Exactly WHEN and HOW should you incorporate refeed days within your training cycle and dietary regimen?

Refeed days allow us to start refreshed and stronger on a difficult training period and break the sometimes mundane repetition of eating the same foods day-in and day-out. When we fall into the typical "one size fits all" routine of the well-dedicated fitness buff, our bodies often at some point in time begin to feel the negative repercussions of doing so. Excessive muscle soreness that doesn't go away. Delayed recovery. Slowed metabolism. Mental fatigue and lack of motivation. This is the point in which is a good time to incorporate a refeed day where you simply eat close to the same types to foods as you normally would but a few hundred calories extra per meal. For example:

If you eat 2 eggs and avocado toast for your typical breakfast, a possible variation to that would be consuming an Eggs Benedict with some form of extra calories per your dietary needs.

Keep in mind that a refeed day isn't the same as a cheat meal. Think of refeed days as a healthier alternative to cheating on your diet while still getting the extra calories via nutrient-dense foods that you need to properly recover and come back into the beginning of the week stronger and more motivated than you were the previously! Refeed days are almost best incorporated on rest days, but aren't limited to them exclusively (and you may find yourself needing a few per week depending on how often and intensely you train).

EQ (Boldenone Undecylenate) is a17 AA .
Boldenone Undecylenate is a Versatile Compound that has several Key Functions:
First it has a 28 day half-life and a 45 day active life. This means it’s Metabolized and gone after 45 days and its Potency declines on day 28. For this reason EQ is an excellent tool to keep you full late game in prep during your final cut when you drop oils. EQ is part of the same family as Dianabol and thus has a tremendous impact on IGF-1 production. However, due to the change in the Hydrocarbon EQ is mildly Anabolic and half as Androgenic as normal Test. This means gains come slowly and less effectively than its counterpart Dbol.

However, EQ converts at 1/8th the rate of Dianabol and at 1/2 the rate of regular Test. This means it’s far less Estrogenic. Unfortunately it will convert to an aggressive variation of Androgenic test that is renowned for Hair Loss and Acne. So running high doses or long doses is not recommended. EQ rapidly increases RBC count which impacts vascularity positively while negatively impacting the Cardiovascular System by dramatically increasing Blood Pressure. Dosing should stay under 350mg to avoid dangerous side affects.Due to the mild nature of EQ the use of AI are not increased while on cycle and people sensitive to Gyno can leverage this compound with Primo and Masteron rather than Test to get exceptional gains without dramatic Estrogenic impacts.

The profile of EQ is a mild Non-Estrogenic Test that causes a dramatic increase in IGF-1, RBC, and also Collagen. Collagen is responsible for Cell Healing and Elasticity. EQ can be used post OP or Post Injury to aid in healing of Soft Tissue. No Anabolic compound assists in Joint Damage or Bone Issues such as Back, Knees or Shoulders. .
Recommended therapeutic dosing is as follows for post OP:
Primobolan 1mL m/w/f

Proviron 25mg twice a day
This is a therapeutic dose that will also yield nice gains and rapidly heal the body.

La finestra anabolica, che è il breve periodo che coincide tra i 20 minuti e le  2 ore  successive  all' allenamento, andrebbe sfruttata per velocizzare il recupero e stimolare l' anabolismo muscolare.  Gli integratori utili a questo scopo devono avere un  assorbimento e digestione  veloci.
✅ I carboidrati ripristinano le scorte di glicogeno muscolare consumato in allenamento . I più indicati sono il  Glucosio o meglio ancora il Vitargo, ( 0,5/1g per Kg di peso corporeo) i quali dopo l' assunzione creano un picco glicemico rilasciando insulina e facilitando così l' ingresso dei vari nutrienti nelle cellule musolari. ✅ Le proteine hanno la proprietà di ricostruire e riparare il tessuto muscolare lesionato durante l' attività. Sono  preferibili quelle idrolizzate ( 30g ) nonché predigerite in quanto già scomposte in aminoacidi. Tren is a Nandrolone Derivative that exhibits some wildly unique characteristics to other AAS compounds.Tren inhibits the binding of T4 throughout the body slowing the process of Catabolism. If the body rarely enters a Catabolic state then it remains in an Anabolic state.  As the Metabolic processes slow the Ammonium uptake by muscle tissue is increased NH4 or Ammonium spikes the blood Nitrogen levels creating a highly conducive environment for Protein Synthesis.

Tren also is capable of binding to Sexual Receptors without converting to similar sterols like DHT. This results In a huge bump in sexual desire. Unfortunately, Tren spikes Progesterone and Prolactin rapidly in the body. This can cause the system to shut down leaving you without Libido, or Nipples Dripping, Moody, Agitated, Sleepless, Angry, Night Sweats and Nightmares on high doses. Because Tren inhibits Oxygen from traveling freely in the Bloodstream, hitting a vein while injecting will lead to a wild cough (Tren Cough) that may feel uncomfortable.
