A throwback on a Monday.... have you ever heard of such nonsense 😂
.
This is at a point in my life I could train everyday for a good 2hrs, just starting my PT business and before I got my gym.
.
I know how I look at the moment isn’t terrible but the definition and looking as full isn’t there at the minute.
.
I know that’s down to now being busier than I have ever been, family life and work life is really hectic.
.
But I am determined to get back to this level, back to loving my training and nutrition.
It’s so easy to make excuses and fill your face with crap and look to the next Monday to start again.
.
So for me looking at this is my #MondayMotivation .

🍌 Très utile car riche en vitamine et dont le pouvoir de satiété est très important, la banane peut se consommer de 3 manières différentes ! Verte, jaune ou « piquée » et ces étapes changent considérablement ses bienfaits !

🍌 Plus elle sera muté plus la banane verra son amidon de transformer en sucre (fructose) et donc verra son indice glycemique augmenter et son assimilation se faciliter ! Les conséquences ? Favorisez une banane peu mûre par exemple avant un effort de longue durée (car l’amidon qui est un sucre lent va vous transmettre de l’énergie pendant plus longtemps que le fructose) malgré tout la banane reste un fruit très apprécié des sportifs car elle est peu onéreuse et apporte des antioxydants, du magnésium, c’est un aliment de l’effort qui aide contre l’hypertension contre le stress et qui a bien d’autres propriétés !

My professor Dr. Russell Kelley told me in his Biology classroom at Morgan State University "I count only 1 thing.....PRODUCTION!" So it's only right that I count WINS, not whens. En kanon god skulder øvelse, den træner hele skulderen, men har mest fokus på midten. 
Det vigtig at køre den kontrollerede, og komme helt op så man kan mærke at skulderen er spændt ud, men at man ikke bruger nakken eller ryggen, men kun skulderen. 🔥
Hvis du gerne vil have den virkelig brænder ! Så prøv med (time under tension), hvor du køre 1 sek op og 4 sek ned. 🔥
Jeg vil anbefale at man laver denne øvelse som en hypertrofi øvelse. Lav den med 5 sæt af 10-12 gentagelser.

Ayer plantee una pregunta relativamente sencilla en mis historias, ¿Como ajustar computo calórico durante los días de descanso?, propuse cuatro posibilidades de las que solo una era correcta, 1-Mismas calorías que durante un día de entrenamiento, 2-Aumentar calorías respecto a las de un día de entrenamiento, 3-Reducir calorías respecto a las de un día de entrenamiento, 4-Todas las opciones son correctas.

La respuesta correcta es la ultima, ya que ajustar calorías un día de descanso por tendencia y de forma habitual suele ser a la baja, pero hay casos y casos, dependerá de objetivo, estado y condición física, si durante días de entrenamiento trabajamos con superávits o déficits calóricos.. muchos factores donde aquello a lo que denominamos INDIVIDUALIZAR pasa a ser fundamental.

En mi caso personal trabajo desde la estabilidad, mismo cómputo e ingestas durante días de entrenamiento y descanso, algo que personalmente me funciona, mejoró condicion, añado ápices de tejido magro, mantengo e incluso reduzco tejido graso y mi rendimiento no solo no decae, si no que va a la alza de forma prácticamente constante. 🔰WORK TO BE FIT. 🏵ENTRENAMIENTO PERSONAL.

I used to dread summer because of the clothing and honestly, losing weight didnt change that😂 i still hate wearing shorts, i still have insecurities with summer clothing, but i’m try to challenge myself and wear what i wanna wear even if i’m not feeling 100%. i remember crying before that pic on the left because it was my graduation party and i felt so uncomfortable with my body, just months before i hit my breaking point. i never thought that losing weight redefined my value but it is something that i wanted to do. the newfound confidence doesn’t come from a smaller body, but it comes from my determination and ability to set a goal and see it through💕 198.6 lbs ——> 149 lbs; 5’5 for reference. happy ⁣

Medium head on the skillet, spray really well with cooking spray, season the chicken and lay each one into the hot skillet. Season and spray the other side of the chicken.

오늘 너무 피곤해서 운동 갈까말까 고민 엄청했는데
가길 잘했네

하체 운동은 거의 3주 가까이 못 했는데
스퀏 1rm 140kg 기록 갱신하고
피스톨 스퀏 한 개도 못 했는데 5개나 성공함;;
약 한달가량 운동 매너리즘에 빠져서 헬스장 등한시했는데 수행능력을 보니 운동 욕구가 솟구친다

이제 금주에 운동에 미쳐봐야지ㅎㅎ

When I’m training clients, I will never teach them or make them do exercises or methods which I don’t follow or understand myself.

All of the exercises and methods that I show and teach clients I utilise myself. Never will I get you doing any bs exercises that look good for insta, but in actual fact don’t do an awful lot.

My training philosophy is simple: master the basic exercises for the best results. If you want good results, be prepared to put in the effort.
