One Week Liver Cleanse Program: Starting 26th July 2020, Sunday.

After a successful start to the present group,  l have had lots of enquiries for next cleanse date.

Cleanse. Products are being delivered to various countries. .

I am starting an Ayurvedic Liver cleanse program for 7 days which will include foods, herbs, yoga, cleansing, recipes etc.

This will be in the form of a whatsapp group. The aim through this group is that whoever wants to follow it can join this group. Terms and Conditions Apply.

Every day l will post things to be done for the next day.
And once the plan for the day is done, the members will write back in the group saying they have done it. This is to encourage for people to participate and more importantly that they are just not silent audience. 
The ayurvedic cleanse will commence on 26th July, Sunday. .

I will messages things/herbs needed in advance so that you are prepared for the cleanse.

It will be a small group of maximum 6 or 8 people only per group. If you are interested, please message me with your mobile number.

Anyone looking to lose weight, improve skin condition, help with migraines, correct digestive issues, blood related issues, h/o fibroids or cysts, allergies, this would a good way to kick start the healing process.

SUMMARY:  I am so glad that I am down to 57.1kg. Although it was busy I tried to fit in my physical practice and Yoga practice in.  I loved the fact that I was able to vary my morning workout session with something very different. It helped to keep it interesting. Along with that I also managed to fit in an oil massage. Today I also feel very grateful for everyone who is in my life including my friends and more importantly the support that I have received from everyone, including my family, friends and everyone who is reading my blog and posts. .

I am hoping that this Journey will be helpful to others too, not only in terms of losing weight but towards achieving whatever they set themselves up for, whatever goals they have in mind!

✨Receita Golden Milk✨

Ingredientes:
🔸240 ml de leite de coco (ou pode substituir por leite de amêndoas, castanhas...)
🔸1 colher de chá de cúrcuma em pó
🔸½ colher de chá de canela
🔸½ colher de chá de gengibre (em pó ou ralado bem fininho)
🔸¼ colher de chá de pimenta do reino
🔸½ colher de chá de essência de baunilha (opcional)

Modo de preparo:
Adicione todos os ingredientes em uma panela pequena, leve ao fogo e quando começar a ferver deixe o fogo baixo e mexa até ficar cremoso (3-5 min). E pronto! 😌🍵

Dica 1: Eu gosto muito de acrescentar um pouquinho de cardamomo ralado também.

Dica 2: Não aconselho adoçar, mas se necessário, acrescentar um fiozinho de mel quando ele já estiver pronto.

When these centers get blocked through conditioning, we lose that bliss, that ease. We become dis-eased.

These energy blocks are the root cause of all our illnesses. Through the use of meditation techniques, we teach people how to unblock and energize these energy centers called  cakras, so that we can experience that bliss again. That is why this program is called  ananda  Spurana;  ananda  is bliss,  spurana  is to gush. The bliss we blocked out starts gushing again. Somewhere, we stopped the bliss flow. In need of an ayurvedic summertime salad recipe? Look no further👇

Sweet Potato Salad 🥗

Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes ( or butternut squash)
1 tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
lemon juice
handful chopped cilantro
2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
Rocket salad

Dressing:

2 tbsp olive Oil
1 tsp ginger
lemon zest + juice of half lemon
2 tsp Honey

In roasting tin add 1 tbsp oil which has been brought to a high heat. Add the cumin seeds, allow to pop. Add the largely diced sweet potatoes, grind black pepper and salt and roast on a medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing.

Lay down the rocket, add the roasted sweet potato, drizzle the dressing and sprinkle the finely chopped cilantro and roasted sesame seeds.

Enjoy! 🍽 .

Sabíais que los gatos 😽😽😽limpian las malas energias y que con su ronroneo, ayudan a sanar enfermedades y dolencias. Se puede observar que suelen sentarse encima de la zona del cuerpo de la persona donde está el dolor y ronronean o incluso la masajean.

Estamos buscando una familia adoptiva para estos lindos gatitos de dos mesecitos, que son los cachorritos de nuestra gata Lili.

Ella los ha cuidado y educado de una forma ejemplar y aquí han estado muy bien atendidos y tambien muy tranquilitos y libres. Ahora con el buen tiempo, están felices en el jardin.

Ya comen y hacen sus necesidades en arena solitos.👏👏👏
