Enjoying your workouts, is key for consistency. These isolation moves might have you “feeling” a burning sensation...but that does not mean they are ideal.

✅ DO THESE INSTEAD - The left side shows examples of non traditional abs exercises. These are just a handful we picked for you to focus on (there are others) if you’re serious about having a rock solid core. This will improve your fitness & overall quality of life. These are so effective, because they work multiple muscle groups together (the way our bodies are meant to function), burn more calories, increase lean muscle tissue k are safe for your spine. Concentrate on full extension, no cheating. And work your way up to weighted pull-ups to add some mass and thickness. Keep at it, no gyms right now but body weight exercises are important.
