wait to get a 300lb one rep max.

#Provincials 2019 = mission accomplished ✅! First & foremost, to God be the glory 🙌🏻 #jesusisking🔥! Thankful that despite an injured left elbow which left me with a weaker than expected bench, I still managed to surpass my previous competition best total by 22.5 kilos 🆙⚡️ & a 🥉rd place among some impressive lifters! ⁣Recap: ⁣
Squats: 250kg (+12.5kg; 3/3): began squatting twice a week during this prep which helped boost my squat. Unfortunately, some technical issues which I corrected too late highly contributed to my elbow tendonitis.⁣
⁣
Bench: 152.5kg (-7.5kg; 1/3): cannot hide my disappointment since things were going well during the prep up until my gym PR of 165kg. Things went downhill from there as I got injured the week after. Lessons learned: bands, Buffalo bar & Spoto presses used for too long can also be tough on elbow tendons. Will adjust my training program and see a physio to heal but the race to a #400lbsbench is on! ⁣

Deadlift 285kg (+17.5kg; 3/3): left some kg’s on the platform but #beltless training paid off big time 💎! Also, #roadto700lbsdeadlift 🦁!⁣

What an absolutely amazing, insane, LONG day!! I made 7 out of my 9 lifts at the meet today and feel so good about what I was able to accomplish. I am so thankful for all the amazing support I received and all the people who helped me get here! What an incredible experience, I can’t wait to do another one and continue to push myself even further!

My oldest hit a big one today! Tristan Kratz (132 J1 13-15) nails a PR deadlift @ 402 lbs!! That’s triple body weight at age 14, folks. It’s also 33 lbs over his current American Record. 
I remember when I started training my boys a little over 4 years ago. What a show this guy put on yesterday, such a quiet achiever but his actions do all the talking, had some shoulder issues the past few months so to come away with a PR on bench is amazing.
Belly had plenty more in his deadlift but we went for that 700 total that he wanted so bad and made a 17.5kg jump to get it.
272.5 was locked out but his skin ripped on his hand. 
700+ at next comp bro 👊🏽

Another push day down, not super impressive but still made strides and improvement. Like i always say #progressisprogress . 
I have been hearing good things about adding forced reps in, here and there to help breakthrough sticking points. From my last push day i needed to change my program. I think this is the way to go.

I also changed the angle of my incline press, so i could focus more on my upper chest/ front delts.
