🔥What you didn't know about an rollouts🔥

Ab rollouts are easily the most challenging core exercise there is. You see many boxers and MMA fighters and gymnast perform them in their training and it still stands as one of the best core builders there is from both a strength and hypertrophy standpoint. In other words, if you want your core strong as hell and you want to develop blocks of abs, ab rollouts are the way to go along with a sound diet and training protocol. Starting from a standing position holding the roller on the ground right in front of your toes, squeeze your glutes and maintain a hollow body position as you roll forward slowly and controlled. As you lengthen your body, you significantly increase the amount of resistance placed on your body, specifically your core, to not let you collapse to the ground. You alter the leverage points and your core has to hold you up. This stresses near all aspects of your core but specifically your transverse abdominals and when you roll back in, you're rectus abdominals are getting a massive contraction. This may seem extremely challenging, and it is, but you can actually make the exercise significantly easier by reducing the distance travelled and/or going in your knees instead of your feet. This exercise can literally be done anywhere and I've seen people do it with office chairs. I would do about 3 to 4 sets of your max reps but adjust everything to your fitness level.

When it comes to getting lean and fit, your diet is near everything. What you eat will be probably the biggest determinant on how lean you are simply because how you fuel your body will directly lead to fat loss and muscle gain, but also I directly lead to fat loss and muscle gain by energizing you for your workout and recovering from it. There are some misconceptions about eating healthy though. People often think you have to eat foods you don't enjoy in ways you don't enjoy them because they are good for you. People also think you have to starved yourself and eat nothing but salads with white vinegar. Finally, people also think they need a massive cheat day because they have to had their Sunday Funday in order to continue on with their results. These can't be farther from the truth. Firstly, though you have to eat healthy food, you don't have to eat specific foods you don't like. If you don't like kale, have spinach. If you don't like raw spinach, sauteé it. Enjoy the food your eating given you are keeping it healthy. You also should never starve yourself and should actually be eating large volumes of food and not stress so much of overeating unless you are forcefully stuffing yourself which you shouldn't be. Finally, don't have cheat days, have sheduled and controlled refeeds which are made up of healthy wholesome foods not crap like sweets and processed junk. Even make yourself healthy desserts, but not processed junk. Eating clean doesn't have to be hard or even complicated. You can make healthy food taste amazing so you feel amazing and look amazing.

Un sujet fréquent souvent sur la table de la salle post training avec son shaker et sa serviette bien trempée 🤣👌 (ou pas )

Voici 3 axes à prendre en compte pour maximiser la qualité de vos gains :

1/ encore et toujours votre nutrition 
On dit souvent vous ressemblez à ce que vous mangez....
Sachez que comme dit dans le post précédent plus la qualité de vos aliments est
Bonne meilleurs seront vos résultats 
2/ l’intensité de vos entraînements ,

Cela peut paraître évident pourtant j’en vois tellement être si peux concentré lors de leur training sur le téléphone ou à rester sur la même charge ou la même machine avec 5min de récup 
Rappelez vous juste que pour être le meilleur sur scène où le plus beau sur la plage il faut s’entraîner comme les meilleurs simplement 
Donc soyez objectif avec vous même et n’hésitez pas à vous remettre en question sur vos entraînements et pensez à toujours vous donner comme si votre vie en dépendait.

3/ bien prendre en compte que le l’axe 1 ne marche pas sans l’axe 2 et vise versa 
Ce sport fait partis d’un tout
Par conséquent chaque paramètres a un rôle essentiel dans votre fonctionnement et vos résultats ainsi que votre espérance de gain 
Combien s’entraîne dur mais mange mac do 4/ semaines ?

Combien suivent une diète correcte mais s’entraînent à 10% de leur capacité ?

La réalité est là.

Tout le monde peut avoir du résultat mais pour cela 
Il faut tout faire correctement si un seul paramètre est oublié ne soyez pas surpris ce n’est pas votre génétique mais vous qu’il faut remettre en question ..... Qu’en dites-vous ?

👉 6 foods to add protein to your meal🔥

Ideally, you want about 0.8-1g of protein per pound of bodyweight to ensure pure consuming enough protein to not only be healthy, but also support protein synthesis and muscle maintenance. You need to provide your body with enough amino acids to build muscle and make gains. I like to have about 25g/meal as this seems to be an ideal dosage for absorption and partitioning though it is not the end of the world if you have a little more or a little less as total protein daily intake is more important. Some of these foods listed here can add near 3-5g+ of protein which can upgrade a meal from 15g of protein to 20-25g of protein with minimal effort and sometimes few calories.
✔️ Chia, hemp, and flax seeds have bout 3g/tbsp so adding a couple of tbsp can bring that protein up by almost 10g. They are great additions to salads and oatmeals.
✔️ Kale has 5g per 100g serving which is only 50 calories earning that adding a few handfuls of kale in your stir fry or salad can up that protein with minimal calories.
✔️ Nuts like cashews and almonds are also a great addition to salads and even stir frys. 1oz of cashews has 5g of protein.
✔️ Quinoa, oats, rice, buckwheat, amaranth and so many other grains are great sides to meals as they can not only add some carbs and fiber, but also protein. A cup of quinoa for example has 8g of complete protein which can significantly upgrade your meals protein quality and quantity. .

When it comes to fat loss, your progress is strongly determined by your habits and your choices. Of course, and I've said it a million times, every decision you make will either get you closer or farther away from your goals. It is the small choices where a lot of people seem to make mistakes include things like consuming too many liquid calories such as sodas and alcohol which can seriously add up in total caloric intake in a day; being sedentary and sitting for hours and hours in a day instead of getting more active; being too focused on cardio and not enough on storength training which often leads to higher amounts muscle loss rather than fat loss; scheduling in multiple cheat meals as opposed to refeed days which again adds up in calories very quickly; and finally, not setting yourself goals and not being patient in reaching your goals. To the last point, way too many people want results right here right now and forget it takes time and consistency. Everyone is so focused on shortcuts, magic pills and powders and expect to get results. It is about habits not shortcuts. Every decision you make either takes you one step closer or farther from your goals. Develop habits so that your choices always lead to the right destination.

Here are a couple variations to try to mix it up and add a little sass to your next workout!⁣⁣

‼️the challenge is to keep the integrity of the plank hold! So exhale to engage your abs and then keep everything from your shoulders to your hips still and steady the whole time. ⁣⁣

1️⃣ EXTENDED PLANK HOLDS- oofph! Extending the angle of your shoulders really changes the game! (2nd vid shows modifying to elbows)⁣⁣

2️⃣ ADD A SIDE TOE TAP- take your foot as far as you can without swaying in your midsection. It’ll get those obliques working! (Watch my shadow in the vid to see how I resist the swaying in the waist) ⁣⁣

This may seem like an obvious fix to some, but hear me out.

How often do you mindlessly go fridge surfing simply because you’re bored? One of the keys to fat loss is becoming mindful & conscious of the food you eat.

Often times we may think we’re hungry and head straight for the fridge, when in reality we’re bored, eating due to emotional reasons, we confuse hunger for thirst, etc.

Next time you try and grab a snack from the fridge, try to make sure that you’re actually hungry, and opt for a fruit or a healthier snack that will provide you with some micronutrients and satiety as well.

🔥What you didn't know about an rollouts🔥
.
Ab rollouts are easily the most challenging core exercise there is. You see many boxers and MMA fighters and gymnast perform them in their training and it still stands as one of the best core builders there is from both a strength and hypertrophy standpoint. In other words, if you want your core strong as hell and you want to develop blocks of abs, ab rollouts are the way to go along with a sound diet and training protocol. Starting from a standing position holding the roller on the ground right in front of your toes, squeeze your glutes and maintain a hollow body position as you roll forward slowly and controlled. As you lengthen your body, you significantly increase the amount of resistance placed on your body, specifically your core, to not let you collapse to the ground. You alter the leverage points and your core has to hold you up. This stresses near all aspects of your core but specifically your transverse abdominals and when you roll back in, you're rectus abdominals are getting a massive contraction. This may seem extremely challenging, and it is, but you can actually make the exercise significantly easier by reducing the distance travelled and/or going in your knees instead of your feet. This exercise can literally be done anywhere and I've seen people do it with office chairs. I would do about 3 to 4 sets of your max reps but adjust everything to your fitness level.

🔥What you didn't know about an rollouts🔥

Ab rollouts are easily the most challenging core exercise there is. You see many boxers and MMA fighters and gymnast perform them in their training and it still stands as one of the best core builders there is from both a strength and hypertrophy standpoint. In other words, if you want your core strong as hell and you want to develop blocks of abs, ab rollouts are the way to go along with a sound diet and training protocol. Starting from a standing position holding the roller on the ground right in front of your toes, squeeze your glutes and maintain a hollow body position as you roll forward slowly and controlled. As you lengthen your body, you significantly increase the amount of resistance placed on your body, specifically your core, to not let you collapse to the ground. You alter the leverage points and your core has to hold you up. This stresses near all aspects of your core but specifically your transverse abdominals and when you roll back in, you're rectus abdominals are getting a massive contraction. This may seem extremely challenging, and it is, but you can actually make the exercise significantly easier by reducing the distance travelled and/or going in your knees instead of your feet. This exercise can literally be done anywhere and I've seen people do it with office chairs. I would do about 3 to 4 sets of your max reps but adjust everything to your fitness level.

Abs are abso-fucking-lutely made in the kitchen. .
I get asked daily what does it take to achieve a six pack or a flat stomach and in all honestly is not eating CRAP. . 
I ate plain AF food for 6 months to maintain by abs. No sugar, absolutely no alcohol and very LOW CARB. Your body fat has to be extremely low for your abs to pop. This year I went down to 8% body fat but It’s now bulking season. I am working on gaining some healthy weight to gain some more muscle then I’ll lean out again to compete on stage. Excited to see what my body will look like for summer 2020 ☺️
