I love balancing macros, I find this works for all of my clients.  Depending on your goals, are you building and toning or do you want bigger muscles? Do you need to strip fat? and of course it's completely individual to your weight, fat %, muscle %, height, age, activity levels........ Understandably most people are under the impression that in order to get the body that they want they need to eat less. Yes that could be the case if you have fat to lose but if you are pretty small and you just have some extra fat around certain areas you'd like to lose, no amount of dieting will get rid of it because you cannot spot fat reduce! Normally you'll just need to tone up all of your muscles all over the body, this in turn will burn those extra fat pockets.  The more muscle you build the more fat you'll burn on those hard to reach fatty areas! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

to elaborate, we need to go over some basics really we quick.

your daily calorie expenditure is from: 
1 . BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) - energy your body needs to function normally [heart, brain, organs, etc.]. 2. TEF (Thermic Effect of Food) - energy required to digest food and absorb nutrients. 
3. EAT (Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) - 
energy used during exercise 
4. NEAT (Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) - energy for all other activities [walking, sitting, instagramming, etc.]. 〰️〰️
out of these, BMR is the biggest calorie loss because most of the energy is spent to staying alive. 〰️〰️
SO, why do you need to be in a SUFFICIENT calorie surplus to build the most muscle? 〰️〰️
the body does not prioritize muscle growth until ALL other energy needs are met first (BMR, TEF, EAT and NEAT). note that this DOES NOT MEAN you cannot grow muscle in a calorie deficit. prioritized is the key word. in a calorie deficit, muscle growth still happens, but it is not prioritized - and thus not maximized.

unless you give your body assurance that calories are in abundance, your evolutionary survival mechanisms will not work as much as its FULL POTENTIAL towards muscle growth.
〰️〰️
so, being in a calorie surplus (or bulking) simply puts the bulker in a state where the person doesnt have to wonder if they're missing out on potential muscle growth. it's like, "just in case, let's be sure by overshooting my calorie intake a bit..."

and all this eating isn't just willy-nilly. all three macros and their ratios are what they are for a purpose. they're constantly being analyzed (weekly, at a minimum) and adjusted, as necessary.

Seeing this reminded me to go. Ack to my first love and THAT is where my calling lay, waiting for me to pick it back up. So I am back in filming again.

Ты должен понимать, что прежде всего в правильной технике выполнения всех упражнений важна нейромышленная связь (мозг - мышцы)🤯💪 А это значит, что для твоего тела важно не то, какой вес ты сможешь осилить, а то как ты почувствуешь нужную тебе мышечную группу.

Чаще всего мы приходим в качалку насмотревшись упражнений на Ютубе или у "качков из зала" и начинаем его механическое БЕЗДУМНОЕ повторение, даже не понимая какие мышцы вовлечены в данное действие😲

Ну и дальше, так и не научившись чувствовать мышцы, у нас начинается "комежка своего ЭГО"😈 Пытаешься взять побольше вес считая что тогда и бицепс будет больше...а в итоге получаешь только "0" прогресса и травмы связок и суставов, так как нагрузка с мышц переходит именно на них😕
