Alright alright alriiiight! Happy #Friday #grammers! Today I worked out chest! I got a lot of tips from @christianguzmanfitness on his last video #mykindofworkout and  how he informs us that the better form for bench press is to keep your wrist straight! Not to bend them back so much to get that support to push the weight up! Focusing on that really helped me push through my workouts and I definetely felt a difference! I tried to get the weight and form in the video in the whole screen but It only allowed me to fit so much, my apologies if you guys can't see it thoroughly! Me & the Mrs. Have been saving up money to hopefully get a gopro or any kind of better camera to start blogging and recording workouts because our phones can only do so much! We are being positive and chasing our dreams and goals that we have for ourselves & hopefully coming across any great opportunities presented to us so we can grow and better ourselves and most importantly #connect with new faces of people who have the same positive mindset! πŸ’ͺ🏼 On bench I did 185 incline and flat in case y'all couldn't see the weight!
