2 ROUNDS OF EACH to target all areas of the core- transverse abdominis, rectus abdominis, and internal & external obliques
—
1️⃣ Knees to chest to pike x5 each
2️⃣ Deadbugs- press palms into ball and exhale as you extend opposite arm and leg x8 each
3️⃣ Ball pass- squeeze inner thighs as you pass ball x10
4️⃣ Plank rollout-engage glutes and feel the shake x8
5️⃣ Plank stir the pot-press shoulders down & pull belly button towards spine x6 each direction 
6️⃣ Oblique rollback-tuck pelvis under as you roll back and “reach” to one side, exhale to return to center x10 each side
