There are no inherently dangerous movements.  Just movements people are unprepared for.  Over YEARS I’ve been preparing my spinal muscles to be able to handle such loads.  Therefore, it can.

Too many people choose an activity without realizing their body is totally unprepared to do so. ⠀ 🤸‍♀️They want to do handstands on wrists that can’t extend to 90 degrees. ❌

When it comes to health and fitness, everyone’s obsessed with “more”. More cardio, more calorie restriction, more squats, more gym time. But if you’re not careful, “more” can lead to overtraining, injury, and illness.

Overtraining essentially means that you're giving your body more work than it can physically recover from and it will break itself down (lose muscle) rather than build itself up. Overtraining can easily kill any progress you're making in your training and even set you back.

To recover from overtraining, the best thing you can do is cut back on your training. You can also cease training for awhile, taking a break. Just be sure you don't give up exercising completely, as can easily happen when you lose motivation through overtraining. Do about half of what you were doing before and reduce the intensity of the training that you are doing.

Some people are so overtrained that they must reduce or stop their training for several or more weeks.

If you have one of more of the above symptoms, do yourself a favor and reduce your load or take a short break. Your body will thank you for it.

رحلة تطورك عمرها ما بتكون ماشية لفوق كده خط مستقيم عمال يطلع لفوق، كل يوم احسن من اللي قبلة و كل يوم بتتحسن. بالعكس ده انت في ايام هتبقي اوحش من ما ابتديت و في ايام هتفضل ثابت مكانك و ايام هتمشي خطوة لقدام و ترجع ٢ لورا و هنا ناس كتير بتبطل و بتسيب هظفها او بتتخلي عن رؤيتها بسبب ان الموضوع صعب و فيه مجهود ذهني قوي. بس هي دي الايام اللي بتعلمك و تبنيك و تخليك نوصل للي انت عايزة و استمرارك في المعافرة و الفرك هو اللي هيخليك تنجح في يوم من الايام. صدقني مره واحده هتلاقي انفجار من الحاجات الحلوة بتحصل ورا بعضها هتخليك بجد فخور بنفسك و بالايام الصعبة اللي عدت عليك.💪 Your journey to success will never be an upward straight line where you progress each and every single day. It's actually a very bumpy road where some days you might be at a stage worse than where you started ! You might go one step forward and go back 2 steps on some days and this is where most people break because this phase needs so much mental strength. Those are the days that make you better, those are the days that build you up and trust me, one day everything will start booming and you'll look back and be proud of the days you pushed through 💪.

I remember back when I ran track in high school when I was down in the blocks, someone said that my back looked like an alien was going to burst out of it. 10 years later my back still looks big and freaky AF lol.

▫️Diverging single arm Lat pulldown Superset with both arm Lat pulldown. 5 reps each arm into 5 reps both arms = total of 15reps per set.
▫️Single arm wide grip seated row (repeat on alternate side) superset with the next exercise (seated row).
▫️Seated row
▫️Rear delt

Vysoká intenzita tréninku

Někteří sportovci preferují tréninky ve vysoké intenzitě (RPE 8-10). Tento typ tréninku je jim vlastní, dokáží se z něj rychle zregenerovat a zvyšovat svůj sportovní výkon. 
Naopak tréninky v nižších intenzitách (RPE 6-8) jim přijdou nudné a bez efektu na jejich soutěžní výkon.

Pro tyto typy sportovců je tedy nutné udržet vyšší intenzitu tréninku. Nicméně, v takových případech je nutné manipulovat s celkovým objemem práce a také výběrem cviků.

Jednoduše řečeno, pokud je intenzita v každém tréninku vyšší, je nutné zvolit menší tréninkové objemy a současně přistoupit k vyšší variabilitě pří výběru cviků.

V rámci cviků lze poté manipulovat s mnoha proměnými - tempo opakování, zařazení pauz v rámci cviku, změna vybavení, varianty cviků s jiným rozsahem pohybu, proměnlivá zátěž, speciální osy a umístění osy.
