The couple that cleanses together, may not stay together...but for real, doing a cleanse with your boyfriend/girlfriend could be asking for it 🤣
@kerrywheeler and I completed a 4 day @owlvenice cleanse together and how incredible we felt needed to be shared!
What I love about this reset, is that you can take it as hardcore as you want. I prefer to do the first 2 days with the broths and hemp shakes only, then add in cleanse approved food on day 3 and 4.
Day 1 is tough, that was expected. We both were pretty tired and a bit irritable/sensitive. Thankfully days 2-4 ended up being manageable and even pretty enjoyable.
During the 4 days we experienced deep restorative sleep, woke up early with no alarms, felt recharged, clear headed and in a state of calm. The purpose of this cleanse for us was not to lose weight, but I do think we both lost a small amount in the end.
When we did eat small portions of food, we ate simple steamed carrots and spinach with avocado, and how flavorful those were was pretty mind blowing.
This cleanse is like no other cleanse I’ve ever done before. The deep healing that happens within 4 days is truly incredible and it’s eye opening to how efficient our bodies are when you treat them right.
Post cleanse, we’ve both had no real cravings, Kerry is having a tough time drinking his daily coffee again and we both have realized how satiated we can feel off smaller portions 🙌🏼

I lost my Heart in India💚
Siempre me habían dicho que ir a la India te cambiaba la vida. Sin embargo hasta que ese viaje no se experimenta no se puede hablar del misticismo y la magia que se vive en ese país.
Solo quiero compartirles lo que me pude traer de allí:
💚la simplicidad con la que podemos vivir día a día.
💚La medicina de sus preparaciones con las especias nativas.
💚Los atardeceres mas hermosos. El sol literal es de color rojo anaranjado.
💚La fe y la devoción de su gente que hace que cada día sea mágico y que vivamos en gratitud.
💚Arboles mágicos que conceden deseos
💚Ríos sagrados que pueden purificar tus aguas internas.
💚médicos amorosos que con gran sencillez tratan tus síntomas físicos, emocionales y espirituales.
💚Yogis que te llegan al corazón con su mirada y su sonrisa.
Solo puedo decir que es un viaje que espere durante mucho tiempo buscando conocer aun mas mi interior y fue aun mas maravilloso de lo que esperaba gracias a mis amigas (las que ven en las fotos que btw son chefs increíbles). ✨Que viajes han hecho que tu corazón se llene de alegría y te haya transformado?

Lately, I’ve been doing lots of contemplation, releases, more soul searching, reading, not reading, observing, listening in (or at least trying to...) and being. .

This life is full of messages, invitations, and signs. Sometimes rather confusing, if the mind is to decide. At least my mind, when pushing to be in control, sometimes rides in the wave lengths of fear. As my friend, Sarah Anderson (née Yip) says, 2019 is the universal year of healing the solar plexus, the 3rd chakra, so it’s no surprise that I had been encountering so much to face. .

But just like this beautiful hibiscus flower that surprised me with its bloom, when we are in the right environment, we blossom. 🌺 The cold of the outside balanced by being brought inside, and it took hours for this beauty to show up! .
.
When are internal environment is pleasant, our inner essence blossoms too. But how is it that during such a year of facing tough circumstances, I was able to finally find the light (again?) .
.
By acknowledging my nature, my calling, the beat that makes my soul dance. By accepting myself as an artist and making a commitment to create from the depth of my being. And instantaneously solutions appeared and even business started shaping a step towards growth. .
.
May I encourage you to please seek and rekindle that inner light by connecting to the creator within... to your inner artist that may not need to paint or play but just create. Following your hobbies and passions would lead you to the source of your inner light. So let’s play. 🦚

2. Aire o yalu: en el aire el movimiento es sutil, es donde se posibilita el pensamiento, la dirección, velocidad y cambio.
3. Fuego o agni: manifiesta la idea de luz, la percepción y el movimiento de un lugar a otro.
4. Agua o yala: liquidez o movimiento fluido, permitiendo que se genere la vida.
5. Tierra o bhumi: Solidez y resistencia al movimiento, representa el cuerpo humano y su estabilidad.

Por lo tanto, cada dosha está determinado por la combinación de alguno de los cinco elementos:

え!そんな奇跡の子みたいなことある?!
エゴがないことに逆に悩む奇跡の子。笑

ただ、残念ながらやっぱり私にもエゴはあって、
あくまで性質があるんだよっていう一般論なんだとある方に教わりました。

この診断のことだけでなく、他の方に色々なことを言われた時に、最後に判断するのは私だということも。

In questo periodo dell’anno è molto importante la salute del nostro intestino perché è anche grazie a lui che noi sviluppiamo le nostre difese contro virus e batteri in circolo negli ambienti chiusi nei quali cerchiamo di stare il più possibile a causa della sensibilità al  primo freddo. 
non facciamo mancare nei nostri piatti una razione di verdure di stagione e, secondo un antico rimedio Ayurvedico, beviamo dell’acqua bollita. Basta semplicemente portare ad ebollizione l’acqua del rubinetto se siamo sicuri che sia buona, aggiungere dello zenzero o del cumino e far bollire per ameno altri 15 minuti. Poi lasciamo riposare, filtriamo e travasiamo in un termos e beviamola durante la giornata facendo attenzione che non si raffreddi. Il vostro intestino ringrazierà e anche la vostra pelle!

Cada año, con la llegada del frío ❄ notamos que se nos reseca la piel y se vuelve más escamosa. Las manos y los labios se nos cortan provocando una sensación muy molesta que nos puede llegar a doler.

Tenemos muy claro que en verano debemos protegernos del sol con cremas 🧴 antes y después de la exposición, pero no somos conscientes de que la piel, con el frío también sufre y no debemos descuidarla.  Por eso, te dejamos algunos consejos que te pueden servir para cuidar tu piel en épocas de frío.

‌La hidratación de la piel es fundamental siempre, pero con el frío se vuelve una tarea obligatoria. Tanto a la mañana antes de salir de casa 🏡 como a la noche una crema o aceite específico para tu tipo de piel. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
El viento 🍃 es uno de los grandes enemigos de la piel en las estaciones más frías porque provoca que la piel se seque haciendo que las zonas más sensibles (manos y labios) puedan sufrir cortes. Por ello, es muy importante protegerse del viento con bálsamo labial.

Evita el frío extremo ❄. Parece obvio pero las temperaturas extremadamente frías, pueden causar trastornos de la piel. Por eso es importante llevar una buena crema para que te cuide la piel. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
El sol también está ahí en las épocas frías del año, aunque no lo notemos ☀. Es altamente recomendable usar protector solar también en invierno.

Zubereitungszeit 30 Minuten, für 2 Personen

Zutaten
2 EL Ghee – Kokosöl für die vegane Variante
3 EL Senfkörner
2 große Möhren
400 g Grünkohl

Für das Dressing
Saft von 1 Zitrone
Meersalz
schwarzer Pfeffer
Honig – Agavendicksaft für die vegane Variante
🥕🥕🥕
Zubereitung
Die Zutaten für das Dressing mischen oder schütteln, bis sie sich miteinander verbunden haben. Die Karotten schneiden und mit einem Gemüseschäler über die gesamte Länge der Karotte streifen, um breite Bänder zu erhalten. Den Kohl gut waschen, die harten Stängel entfernen und dann in feine Bänder schneiden. Den Ghee in einer großen Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erwärmen und die Senfkörner dazugeben. Dann die Kerne sehr leicht rösten und darauf achten, dass sie nicht verbrennen. Die Karottenbänder hinzufügen und einige Minuten unter Rühren braten. Das Kohlgrün dazugeben und weitere 2 Minuten anbraten. Alles in eine Schüssel geben. Das Dressing über das noch warme Gericht gießen, sodass das Gemüse gleichmäßig umhüllt ist. Fertig zum Servieren und Genießen.
