TRY THIS WORKOUT FOR SOME SERIOUS LEG GAINZ❗️🏋️‍♂️ THE LEG PRESS 🦵 🏋️‍♂️🔨🔥 here is a quick video of me doing 5x8-12 with the last set being a drop set till failure.  I like this version of the leg press where I do 8-12 with close stance and then go straight into wide stance for an additional 8-12 reps✅. This workout is really beneficial for leg growth and strength 💪  the close stance puts a higher emphasis on the quads while the wide stance puts more emphasis on the hamstrings and glutes❗️🔥 TRY IT AND LET THE GAINZ BEGIN ❗️🔥🏋️

The good thing is that I just got Notified that It will be ready on Nov 8th. I started a new training program/split and I am loving it. 530 for a couple singles followed by sets of 5 with 419. Wanted to test a similar % of my max on deads that I did on bench the other day to see if my body was feeling up for it. Both singles felt good! Not fast at all but not trying to/needing to be fast right now. On the sets of 5 big focus on controlling my breathing and not pulling until my breath is until control.
