Yesterday’s workout was a combination of @gerhardspangenberg & my training styles - it was EPIC.
We had so much fun! I love being able to train with different people - I always learn SO MUCH. 💫

We started out with 4 Rounds of 250 m on the ski machine ➡️ 3 Rounds 5-8 reps of each of the following exercises: L- Sit Kipping Pull ups, Handstand Wall Walks & L Sits on Kettlebells.➡️
3 Rounds
- 15 reps weighted ball throws
- 20 reps Mountain Climbers on Fit Ball
- 6 reps each side Push up, Bear Hold Dumbell Row with Rotation

This is a picture that show my back transformation from 30th week to 43th week of my weight lose process.
There is just about 12 lbs difference between in the pics but transformations is many in the new pic. I lost 87.5 lbs by cardio exercises when I was taken the left pic but my waist&hip size began to change after I started to bodybuilding.
Weight is not important and it don’t show everything of body transformations, We have to be patient and continue to workouts with a healthy lifestyle.
The passage of time reveals the changes.

Hello!!! These are some of my all time favourite moves to burn those abs! I don’t tend to dedicate a day to abs - but complete mini ab routines at the end of most workouts!! Each move I usually do until fail and the amount depends on how long I’m going for (10-20 minutes usually).☺️
MOVES: 
1. STRAIGHT BODY CRUNCH 
2. DOUBKE LEG LIFT EXTENSION 
3. RAISED SCISSOR KICKS
4. RAISED FULL BODY CRUNCH 
5. EAGLE CRUNCHES 
6. TOE TAPS
