Got a real simple calorie killer for you today! My client Pawan will be helping me out demo some of it! The idea of this workout is a high intensity interval using the EMOM technique. Which is “Every Minute on the Minute.” You have one minute to finish a task, once completed, the remaining time is break up until the next minute starts, the next task starts!
•
WORKOUT: 1st Minute - Burn 2 total calories, 2nd Minute - Burn 4 total calories, 3rd Minute - Burn 6 total calories, and so on. Continue to add 2 calories burned to the previous amount until you fail to burn the required amount of calories in one minute. Everyone’s result will be different, but one things for sure, those extra calories you’re holding? You can kiss them goodbye!

“is shakeology even relevant anymore?” And my answer?! Bc it WAS an honest question... WANT my honest answer.....?!?
MORE THAN EVER!!!!!! I talk to soooo many men & women who are SICK, TIRED & STRESSED & battle constant issues with IBS!! The stress & environmental toxins we are exposed to daily wreck havoc on our bodies btw our cells dying & organs not properly functioning + 
The constant, grabbed on-the-go food that is convenient (which often means) it’s loaded with preservatives, artificial ingredients, GMO’s, extra salt & sugar which those reasons alone equate to a perfect storm! 

Even when buying fresh food, we rely on the FDA, who lets just put it lightly, does not regulate food safety & freshness as strictly as it should & unfortunately there is no way to tell what that veggie, fruit or meat has been exposed to or how long it’s been sitting on the self. 🤦🏼‍♀️ So honestly speaking....it’s sooo relevant bc it soooo much more than a protein shake. check it....
I rarely get sick. ✅ 
My gut health is amazing. ✅ 
It fills in those nutritional gaps (that unfortunately we all lack). ✅ 
And it heals our stressed & sick bodies!! ✅ 
Healthy Baby! ✅
Healthy Mama! ✅
Shiny hair! ✅
Strong nails! ✅
Cravings for sweets - gone! ✅
Breakfast-Lunch-or a snack in 5 minutes!✅ .......Superfoods in a glass. ❤️ It was THEE Best daily $3.33 investment I made 2.5 years ago. 
So my question is this!
Why do we spend SO MUCH MONEY on crap that isn’t good for us....and then complain about the prices of good quality dense nutrition?!? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I get it. I used to do it too! 
OLD ME..... “$3.33 for a health shake??? Yeah right!!” “$6 for a Venti White Chocolate Mocha Latte with whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate ... heck yessss!!!! And I’ll be back tomorrow for another!!!” I like the NEW ME way of thinking so much better...AND LEGIT GUYS my body, baby& family alllll thank me!!!! 💕

Haven’t touched these for a bit and completely undershot the weight. If you hear at the end I told @dustyhanshaw08 that I should have went to 4 plates. When hitting a true DC blast, always better to undershoot and beat the logbook than overshoot and play chase early in the blast.

I would go to deadlift & say I’m gonna go light today! Then I get to 205lb & I’m like crap.... oh well. The only solution was to stop all together.

Now I am slowly making my way back! I’m stronger & healthier. After today I’m gonna stay in the 5-10 rep range for a couple months. My goal is to continue to build my strength but not overdue it.

SEASONALLY INCREASING YOUR CALORIES/MACROS: reason #3 to track your food long term.

I increase my calories every fall/winter as high as I can. This is the secret to building your metabolism. My protein and fat are the same in these pics, but there is a 100g carb(400cal)difference and 2.5 lbs difference. -

INCREASING SHOULD:
Slightly change your physique.
Noticeably increase your strength/lifts. 
Give your metabolism a break and STRENGTHEN IT LONG TERM, allowing your body to adapt to more food over time. -

INCREASING doesn’t HAVE TO DO:
Move the scale more than you’re comfortable with. 
Completely change your physique.
Allow you to binge/ over eat telling yourself it’s for a purpose. -

Most of us eat the least amount of calories we will eat all year, in the summer months. We all know staying in a deficit too long isn’t good for our body. Over time it can cause us to lose strength/ muscle fullness, damage our metabolism, plateau/reverse our results, and even damage our hormones/bodily systems, if the calories are low enough, long enough. -

When we increase our food, we give our metabolism a break, increase our rate of recovery, gain energy over all and should be able to lift heavier/longer. This is when most people are able to build more muscle, or for me I’ve been able to RE BUILD from pregnancy. If the goal is muscle gain, when we eat more and lift MORE, our muscle will look NOTICEABLY FULLER. If we organize the amount of caloric increases, and the rate that we increase WHICH macro at; WE CAN CONTROL OUR RESULTS.🤗 -

You don’t have to “let your body go” just because you want to increase your calories for any reason. (Gain muscle, correct your metabolism, reverse diet)You don’t have to hate the number on the scale. You don’t have to be ashamed of your body during this transition. If you LEARN YOUR BODY as an individual, dial in your specific needs, commit to tracking consistently, and increase at a rate THAT IS BEST FOR YOU: YOU WILL MAINTAIN CONTROL. I am loving helping my girls EAT ALL the FOOD this season and I love to prove that ANYONE CAN DO THIS if you do it responsibly!🌿 #macrocoach
